Long review, but not a rant. Bad customer service. This may fall on deaf ears, perhaps it was an anomaly, but I had a terrible experience. Initially dropped my phone off and the part was out of stock, no biggie, it happens. Dropped my phone off again a month later on a Thursday and was promoted it would be ready at 1pm on Friday. Went to retrieve phone at 445pm and was told it was still being repaired. Tried again at 930pm with the same message. I called the number on the screen and was told they're closed, call back between 9am-6pm. Called on Saturday, I'm now out of town for the weekend, after 9am and was told they're only open M-F 9-6. Mind you, I have received no emails or other correspondence, even checked spam just in case. Tried on Sunday to pickup at no avail. Called on Monday and was told my phone was picked up on Friday. After investigation we found that the phone was ready on Friday, but the kiosk malfunctioned. I asked why they didn't tell me it was ready. They said, "we emailed you." I said I didn't get an email to which they basically called me a liar and that they did email me and that I shouldn't have waited a month to turn my phone in for repair and that I should've called the 24 hour number. I asked how was I supposed to do that without my phone and if I'm not at the kiosk. They replied that it was ready and asked if there was anything else they could help with. I'm just disappointed in the communication and lack of resolve. I'm hard on phones and repair often, but I will not repair with them again. I truly hope everyone else has a better experience.

My iPhone dropped and the screen shattered. While doing some checking on Google, FoxPaw showed up in my search as being the closest to me. I took the plunge! I ordered online, paid online and drove to the nearest Schnucks looking for the kiosk (not sure if there was human interaction) and it was right inside the door. I was a tad nervous when I starting working on the machine to turn my phone in as there was NO human to help. I entered my order number and email. The "drop box" opened telling me to remove any case I had and place it in. I did and left worrying the entire time. I dropped it in the kiosk before noon, had email notifications telling me where they were in the process and at 3:30 pm, they were done. FANTASTIC job!!! Easy process, updates given each step of the way and my phone had a new screen. Highly recommend to anyone that needs this service. I am quite impressed by it all. Thank you, FoxPaw for doing such a FABULOUS job with FABULOUS service!

My iPhone 8 Plus had a broken screen and I’ve heard of this company through 1057 The Point Rizzuto show and gave them a try and I was not disappointed I’m glad I didn’t loose anything the only down side was that my home button is a bit buggy but it is manageable. Would I recommend them yes I would

I droped my iPhone 6s in the toilet lol. it was in there for a few seconds only but the touchscreen didnt work anymore. Foxpaw repaired it for me and it works fine now. cheaper than buying a new phone...

First it took three visits to the location in order for the machine to be able to accept my phone. Once I was able to turn it in I received a call within the time frame promised. I went back to the store after the weekend to pick it up and the machine was down. I tried again two days later and the machine said the phone was still at the repair facility. I called the number and she was able to get the machine to retrieve my phone but it took about 20 min. This was my first time using their service and it will be the last.

I needed a Samsung S4 fixed and it turns out I had an S4 Active, which they could not fix. So, I cannot rate the repair, but the dropping it off at a kiosk, and then picking it back up at the same kiosk, several hours later was flawless. They even had a driver go home sick, and still managed to get the phone back on time. Lots of communication. So, other then not being able to fix my model, if was a perfect experience. For sure will try again in the future.

The service at FoxPaw was terrific. I was worried I would lose the data on my old phone, but their service techs repaired it in just a few hours. If I had gone here first, I could have saved myself the purchase of a new phone!! I will go directly to FoxPaw in future versus my cell carrier, whose only interest is selling me a new phone and countless chargers, data plans and accessories I don't need or want. Big thanks, guys!

Fox Paw always does a great job. I’ve had screens replaced, screen protectors put on, and batteries replaced. They always reply quickly to emails, and call with status reports on repairs.
The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because on last repair, battery was out of stock & added a day to repair.

I have sent my husband to FoxPaw several times, as he tends to drop his phone... Well, it was my turn. My iPad would not turn on or charge. I charged it overnight...nothing. I charged it the next day on a different charger, different outlet...still nothing. I dropped it off at the FoxPaw and received it back in less than 24 hours all charged and ready to go! I believe they are magic! :)

As a listener of The Dave Glover Show, I was more than happy to use FoxPaw. I had heard that they had kiosks in Illinois, so I looked online for a location near me. My search engine brought up a collinsville location. So I placed my repair order through FoxPaw. Unfortunately, I did not verify the locations from FoxPaw.com as all kiosks in Illinois have been removed. That was a little disappointing.
My phone needed a little more work than I had originally thought and they called and offered to repair the part for a discounted price.
Overall I was satisfied with my experience and will recommend to family and friends.

Great experience. Called first to get information about their service and they were very helpful. They gave me kiosk location which was very close to my home. I dropped off my iPad and 2 days later it was done. Perfect glass replacement and the cost was half of what Apple would charge.

I had my iPhone screen replaced. It was too sensitive afterwards. I took it back to the store. When I arrived for pickup, the tech made no notes about what was done. When asked by another employee he indicated that he replaced the screen a 2nd time. It is still too sensitive. I can’t scroll without it clicking on a link. I was charged $21more than the price on the website for service. I called about this on the first day of service. The customer service rep stated she’d call me back that’s day or the next. She did not call. I called 2 days later and the person who answered said it was submitted for a refund. Three days later the cost has not been rectified.

I stopped in at a FoxPaw storefront location on 9/14. The employee was busy on the phone at the time, but greeted me and assured me he would be with me soon. He was very pleasant and quoted a price for a screen replacement. I told him I may be back.
I went to a kiosk at the Schnuck's in St. Peters, MO the morning of 9/15, but the screen was not working on the machine. It was on, and had choices showing, but when I touched the screen, nothing happened. I called the phone number on the machine, but the recording said FoxPaw was closed. This was a bummer as it should work for drop-off at any time, 24/7.
Later I was able to drop the phone off for repair at the kiosk in the Dorsett Schnuck's around 10:00am without any problems. The phone was ready for pickup by around 4:30pm. The new screen on the phone looks great and we have not had any problems with it.
