I've been getting the same perfume from other websites for years and get tons of compliments. This one was CHEAPER. Guess you get what you pay for. It's a fraud. I got 2 and want to send them back. I've tried like 5 times. Has no smell whatsoever.

Shame on you.

My experience was fantastic!!! I just received my creed aventus for half of the price I normally pay and it's the real deal! I had doubt it may not be real but I compared with my old bottle, it's the same exact fragrance. Love it!

I recently purchased a gift (a Chanel Chance eau de Perfume 50ml) for my mother from The Fragrance shop.

The perfume arrived within 2 days which was great. But as soon as my mother tried it out she complained that the fragrance lasted no more than 1 minute and some change (my mother had an old Chanel Chance perfume that was almost finished and she demonstrated to me how strong and long lasting the fragrance should be).

It was clear as day that I had purchased a counterfeit product. But I contacted this company in good faith and reported the above complaint, and i went through the process, sent the product back for 'Testing' only to be informed that their testers could not find any fault with the Fragrance!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

I ordered 10 perfume bottles in November as a Christmas gift. I have used this fragrance for several years and know how it smells. When I sprayed it it smelled very very wrong. I opened another bottle and the same thing. When I looked closer I see that they are all expired as of December. Very shady!!

Ordered a Christmas present for my wife with expedited shipping. Got an email 2 days later saying it was out of stock, in spite of showing in stock at the time of my order.

I placed a considerable order with them on Black Friday (19th Nov '19) for over 150 pounds. This was after a discount of 40 pounds thanks to Black Friday. I waited the full 5 working days before querying where my order was. I got a curt email reply telling me that my order had been cancelled due to technical errors. No other explanation. I was told I should get my money reimbursed within the next 3-5 days. Here's hoping! I have used this company before and delivery was tardy previously. So much for being a loyal customer... Never again!

I ordered "Dior Sauvage 100ml Edp" & "Ultimately Beckham 75mp Edt" yesterday, picked both up this morning from their Dundee branch with no problems.
I Got a really good deal, best that i could find anywhere, in-store or online.

The order came on time and the product is excellent. Price is reasonable as well. I would definitely order again

I was hesitant to buy after reading the reviews, like most people, but I wanted to get the 4.0 oz bottle of Creed Aventus since FragranceShop had it much cheaper than anywhere else ($320, still pricey but less than others). The cologne shipped in about 2 business days and with expedited shipping I got it after about 4 days total. I opened the box, smelled it, and being a second time owner, can confirm the bottle at least smells authentic. Very happy with the experience but did not have to deal with any returns or customer service issues so I can't speak as to that.

I have not ordered from this site for a few years( only because i live in Australia and the difference in the dollar makes it cheaper to buy here) but i ordered from the site numerous times and never had a problem with delivery or authenticity and that was coming all the way to Australia. I don't understand how there can be such a huge discrepancy in the reviews.

I read all of the reviews, so I contacted the company and was able to reach someone on the first try. I wasted no time asking if they products were fake or old. I was told that the products were genuine from the company. I didn't get an answer as to whether the products were old. The customer service person was polite and courteous and said if I was not satisfied, I could return within 30 days. I took a chance and order 3 of the perfumes I was low on, Versace Crystal Noir, Issey Miyake L'eau D' Issey, the eau de toilette and the parfum. The product arrived in less than a week of ordering and I compared the look and the smell to the same products I had purchased from Macy's in the past. I sprayed the one(s) from Macy's on one arm, smelled some coffee beans and sprayed the ones I purchased from The Fragrance Shop on the other arm. There was literally no difference. The Fragrance Shop sent me the genuine product. All I can say is that I am one of the luckier ones that received the genuine product the first time I ordered.

I have yet to have any issues with his company. I am surprised there are so many negative reviews. My perfumes/colognes were authentic and shipped in between the time said.

No thanks will be shopping elsewhere reviews seem to be telling me it's too risky to trust this site.

I read the reviews of fragranceshop.com AFTER I placed my order and immediately panicked. Much to my surprise though, I received my D&G perfume long before I expected it to get here (3days) and found that it was authentic. I immediately checked the serial numbers on the bottom of the bottle on several websites. It could be because I'm in the East coast, it could be just me.....I will place an order with then again:)

I felt it necessary to write this review. I ordered 2 items from this website without researching the website first. I know, a no no in the internet shopping world. You could only imagine my depressive moment when after ordering $102 worth of cologne, I read bad review after bad review on this company. At one point I thought about cancelling my order immediately. Glad I did not! Not sure if they changed something or I was one of the lucky customers, either way I felt I needed to provide my positive feedback. I received both items, within a week of ordering them. they were the original items I ordered, 1 bottle Eternity for men (6.7 fl oz) and 1 bottle Acqua Di Gio (6.7 fl oz). I paid $102 with free shipping. Both bottles were verified as authentic. Both bottles/boxes were sealed with no leakage or damage. I could only imagine what I would have paid if I had bought both items at a department store. Yes, it was a gamble, but FragranceShop delivered what they promised and made a believer out of me! This website/business will get my business again.

Ordered a cologne for my husband and the item arrived quickly, however, the cologne was shattered when it arrived, obviously damaged during shipping. Called fragranceshop, told them of the situation, took photos of the damaged item, sent them to fragranceshop and received a replacement cologne in a couple of days. No hassle! Needless to say, I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future. Thank you.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I've ordered from them several times and have never had an issue. I had one problem once where a discount code wasn't showing up, and customer service was very prompt in getting back to me. I think most people only write reviews when they have a problem. Either way, I'm very happy I found this company.

First time on-line purchase of Creed Aventus from Fragrance Shop. Totally disappointed with as perfume appears fake. Compared it with one that my colleague bought on-board Ethiad Airways. Difference is chalk and cheese.
Can someone please assist me with reporting this information to Fragrance Shop directly?

I just received my order of several samples of musk oils from The Fragrance Shop. They arrived in only a few days after I placed my on-line order. Opening the different little vials each one smelled heavenly! I plan to wear these before deciding which scent I prefer, before ordering a regular size bottle. But, I have a feeling that I'm going to be hard pressed to determine which one smells best. Thank you, Fragrance Shop, for being so efficient and also for your wonderful perfumes. Oh, nice touch with the LifeSaver too!

Hi I had 100ml btl edp coco chanel mademoiselle brought me as a gift. I showed to to some one they said it was fake. An ex boyfriend brought it me. How can I tell if it's fake because he paid £96 for it. Surely they can't sell as real if it is a fake.

I placed an order with fragranceshop.com on a weekend, it processed and got my cologne i ordered in a reasonable time as stated on the website/check-out.

however, when i recieved the package today.. it was packaged in bubble wrap, but the corner of the box was obviously dented and the bottom of the package had a clear round sticker holding the wrapper closed. in addition, the plastic that the round clear sticker was holding down was ripped on one side.

based on reviews and what i've seen on the actual package when i got it today.. i'm undecided whether i want to return it or not.

i would not mind if i can open it and smell the cologne, because this is for a gift. i do NOT want to gift a cologne that's not real or a cologne that's been OPENED..

I am so pleased that you carry Coriandre and has the best price for this item. It has been hard to find and when I discovered them I was thrilled. I wish they could get the lotion in, because I would love to try it. Very impressed with the service.
