I'm happy that I didn't read Fox Stark reviews before I ordered. The reviews seem so negative, but I was so favorably impressed with the Fox Stark service. I guess that many do not realize that their order depends on the country of origin for the purchased item. I have placed two separate orders from Fox Stark and have been pleased with the products and also with customer service.

This is my first time of getting an item from Foxstark and will definitely be the last. How can it be explained that my item that was shipped on 7th of July 2019 is yet to arrive ? This is against the deadline of 4-6 weeks that they advertised! Each time l emailed the customer support asking about my item, they kept reassuring me that it will arrive soon. Having checked the tracking history today, it doesn't explain well enough if l am going to get my item anytime soon or not. All l want now is my refund! I am soooooo displeased and disappointed!

Bad experience! I ordered and payed in june, untill today (1.october!!!) i didn't receive my order. But I payed it in june. When I wrote and asked for my stuff, they didn't answer. I'll publish this in facebook, where I ordered to warn. This isn't correct.

Ok fox Stark, long story short, your refund to me was kept ‘in holding’ for up to 21 days by Pay Pal. Pay Pal directed me, however the info was not entirely correct. Since I am very new with Pay Pal, somehow after trying to follow Pay Pals instructions Somehow the monies in holding were forwarded back to you. Can you please resend the monies owing to me, and forward to my Pay Pal account and hopefully this time things will get into my actual account without all this pending on hold stuff. Thank You. Ps I really wish you could send me an email that I could write to you. It is frustrating to have to go this route just to communicate. Pay Pal gave me a phone number for you and an email address. I had obviously no success in getting through. Someone from Fox Stark said youblock ails and Phone call numbers?

I received my item in the time frame advised. I am happy with the order and will at some time use them again. I sent email requesting a tracking number and got a reply within 24 hours and tracked it to my door, thank you again for you response to my email and for the product delivery on time.

I have ordered from this company and after some time I got a message saying that it had been delivered at my address except it hadn't because they had written the wrong number at my address, when I then wrote a mail to foxstark about it, they kindly told me it had been delivered at postal service nearly 100 km away from where I live. I then wrote and said I had no time or transport to pick up the package and I haven't heard anything since then, so I think this will be a one of experience for me since I see no reason trying to purchase anything from this company again, and by the way, Yes, they have got their money of course :(

I bought three pairs of that tummy slimmers really dislike them they have plastic rods in there which is really uncomfortable and they don't go up far enough they're not high rise.

My order has been in transit since July 31st. The first time you told me that it was lost in transit. Now I have been waiting again for weeks. Sending you an email everyday but you are no longer responding. All I would like to know if you have the decency to let me know if my order will ever arrive instead of giving me standard generic response template. For your info, here is my tracking number. I was advised to follow up if no update after 7 days and guess what, I did not hear anything from you since then.
In transit since July 31st
In transit for 50 days
Fox Stark does not respond to my follow up emails.
Fox Stark always tell me that my parcel will arrive soon so dont worry.
I paid 50 dollars for this. And never will I ever again.

In one word “ disgusting “ !!! FRAUD !
2 months back I purchased products online , after waiting for a month when I contacted them , I learned that my products have been sent back n they will reship them , I will receive in 4-8 weeks ! Someone called Dunja had been emailing me about this with new track code . After tracking for more than a month I found out that the products have been delivered !!!! I never received anything !!!!!! I immediately called up Postnl ( Netherlands post ) to enquire and they informed me that there is no delivery history of these products and there is something wrong with the sender ( Foxstark ) !!!! Since then till now ( over a month ) I am nonstop calling them , no answer .......nonstop mailing them , no reply !!! When I contacted postnl again to verify ( Netherlands post) they found out that there is something wrong with the sender , I should contact the sender which I have been trying for the last 1 month with no response !!! This “ Dunja “ vanished too !
It is ridiculous to experience how irresponsible and fraudulent this company is fooling people with attractive website !! When I have paid for the products , it is their responsibility to make sure that the products reach the right address !! I am not supposed to know what’s going on midway or anywhere else in transit !!!!
FRAUD ! I am now in the process of taking official steps to report about them and get back my money !!

I bought BeEco-Eco friendly Produce Bags.
It takes a bit long for the product to arrive, but it’s worth. The product arrived in good shape. They are in different sizes and the sizes are color coded accordingly. The bags look as they were defined and great. I am very happy that they come up with the idea of this product since it will help on reducing the plastic use which is important for environment and for all of us. Thanks for the excellent service!

Poor quality on the product I purchased, it came incomplete, as it was not very clear which item to order. When I emailed asking if they could send the extra item I needed to be able to use it, it was too much trouble for them. The item I ordered was an electric chisel which needs a cable to connect to an electric drill to make it work, so it is useless. Not at all happy.

Good morning Jaimeth, I wrote you an email on Monday September 9th, to which you have not responded to... I had a very lengthy conversation at PayPal, asking them where is my refund. They said there is no refund on hold. They mentioned that you need to send my refund thru friends and family Pay Pal with the email you have on file, which I have sent to you after you requested a confirmation. This will ensure that I will receive my instant refund with no pending or on hold status... You cannot put this refund thru as a business or corporation, PayPal said, it does not recognize or see it anywhere. Now because of all this back and forth business, I had to pay an extra $32. In addition to my last months phone bill. Can you please contact Pay Pal if you do not know how to put thru the refund correctly. I would sincerely appreciate my refund today... thank You.
