If you want to return or even EXCHANGE an item they charge you $10!!!! To print the return lable. Exchanges should be free but nope gotta pay for that as well. Complete rip off will never order from this or any of their sister sites again. Awful company!

The customer service is horrible! Do not waste time on online chat. After spending 20 min on their online chat with Larry, I was finally given a number to talk to a person. If your order is messed up call 1-877-833-7397. My order was for an anniversary present that has yet to arrive despite ship date and confirmation of shipping. Horrible service all around!

I've ordered from Fanatics several times. They send emails the day after your purchase telling you that your item is on the way. It is never on the way. I'll get another email the day after I was supposed to receive my order letting me know my items are actually on the way. I've received all my orders weeks after purchase. Items that were purchased as gifts were given late. I recently ordered merch for a game and the items will be here after the game is over. I'll never make a purchase from Fanatics again.

For the second time in the last three orders to Fanatics they sent the wrong item. When I call customer service the operator told me they were going to waive the cost for me to return the item. This must be a joke... Why would any fee have to we waived when a customer receives the incorrect product... All they do is apologize but provide zero in compensation to me for the continued screw ups....

Took nearly two weeks to receive my order, and then it was the correct gear, just not the team that I ordered, right item, wrong college. I called customer service on a Monday, stated the problem, said I needed it by Friday when I was traveling to the game. She basically said there was no way to get it by Friday, she didn’t care that I wouldn’t have anything to wear at the game, and she was uninterested, and unsympathetic to the fact that I had received the wrong items. I mentioned that I ordered 2.5 weeks in advance and it “wasn’t my problem they got it wrong” she reminded me that it was actually my problem because I didn’t have any gear. I won’t be waiting for my items, as I cancelled the order and I will never be waiting for an item from them again, there is nothing I would want bad enough to give my company this money! At the end of the call she said, “stay on the line” and then, likely not on accident, she hung up the phone. Definitely don’t want someone to fill out a survey after you act like an a-hole!

We bought 2 shirts from Fanatics.com. One was ok but the other was so thin that my finger almost went through it just trying it on. When I contacted Fanatics, I got the run around at first. Then I found out how to do a return, to find out I have to pay to return their defective product. So none of these businesses care about the customer service or the quality of the product they are selling!?! Do not buy from this company! You don’t know what kind of quality product you will receive and customer service is worth even less!

I'd give this conartist company a ZERO if I was allowed to by the application. I hadn't read the NUMEROUS negative reviews posted by the victims of these scammers until AFTER I had placed an order for a laser pen. No communication from the jerks as to why I hadn't received my order, nor had I been kept informed of the order's status. Despite MANY attempts by myself to get ANY answer from them, I was left hanging and disregarded. I've been patiently waiting for WELL OVER A MONTH! I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. Looks like I'm going to be out the forty dollars that they had NO PROBLEM taking my money in advance. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING WHATSOEVER FROM THESE SCUMBAGS! Terrible I ordered a Celtics Kemba Walker Jersey in July 14th and Fanatics said they wouldnt deliver it till September because "he didnt sign his contract yet" which he did on July 6th. Then today they say they ain't going to deliver it till October, then I told them I was going to cancel the order and all of a sudden the jerseys on it's way. So basically this whole time they couldve sent it but didnt. Terrible service.

Your customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Somehow you can't cancel an order that you won’t even ship for over 7 days and want me to pay expedited shipping to get it 9 days after I ordered. I needed the shirts this week for an event. I tried to cancel the order in less than 18 hrs after I placed it. You were able to cancel the shirt that wasn't shipping until Thursday but not the one that ships 3 days later. Makes no sense to anyone with common sense. You haven't shipped it or even printed the shipping label. You could easily change the shipping. Not only will I never buy anything from you I will tell everyone I know not to as well! Oh and I will be returning the shirt but unfortunately I will be eating the cost of expedited shipping. Living and learn and I will NEVER buy anything from you again. Just looked at the Better Business Bureau and they have many complaints about them!

This store is the biggest rip off ever, I ordered 2 tees and made a mistake by ordering 2 of the same one. In order to return it after paying 25.00 plus shipping and get the other I meant to order, they again charged me over 12.00 to return it giving me a total refund of 13.13 and I had to pay more shipping on the shirt I meant to get.I will never order from them again.

Never ORDER for this company. I ordered a custom jersey and when it arrived the stitching was bunched and crooked. I called customer service and got the run around...they put in a ticket and someone will contact me and maybe they'll decide to refund it. What!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager and got the same story. There is NO customer service and this is one of the worst customer experiences ever. They didn't even try to get a quick response from their vendor. Apparently Fanatics has their customer jerseys done by Majestic who has zero quality control. Now I have to sit around waiting to be contacted - guess my son won't get this for Christmas!

Purchased a personalized jersey for a Christmas gift. My wife didn’t open it until Christmas and quickly noticed that the lettering and numbers we poorly attached to the jersey. Half falling off and the rest was over processed and burned. We promptly return and were told today that they received our return but we exceeded the 365 day return policy when we ordered just prior to Christmas. We will never use this company again. Terrible experience

The website doesnt work properly. When I try to sign in i get a (sign in Failed) message.. I ordered a personalized jersey and my price was 61.80.. but my credit card was charged 68.40.. I dont understand this. When I called customer service the very nice lady could not find my order. Although I have a order number.. Still waiting for my Jersey.. Very frustrating

I ordered a jersey for my son on 12-20 and the website said it would ship WITHIN 7 days 10 days later it still hasn't shipped. I called to cancel the order and I was told it would take 3-5 days to refund my payment it didn't take 3-5 days for them to take my money. This is the worst site ever I will use them ever again.

When I noticed how much of a bad feedback Fanatics received, I was very scared and worried about my order and money especially since I never received a confirmation email. However I contacted customer service and Karen was very helpful! She tracked down my order and helped me verify my purchase and contact information.

Really horrible experience and would not ever order from this company again and I recommend no one else does either. I ordered two cowboys wine glasses for my boyfriend as a birthday present. I received an email that the wine glasses were delivered, however they were not at my house and no package arrived. I called customer service who was nice and reshipped the wine glasses for me. Then, after putting them in the dishwasher before using them the entire cowboys logo ripped off of one of the wine glasses and we never even got to use it once! Overall horrible experience with this company. Their kind customer service representatives are their only saving grace.
