Jag skulle aldrig rekommendera folksam till nån annan. De lurade mig från början eftersom det var min första gången att ha hemförsäkring. Efter uppsägning tåg de också mina pengar. I spoke with someone from them about canceling the insurance and he said he is going to fix it and i don't need anything but then didn't done anything even they took money from my account again. This is not joke so they have to stop it. Farther the worst experience i ever had.

You may never get your money of damage.
When I send them an email about buying insurance, they will quickly reply in minutes. But when I want to report damage cost such as the cost rental car during car repairing. There is no way to upload receipts like other insurance companies, and no way to report the cost at all. When I send them any email or submit a question form from the web-site for reporting the damage cost, they never replied. I have sent over 10 emails or message through both email client and website, never get replied. When I call them for reimbursement, they always immediately transfer me into a long que waiting (seems no one answer at all in that waiting queue. Once, I put my phone aside and wait for more than 3 hours, still 68 in queue). They just don't give client the way to report damages properly. So you may never get you money of damage cost back according to the insurance contract then.
