Can't deal with a issue with out putting the blame on customer,
Ordered then waited two hours contacted live chat to be told restraunt won't send my order until I call them I explained I had no credit then was told oh well they won't send it anyway ... Great service .. not.
Stick with just eat these are terrible honestly take this advice app is buggy not first time either had arguments with delivery drivers because I ordered they took money but my postcode wasn't in there delivery range but foodhub put it in my choices ... 0stars ... Restaurant still delivered it but even still I didn't need to argue because of it because the middle person can't sort the act out.

Easy to use app and service has worked perfectly for me. I've used them a few times now without any issues. I'm giving 4 stars as there's not as much choice in my area as other competitors but I'm not using the other competitors for a reason!

Today I ordered myself and my young daughter some dinner. I ordered it with plenty of time to get to us before tea time. The order had processed and I had paid near to £20. Around 30 minutes after ordering I had a notification saying that the order had been cancelled by the restaurant. This was due to the restaurant actually being closed. I was told that I'd receive a refund within 3-5 business days. So I then spoke to someone on live chat for food hub. I asked why was I able to order from a closed restaurant in the first place, I was now down £20. And had to fork out more money to buy us some dinner. We don't have takeaway often, it was a little treat for myself and my daughter. Food hub couldn't care less that my money had been taken and that I had already been waiting 30 minutes before the order being cancelled. I wasn't even offered a discount code so I could order elsewhere. I did think that maybe that because they had made the mistake of taking payment for something they new I'd never receive then they could offer a little compensation so we could order another dinner. I will not be using food hub again, bloody joke.

Customer service is terrible! Uncooked food arrived and they refused to do anything about it, got passed around between them and the take away and got nowhere in the end.

I use the app to order food and it's a great easy to use app, but I work as a delivery driver and again it's good to use and even better with the drive2success app, but I'm very disappointed there is no tip driver button when people order for the drivers after all without us you wouldnt be making money, since the app took over most of our orders iv lost around £15 a night I used to make in tips I work thursday to monday so add that up for the year the app has took a big chunk of my earnings and I'm sure other drivers will be feeling this also. Please add a tip driver option to the app that we can check at the end of our shifts. After all it is us making you money. Who knows food hub might be able to take a small percent from our tips adding extra income, or you could just let us keep it😀👍👍

Stay well away from this app/service, there customer service is appalling an order was placed through this company but the restaurant never received the order. The money was taken and now I’m fighting to get the money back so I’m guessing I’m going to have to go through some sort of authority to try and get my money back, stick with just eat or a reputable company. I will shortly be in touch with the Ombudsman A’s I’m sure theft is a crime.

Beware of Foodhub. They only publish the reviews that benefit their business. Not honest reviews.( Look elsewhere for feedback before using foodhub!) They also ignore emails when you have a problem! Be careful!

First and last time I will ever use this service. Placed my food order and left my phone on the side as was busy and came back to a missed call. Called the number it was the restaurant demanding £4 extra for delivery saying I should not have been allowed to order from there! Wanted to cancel but order was almost here they said. Complained to food hub who said restaurants can do what they want and there was nothing they can do. Keep your activities I believe are not lawful. I will escalate this!

I have been waiting on a refund from Foodhub now for 2 months. I keep getting told it has been passed on to another team who never get in touch! It is the last time I will be using there facilities to order any food! Total joke! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order through Food Hub, the restaurant then called me to say they couldn’t complete the order. When I contacted food hub they acknowledged that the restaurant had had to close early due to technical issues but I would have to wait for my the takeaway to refund my money. 2 days later the order showed on the system as being completed, no refund and now no communication from Food hub. Avoid this service like the plague, the customer service is no existent, the online chat is robotic. There practices amount to theft.

I started getting paranoid when I read the bad reviews that my food wouldn't show up. I used some common sense and rang the takeaway i ordered from after 20 mins who confirmed my order had been received which put my mind at rest. For the peopld sat there crying that their money has been taken without any food showing up use some common sense, firstly call the takeaway to check if they have received your order, if not and you can't get your money back from food hub ring your bank and submit a debit card dispute you will be refunded within 48 hours and the bank will look into your claim.
Food arrived on time with no issues. Foodhub have discounts on pretty much every takeaway so I got 15% off my order and no 50p service charge to pay so I will definitely use again.

I ordered a meal yesterday it took nearly 2 hours to arrive, Foodhubs response - deal directly with the restuarant for any redress. When I contact the take-away service they say it is the driver. Speaking to the driver he says he only got my order 10 mins ago, so someone is not telling the truth. I ended up not eating as the food arrived too late. The thing is I placed my order with Foodhub. First and last time I ever use this delivery service.
