I bought a guitar piece on the website using my credit card from abroad, I got a debit in my account but the payment is not confirmed on the website. I tried to send a Email but unsuccessful. They simply said that the payment wasn't made. It's been 5 working days and they didn't solve my problem.
I want my money back!

I ordered a bass guitar & case, the bass in the colour I wanted was no longer in production so I asked about a different one and Simon very kindly sent images so I could decide on the colour. I then ordered it, but the case was delayed by about 4 weeks and I wasn't told. I found out by checking stock online, so I e-mailed asking for a different case to be sent and within a few minutes my order was amended and processed. The items arrived in good time and in perfect condition, apart from a poor soldered joint inside the guitar, a factory problem, no fault of Euroguitar. However the gig bag it was listed with and I had confirmation would be sent did not arrive. I have sent two e-mails about it but so far no reply.

I bought two items for 111 € and made a purchase with my credit card. It was also a transaction with 3D Secured. So they have charged the money. But three days later, they sent me a letter that says the transaction was not valid so they did not confirm the order. I can see the transaction in my bank account. So I sent them at least 3-4 mails, but nobody responds. Come on guys. At least respond. They charge money and don't send the goods, besides they do not answer!
The problem seemed that using a credit card from the countries abroad. Eventhough the money from my card seemed transmitted to them, they couldn't confirm it. While websites like Amazon, Aliexpress can confirm it at the moment of payment, they couldn't. After I write lots of messages from the Social media accounts ( Facebook, Twitter ) since they didn't respond to the hotline emails, they responded me through social media and sent the goods. The process is really really bad if you are buying something from abroad. But the social media team is helpful.

I just received the package. Besides the products I've ordered, they sent me a sennheiser headphones in the end, they make you happy

Very negative review. I bought Guitar Strings at Euroguitar were mentioned as available .
The price compensated in relation to Buy in Portugal .
I was informed two days later after all were not available some of the strings, contrary to what still currently informs the site of Euroguitar.
A month later without receiving anything, I requested via email to exchange some of the strings by others with similar values that were available for immediate delivery as the Euroguitar website.
Once again I received an email stating that they too were not available.
Finally I asked them to send me my order doubling two of references that were available for delivery immediately . The solution was accepted by Euroguitar that finally sent me the order two months later
In short , I ended up receiving only the most common strings that did not compensate buying for price and delivery time that cost me.
I do not recommend buying at Euroguitar and I will not be a Euroguitar costumer again, for sure.

I've looked everywhere for this strap only to find UK companies (even Amazon) stating that it's not available. Euroguitar.com got the goods to me in little over a week. Don't believe historical bad reviews elsewhere! Sure you have to spend minimum €29 and postage to UK is €19.50 but I threw in a couple of sets of strings and overall the price is still competitive! Buy from these guys with confidence wherever you are! Tres bien! Merci beaucoup!

Fact 1: I waited 4 weeks to receive a item, they told me it would take 2 weeks. I can understand a small delay but not a double delay. Would rather be informed at the beginning.
Fact 2: the item, a guitar, was blemished near the junction body/neck (a small crack that doesn't affect playability, but makes it loose value, if a ever wanted to sell it. Although i enjoyed the a guitar,I would expect a straight instrument. Took a photo, sent them but they never replied.

They were missing an item in my order. They didn't contact me to let me know and they were going to wait until this item arrived before sending my order. I complained. They took the missing item off my bill and said they would send it to me for free. What I'm understanding is that it will never be sent and I can't do anything since I wasn't charged for it. I was taken for an idiot. Even with all of bad rewiew I had read, I ordered from tham anyway. If you want a reliable, on line company, use Thomann. Same selection, same price. I never had a problem with them. I prefer to waiste my time write bad reviews about Euroguitar France, than waste my time writing them.

I mailed them to inquire about a product (worth 1K+ Eur) They wanted the client to pay the shipping cost. A product worth 1K+ transported 300 Km ...
They never responded (no tricky question though ... merely formal communication)
0 customer service! I will never click their site again, nor step their store (never did before the truth is)

I brought a cymbal set (price about one thousand euro) last Monday. Previously I contacted with them in order to know the availability of the product. After buy my set I started to read about the shop and the problems who suffered some clients. I investigated about it and seems that the shop changed in management in Summer 2013. The facebook page restarted the activity also in these dates. Today, Friday, I recieved my cymbal set via Seur is Spain (They send the parcels via Colissimo in France and then via Seur in Spain). The product is in pretty good conditions, with the factory sealer, the bill... I've been informed at all times about my product with e-mails and phone calls. I recomend it. The bad times in Euroguitar, in my opinion, have ended.

The reason why customers who ordered before May 2013 were basically robbed is because the company seemed to be going bankrupt. A trustee was appointed, and all orders placed before May 2013 were included in the liquidation - resulting in lots of unsuspecting customers losing their money. The fact that Euroguitar bequeathed to inform their customars about their situation, let alone the fact that they kept taking on orders in their circumstances, is outrageous. To my understanding, the company eventually managed to avoid bankruptcy. This means orders from after May 2013 should be legitimate (meaning that even though the company is not very trustworthy, if you've ordered there, it isn't necessarily certain that you're being scammed). I say they 'should be', because in reality, Euroguitar is still a very lugubrious company. They repeatedly ignore their customers both via phone (or 'hotline' as they call it) and e-mail, rarely ever deliver goods on time and to be honest, they come a cross as - if I may be so bold - a bunch of amateurs. Overall, I would never recommend Euroguitar.

I ordered my guitar in february 2013, after one month of 0 communication we started sending them e-mails but we never got any answer. When the customer support answered (Mays 2013) they would refund us the money via bank transaction, nothing happened until in august, when we called the customer support for the 10th time to get an answer that WE never contacted them and it was our fault that this delay happened. Last month i was instructed by the costumer service after many calls to contact the administrator of SAS Euroguitar to find a solution. The last e-mail i got was straight from the company's administrator that i have no hope of getting my money back, but i also have to pay them my debt! I order, i get no product, and i have a damn debt in the company.
Simply said, they delay your product and answer so when you find out what's going on, you can't simply get your money back via pay-pal, since 45 days are long past. Simple fraud, took me a while to find out, if you already have an order, better take legal action as soon as possible, declare a dispute like i did on pay-pal to protect fellow people. Don't trust your money in them!

W ordered an instrument in april 2013 and paid almost 400 euro.
We never received it. If you call them they tell stories why they could not sent it.
We mailed them and only the last one they replied after I told them I will CHARGE them for FRAUD and I started this procedure.

so i came here, to this very site before ordering what i had wanted; saw a couple of bad reviews and not much good reviews, and i though "how bad could it be"? now i have the answer REALLY BAD, they said it will ship in 1 week, its been 1 MONTH and still nothing!
THEY DO NOT answer to any calls whats so ever nor do they reply to emails.
currently my money is in their hands and my product isnt in mine!
they do not show you whats happening with the shipping so you dont know when or if it will come, and all they have is this weird sign which sais money has been payed, but not debited before shipping, and it still says the same thing ever since i clicked the buy button.
i STRONGLY recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is a BIG MISTAKE, it is a fraud and you will loose your money!
what i do reccomend however is a site called "Thomann", its a great site shipping arrives ON TIME and it shows you every step of the way, they help you if you have problems, but there are hardly ever, so if you want a trustworthy site its Thomann.

Terrible company, DONT...trust your money with them......Customer care does not exist and when something goes wrong they will just ignore you. You will lose your money and a whole load of time trying to sort things out with them. I have no choice but to take them to court and let the legal system sort things out. I never received my item I paid for and they are not interested at all in trying to sort it out or even help for that matter. Be warned you if you purchase anything from this cowboy company you will sadly regret it. Never reply to emails....If you phone them they will just give you excuses until you get tired of trying. Very frustrating....There are plenty of good music companies without having to take the risk with these people. I have lost more than 3000Euro. A lesson to be learned for other people I hope.

Ordered goods from Euroguitar. Order tracking did not work, so I had no idea when it would arrive. Anyway it arrived quickly and package was in prestine order. TNT delivery was signed by my daughter...
Unfortunately when package was opened the ordered product was clearly damaged, apparantly dropped on floor or something.
As TNT delivery was signed with no claims Euroguitar does not accept any liability on transport damage, so now they say I am a "happy" owner of goods worth several hundred euros....
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!
Do not sign anything without opening the boxes and thoroughly inspecting all goods. If there are hidden damage, you will not be able to change them!
I warmly recommend Thomann instead, very good experience also when something goes wrong (as it tends to do sometimes)

Despite other reviews I have to admit i had a good experince dealing with this company. Nice service (both mail and phone). Quick dispatch and track-and-trace all the way. Had it in a week after placing the order. And i live in Denmark. Good work. Furthermore, the guitar was packed really well and arrived without a scratch.
