It is unfortunate that they are playing hide and seek with my refund together with the airline agent. I will never book this sub standard airline. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this airline.

Bad bad dont fly with them in fact dont even go to dubai.. boring country nothing to do there. Not even free water was served on a 6 hour ling flight! Im certain this is against at least some human rights.

On top of that, returning flight has been cancelled due to covid19 panic and they only refund in vouchers which are useless since there is no flight soon! Great airline i due hope it will go bankrupt because of covid

The Government issues a travel warning over COVID19, and I am still forced to pay the full cancellation fees. Absolute disgrace!

Travelled from Bahrain to Dubai for business trip in economy class. As usual Fly Dubai was impressive. Smooth boarding despite the delay due to bad weather. Ground team gave constant updates about the status of the airplane's arrival. Push back was quick, in fact no time was wasted anywhere. Arrival was almost on scheduled time. It was a pleasant experience.

Everything worked well on both outbound and inbound flight. Landing was on time on both the days. On both the legs checked in luggage arrived pretty fast. Cabin crew was efficient and friendly. They seemed to genuinely enjoy work. Definitely much better customer service experience in comparison to their competitors. Fly Dubai is improving with every flying experience.

Fly Dubai was impressive in terms of quality of customer service, staff, airplane seating and their on time performance. Food was served hot and fresh and drinks option was also good. Tickets were bought at a very cheap price. Got more than I paid for. Needless to say that I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Flydubai is a budget airline and one has to keep this in mind before making the selection or keeping any high expectation. They have an option for luggage charges. Which means if u are traveling with hand bags pay only for that and not for the full luggage. They have veg and non veg option but ofcourse there is not variety in these category which is understandable. Seat pitch is ok and legroom is also sufficient for average height person. All in all a good low cost airline

Flew from Riyadh to Dubai and back. Easy check in process and nice friendly ground staff on both the days. Very courteous and competent cabin crew on both legs. Aircraft was new, clean and fresh. Hat racks were spacious. Seat pitch was almost 32, with adequate legroom and arm space. Food was good. After the meal I watched something on Netflix on my laptop. It was an enjoyable trip.

My travel experience with FlyDubai was amazing. Flight tickets were fairly priced. What struck me the most was their dedication to good customer service. Easy to use mobile app. Quick and convenient check-in process, all thanks to efficient ground staff. Boarding from the gate to bus and on to plane was fast. Inflight experience was smooth too. Flight attendants were warm and pleasant. Overall everything worked out well.

My mother and I traveled from Tehran to Dubai. My mother is 76 years old and needed wheelchair assistance which was provided by FlyDubai on request. We forgot her walking stick at the check in counter. We only realised it after we had boarded the plane. I immediately went up to one of the flight crew and informed her about this. She instantly informed the ground staff about the same. Staff did excellent follow up and got it delivered to us on the flight before the flight doors closed. We really appreciate the way they handled it. My mother cannot walk one step without the support of the stick so it was really heartwarming to see the staff handle it with that sensitivity. I sincerely grateful of the staff involved for their proactiveness. Great job!

My trip from Dubai to Tehran was good. Flight went very smooth despite the full load. Everything was well organised right from check in to disembarking. Ground staff was very helpful and courteous. Seats on board were spacious and legroom was enough. Food was decent. Overall a pleasant journey.

I am a regular customer of flydubai. I would say This is the best budget airline in entire GCC. Travel as per requirement with just hand baggage or with check in luggage and pay accordingly. Very happy with the services. Looking forward for more journey with them

We indeed had a great journey with flyDubai in our recent trip to Dubai on our first anniversary vacation. Great in-flight services including the food. Landing and take off on time and everything was just perfect.

Recently travelled to Yerevan for my visa change. Travelpoint had a offer going on and I thought of taking a small vacation. Prebooked tickets with flydubai as I was traveling from dubai. Ground staff was fast and good in her work, I requested for aisle seat cause of personal reasons and she got me that. Aircraft looked relatively new and to my surprise legroom was great. Food was average but didn’t matter much to me. As I had good heavy meal before taking the flight. Overall it’s a good budget airline without any trouble.

It was a company paid business trip to Dubai. Since Flydubai fly directly to Dubai from Sofia it was the most convenient option in terms of timing and fare value. I opted for it and i am happy with my decision. Everything was as per industry standard and it was indeed a comfortable journey with them.

We had a very good journey with Flydubai. Recent flight to Vienna was pleasant. Boarding was done as per the seat numbers which was hassle free. Take off was on time and we reached 10 minutes before schedule arrival. I am also very happy with the meal quality which was just like my kind of taste. Non spicy and very healthy meal with energy bar. I am very happy with my decision of taking my flight with Flydubai.

It’s a budget airline so expect the same what you have paid for. Decent airline, comfortable legroom and average food and you reach your destination safely. Overall a great airline for me. Definitely recommended for all kind of travel

My wife and I travelled from Alexandria to Dubai. Due to rough weather flight was turbulent in parts and my wife got airsick and through up. Crew got her water and a cookie and kept checking on her throughout. Very happy to have experienced the warm and friendly service by cabin crew. Cheers to them! Landing was smooth despite the weather. Look forward to travelling with fly dubai again.

I am a mother of two young boys, one is 3 and the other is 5 years old. Travelling with small kids can be overwhelming as they get super excited at times and can get difficult to manage however; Fly Dubai staff was quite patient and courteous throughout the flight. They had a warm smile on their faces even when the boys were pressing call bell frequently just for fun which I tried to stop them from doing and they did stop eventually but crew was nice throughout. Flight was on time and bags came out fast too. A very pleasant experience with Fly Dubai indeed.

My travel experience on Fly Dubai flight a month back was good. Boarding was announced on time. As the aircraft was parked at the remote bay so we were taken on the aircraft by a coach which was also well organised and didn’t delay the boarding process. The onboard service was also friendly and nice. Crew was pleasant and warm. Landing was on schedule as well. It was another wonderful experience with Fly Dubai.

My parents and I travelled from Colombo to Dubai on a Fly Dubai Flight. It was my parents first international trip. Staff at the check in counter was really nice, I requested her for wheelchair assistance for both my parents as both of them are in their late seventies and can’t walk for too long. The ground staff was quick to adhere to my request and provided wheelchair assistance to my parents till the aircraft. Cabin crew on board was also very helpful in assisting them whenever required. Flight seats were quite comfortable and spacious, we were at ease throughout the journey. I requested the crew to serve meal to my father first as he is a diabetic and needed to take his medicine, crew not only served my father first but also my mother at the same time. I appreciate the compassion and professionalism of the crew. My parents got wheelchair assistance from aircraft to the arrival hall as well. I am very impressed with the overall service we got from the airline. We had a very pleasant trip. I am looking forward to many more flights with them.

Boarded the flight from Dubai to Beirut. Seats were comfortable and aircraft seems in good condition and relatively new. Our 2 years old daughter had colic cause of flight traveling, crew assisted well with sugar and cookies. Overall it was a comfortable journey.
