Asked if they could repair or replace my broken phone port; was told it would take perhaps a week, two at most.
Tried to message them after 3 weeks, no reply, went down to the shop in person, where I was told they had fixed the port, but broken the screen in the process (which I was told would happen in advance), but that I would have to ask them to fix tha as well, and it would be another month before it was done.
Got charged 600kr for them to break my phone, and took it home to confirm that they hadn't even fixed the port.
I would have been more understanding if they had at least been honest with me and said they hadn't a clue what they were doing, and they might need longer time to actually fix the port. It's the being lied to and still having to pay that got me.
