Ordered posters from Flyeralarm. The poster became white after the rain. I sent the complaint and they refunded me. Lesson learned. In the end, they were fair and I appreciate that.

Worst everything. Price was what made me go with them but oh boy did I regret that.
Made stickers orders and was a horrible experience trying to get some die cut stickers, their "graphic designers" kept saying my file was wrong, that had to be 2mm from the edges and honestly it took me ages to try and get it right and end up cancelling that, don't get why they have "graphic designers" if I was the one doing ALL the work and apparently, wrong for their standards. STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND. Seems like my bank details were also not 2mm in the right spot.
They would also NOT SHIP TO IRELAND, so had to set for UK first, I called and asked for one parcel, so I would pay for the address pal just once, but of course they couldn't do it. Received 4 parcels, and so much empty space on the box, could easily be two boxes. If you are going for stickers try Awesome Merch, lil bit more money but for the love of god the costumer service and overall experience is worth it ;)
All together about 2 months in, MANY PHONE CALLS, emails exchange and still going. Unless you are lacking some strong emotions in your life, don't buy from them.

It's just sad to see such a service... I placed an order for different labels to be printed, and my browser saved an old address. The correct was in France.
I then sent an email to ask to change the delivery address to the French address, and they said they can't send it to a French address.
This means that the package has to be sent to Germany first and then sent to France by someone. This results in double shipping and doubles the delivery time.
It's just sad to see such inefficiency, as shipping a parcel to France instead of Germany doesn't change a thing, instead of maybe calling a different courier. (I offer to pay extra for the different shipping as well).

Ordered posters from Flyeralarm. After the first rain the paint vanished and the poster on the wall was completely WHITE. When I complained to the customers service they said "Paper is not suit for outdoors use and shouldn´t get wet"!?! Well, I have used other companies for posters and their posters never turned white after the rain. And, surprise, surprise, their posters are also made of paper!! What kind of substandard product and moreover what kind of customer service is that?!

high quality, fast delivery, guess the best in the market so far. I tried several printers online but the quality, the timing and the customer care is the best compared to the others. Even when i had problems they refund me with no problems.

The customer support member with the job title "Digital Media Designer" might be the rudest, most incompetent and laziest person I've had to deal with in years.
Pure evil, zero customer service. The companies that I have been associated with have used Flyeralarm since 2011, and even though their prices are good and they have never let us down until the last order, I'm never going to be able to use them again after her copy and paste reply to our complaint which have affected our business.

I ordered Express because I really needed this product. I was informed by the website that the package would arrive in time with a 60% chance.
I ordered Express + Saturday bonus.
The package was shipped the day it should arrive, and therefore too late. (I do not know why I paid the Saturday surcharge, because it was shipped after Saturday)
I am very disappointed with this miss information!
After all the quality of the product seems good.
Ordering was easy and without complication so as the payment.

First, you have to go through all the hoops of ordering things before you can upload your design, which is only accepted in a few formats. Second, there is a lot of terminologies that is simply impossible to decipher, What is CMYK? And why do I have to try 10 times to get my design uploaded AFTER I paid? Cancelled my order out of frustration. Never mind. I'll go to the competitor that takes my designs without any hassle.

For the fifth year in a row, I had a book printed by Flyeralarm. Starting off with a simple brochure, stapled in the back, it has now grown to a softcover, glued. Every year they have fulfilled their promises, delivering always within the promised deadline. The quality is excellent, whichever material I have chosen. Most important to me though is the phone support they provide, and the way they help to solve any issues. Very service oriented, their telephone support is wonderful. Yes, I'm a fan!

Unacceptable quality and customer service. Please avoid at all costs.
1. Ordered booklets
2. 10% were badly cut and were trashed
3. We still accepted the order because they told us they had printed more copies
4. A couple of days later we actually distributed the booklets and saw (after distributing them) that they weren't printed with our design but the design of another customer...
5. Flyeralarm doesn't want to reimburse the order or even accept their mistake...

Terrible service. Had to go back to my designer twice to change formats as they could not use the file. inaction because the file was too big. i was under the impression that the larger the file the higher quality the print. this was made more annoying as there website takes your money before telling you they can't do the job

I had a really bad experience with this company. I had an order with some modifications and to be sure I was paying everything right, I went through all the points with the man who was taking care of my order and payed all we checked together in the shop. After 4 months, I received a layer's letter asking me for some 24,90 that I did not pay, plus extra fees plus his own service of charging me. I called the company to ask what was that about and they did not want to collaborate or to really explain me what was that about. They did not contact me during this 4 months, but they sent me weekly advertisements. The only solution they offered me for my case was that I should also get a layer, if I did not agree with this.
