I have been using FoodPanda for a month now (5 stars) and I must say it is very convenient. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with one of my orders (2 stars).
My order was immediately completed even though I haven't received it. I spoke with customer service (maybe you can also have a hotline not just chat) and told them my food hasn't arrived. They weren't able to resolve the issue so they just gave a refund.
I spoke with one of the delivery personnel when I ordered again. He told me that whenever they press completed/delivered the details of the customer will be removed.
Looks like this happened so I didn't receive my order.
I hope FoodPanda can add another step once the food is delivered like asking the customer for a signature.
But overall, FoodPanda is great. This is the only downside. I hope you could fix this.

Good company for food delivery. They have a excellent customer care service that takes care of problems and issues when it arises. However I hope to see more offers and deals to customers that uses this app
