I bought a pair of converse all star shoes in the Edinburgh store a cup of years ago and I found my right shoes there is something rubbing my feet when I wear it on my first day bought it. I went back to the store to try to ask the staff to see they can fix this problem or change other pair, but they won't do it. The attitude was really bad, especially the manager name call "Emily" (that's what she told me her name is, and she refuses to give me her last name...)
Bad service, bad attitude, I had a really bad day on that day...
it's happened a few years ago, but I still clearly remember the attitude on her face, was disgusting and unacceptable.

ordered expensive trainers which have never arrived .contacting footlocker by phone is a nightmare . Nearly 2 weeks later and still no trainers but the money has been taken from my account . Will never buy from footlocker again

Shockingly terrible. Ordered three pairs of trainers and was sent an email for each saying they’re out of stock. Why is it in stock on your website. Why have you now taken the payment. And why do I now have to wait DAYS for my payment back.
Website should be updated immediately.

I ordered a pair of shoes at one of the footlocker stores with an employee as the size I wanted was not in stock and I was told they would be delivered to me within 5 days. So the next day I got a call from a really rude guy saying my order has been cancelled with no explanation and I was told I had to travel back to the store to get my refund bare in mind I don’t live near that store as I was on a day out shopping trip. I told the guy on the phone I live an hour away and he was like well that’s your fault?? And he said I couldn’t get a refund online and I have to travel an hour to get a refund for a cancellation that wasn’t t my fault? He refused to put me through to a manager and he was saying he can’t help me and that i’ll loose my money for the shoes unless I go out my way to travel an hour! I emailed customer services and still no reply? Staff are awful and the girl in the store put my email address and home address in incorrect as well :) will never be using this company ever again

Really wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering online. Footlocker took payment for a pair of Nike trainers, after 10 days I still hadn’t had a dispatch notification. Called customer services only to be told that a store Manchester should have sent them but hadn’t. They said someone would call be back later that day-they didn’t! Another few days passed and I received a dispatch email. In the end it took another 3 days to deliver because they were shipped from Holland. Won’t use this company again, I will stick to buying from the brands direct or other stores with a better reputation!

At the time of writing this, Footlocker's website has been down for at least 3 days. Customer service say they are unable to help, can't get onto the website themselves so also cannot fulfil orders by phone. It seems this happens every time there's a new shoe release and demand is high. But they still don't sort it out! Get your website up to scratch guys!
Customer service standard is equivalent to the website farce. When you call them you're put into a 10-15 minute queue and left there. When they answer they can't be bothered to help you. This is 2019 Footlocker, get with it!

ordered red trainers, Nike moreuptempo sent blue, could have ordered from Nike directly for cheaper, so these people get cheap shoes from italy and sell you for full price with free returns read carefully.
For your convenience, you can choose to return your products by UPS courier or at any Foot Locker store. In both cases, you have to do so in the same country where the order was shipped.
Never get another penny from me full stop. dishonest just sent blue as never had red just to make sale.
might aswell just say no returns

Had a good service from foot locker. It's the first time I've ever shopped with them and I found the whole process very easy and pleasant. I ordered some vans for my daughter, they was cheaper than everywhere else and with free delivery. You can't get better than that.

Bought some trainers for £160, worn a couple of times and air bibbled leaked, changed them and didnt even wear new ones and the air bubble wad leaking. Store said they wont change them, although it is quite clear they havent been worn. Have to take pictures and send to footlocker so they can decide if it is a manufacturing fault or not, looked up reviews and it is clearly a common fault, yet footlocket wont refund. Am. In the process of going through trafing standards, but footlockers exchange policy was not visible instore nor was anything said about faulty items and their refund policy. Would never niy anything from footlocker again, staff have not got a clue about comsuner rights and none of the staff are consistant in their advice. Should of ordered through JD and waitrd a few days for delivery.

Experienced one of the worst service. I have been waiting for this order for 7 days, placed the order via the footlocker store in Coventry and was assured the trainers would be delivered within 7 working days. After 7 working days and nothing has been delivered, l have been to the store twice, and all l am told is to call customer service, which takes approx 8-10mins to be answered. After talking to customer service today 13/08/2019 to a guy called Jorge who not only failed to assist me but also refused to transfer the call to a manager, l am still to get a refund or the pair of trainers. I have been told to keep on waiting while they arrange to get the shoes returned to them from God knows where they had delivered them too. So they refused to cancel the order and refund me as if it is my fault that they have gone past their 7 day delivery period plus they do not know where they sent the trainers. I am now paying for their lack of professionalism, while they hold on to my money. Last time l shop at Footlocker. Totally unacceptable!!!!!

Customer service is non-existant. Bought a jumper on sale for half price. Was a little too big so wanted to return but as there is no exchange facility online the only way I could get a smaller size was to get a refund and buy the smaller size at the full price.
Went to a store and they were trying to help but couldn’t get the size I wanted from the stores they could order from. They suggested I could ask online to transfer the jumper to them and they do the exchange in store. Online refused to do this even though in-store were sure this could happen. Online customer service just do not want to help.
Asked for a call from a manger. This was refused as any request of contact must be filtered.
Utterly utterly awful customer service. Also how in this day and age there is no exchange setup is ridiculous.
