Doesn't ship what they indicate and had to call two times and what they do ship is not good food!
I purchased a 72 hour kit for just shipping only and then upgraded to a 3 month kit as well for $497.00, which would include another 3 Free 72 hour kits and 6 additional FREE bonuses. They were very quick to charge my account and after 2 1/2 weeks of not receiving my order I called to find out the status only to be told that they saw it but didn't know why it hadn't been shipped. I finally received my 3 month kit today and no FREE 3 more 72 hour kits or bonuses included and the food wasn't at all of a variety. I contacted customer service which by the way you have to wait forever for someone to pick up only to be told that the rest was shipped separately and that those kits would be the same food that they already shipped out. This company doesn't live up to it's representation online. It doesn't offer a variety of food and the food it does offer isn't of good quality. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. FOOD ISN'T WORTH THE PRICE!!!!! ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE THEN Food4Patriots!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE - BUYER'S REMORSE
I admit I am not quite sure how I first came into contact with this company. It may have been an email or it may have been in a Google "News" story, which combine news stories and ads that have relevance to your google history. This was done from a cell-phone with Android.
I responded to an offer for a "Free 72 hour Survival Food Kit", pay the S&H. It said, and I quote from the screenshot of their page I took, 'They source most of their raw ingredients from the "fresh produce" category - picture the delicious veggies you find in season at your local farmer's market.' I decided, since it was made with fresh veggies, I might as well try it. Then it said, 'This isn't ordinary food...this is delicious, nutritious, good for 25 years "super survival food" that could literally save your life.' It had a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: 'This is a 100% money back guarantee. No questions asked ... just return it within 365 days of purchase and I'll refund 100% of today's shipping cost.' I ordered the Free 72 hour survival food kit. It was followed by a "great deal", before I left the web site. Purchase a 3-month survival food kit, get "3 more FREE 72-hour food kits AND FREE SHIPPING! It had the same 100% money back guarantee, good for any reason for 365 days on the entire purchase price. The priced was $497.00. I clicked no thanks. Then another page came up asking if I said no, was it the price. If so, I could pay $99.95 for 5 months.
'PLUS You Get FREE Shipping'. Since all the product was being shipped together, I assumed I would not be charged the shipping for the Free 72-hour kit. There was a charge for $14.95 to my account for the first 72-hour kit, in addition to the first $99.95 for the 3 month supply. When the product arrived, I felt I had been misled. It consisted of many packages of orange energy drink (first ingredient sugar), whey powered milk, oatmeal, pancakes, and one package of cream of wheat, the only breakfast foods; potato soups, rice soups, lunch? ; rice dishes, mashed potatoes, noodle dishes like mac and cheese, stroganoff, dinner? ; pudding and banana chips, the only snacks/desserts. Where were the farmers market veggies? The only protein was the whey powdered milk, if you can count that. What was nutritious about any of this so called super survivor food?
So I called to ask how to return items. I spoke to Charlene. She told me to send it by FedEx, that was how they ship. She said when I had the tracking number, to call her again and they would begin the refund process for the money I paid for the product. It would take a couple weeks. If I did not call with the tracking number, it would take months. She said I was expected to pay the shipping to return it because they considered it to be Buyer's Remorse. And the return shipping was not covered by their guarantee. When I went to FedEx, I was told the cost for the one large box was $106.03. I called Charlene again to inquire about return, because the 'free shipping' value was approximately $57 supposedly. I asked if Food4Patriots could give me their Company Rate, which FedEx told me could be as low as $10. She told me she was not able to do that. So I had to pay to ship the items back. Now I have to hope I actually receive a refund for the initial $99.95. I am out the $14.95 for the first shipping charge and the $106.03 to return the items. I also had to send another small box back. That box cost $22.

I received an email to try some free long term storage coffee, just pay for shipping. I entered my credit card number for the amount of $3.50. I was then charged $1997.00 for a generator that never even appeared anywhere on the screen. Company is closed on weekend.

DON'T BUY! OVERPRICED!
I paid $1.888.00 for a year's supply from "Food4Patriots.com" only to find out later that I could have gotten a year's supply of the very same food from www.mypatriotsupply.com for only $1,350.00! "Food4Patriots" is a reseller of food manufactured by "Patriot Pantry" for "Patriotsupply" and simply marks the price up over "Patriotsupply"'s price and then provides less food for the increased price.

Overcharged for reselling someone else's product. They make you think it is their product.
The advertising leads you to think that this company is packaging their own products. In reality, they are selling my patriot supply food and marking up the price. I paid $894.00 for a six month supply. The calories in the kit will not keep you alive. This is a prime example of misleading advertising. I could get the same food for much less if I went to the original manufacturer.

Only Dismal 675 Calories Per Day
Fraud: Only a dismal 675 calories per day (3 month package). Why calories per day is never mentioned anywhere on their website, they don't want you to know. This is a horribly calorie deficient product. I did the calorie counting math in a speadsheet. At 1500 calories per day (between 1200 just survival, and 2000 for active people), your 3 month supply will last only 40 days.

Overcharge, false web site
I ordered a product online from an advertisement using my credit card. Two days later upon checking my account I discovered that my order had been changed. In stead of the four 72 hour packets I had ordered they had billed me for four three month packets. Checking my email I found error and immediately tried to contact them through the email they had listed, It showed no such email address existed. I attempted several different times using several different mediums. I then then sent an email to the company founder at
[email protected] This also received no acknowledgement or reply.

Purchased several items. I was promised items in two week or less along with tracking information. I have tried to contact them several times. Email does not work nor does phone number. I will be contacting FBI— Internet Fraud and Protection, Internet Crime Complaint Center, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Stop Fraud.gov. Face Boo, Rip Off Report and hope others will also.
