I was in need of a last min flight and I came across Fly Business cheap. The person I spoke with was very nice an too the point. I got on my flight by the my deadline with no problem at all.

Confirmation numbers were fictitious. When I called the airlines to reserve seating, I found that as the confirmation numbers were incorrect, I needed to provide name, date, and flight to locate the tickets. I then found that only part of the itinerary was booked. Lufthansa did not have a return flight booked for me. I would have been stranded in Moscow.
I was also informed that I would be receiving miles for the flights. After multiple phone calls, texts, and emails, miles were never transferred to my account.
Stay AWAY from this company. I agree with the other reviews on this site. I wish I had read them before dealing with this company!! I was promised a refund if the miles were not transferred. No miles, no refund. I will contact the credit card for a refund.

For 90 days, company withheld payment after submitting to us information that purported to be actual information from the airline but in reality was a fictitious, simulated semblance of legitimate image of airline's website. We contacted airline who advised us reservation was cancelled and ticket was never purchased. When we brought matter to company's attention, we were told it was the airline's error and that they were working with the airlines to rectify the matter. Fly Business Cheap misrepresented the facts and besmirches the airline's reputation. Low balling a contractual rate and failing to deliver it, while cloaking it with subterfuge, implies deceit and false advertising. We did contact our credit card company and got our money back. Keeping customer's payment for 90 days and exposing customers to fictitious status information for company's own system, as opposed to actual airline status information is a deceitful way of doing business.

Last week I came back from Greece it was wonderful time even in spite of lack of money. I was quite nervous because if have found expensive tickets I would not be able to rest in a way I wanted in Greece. Thanks Cheapfirstclass especially my agent Mia because she could find for me the best low cost price tickets! Next time I will travel just with you because you can save my money even better than I do it by my own!

BUYER BEWARE - this is a con travel agency! They will charge you for a business fare, then send you on economy at least one way, making up lies and excuses. They will hold you hostage for your return flight until you give them a written I agree' or risk getting your return flight also messed up. And forget about the inconvenience and stress, they will NOT even refund you the difference in the fare.
Please post your own experiences so they stop conning innocent victims. Here are the details of my experience: They booked me on a business class ticket to fly DFW-New Delhi on Lufthansa and return New Delhi-DFW on Japan Airlines. It was charged to my credit card as two separate transactions for each way, costing approximately $5000 total.
Four hours before my flight, Lana called me to say that Lufthansa had bumped me from the flight, and that I couldn't fly till 2 days later. I was in panic since I had plans to meet friends and family over the holidays, so I begged Lana to do something to get me unbumped'.
In the mean time, we rushed to the airport to see if we could reason with Lufthansa, and to my utter surprise they said that they had a reference number however, it was never ticketed, because the travel agency had never paid for the ticket so the airline had cancelled it. They said they did not bump passengers without their consent, and they were willing to sell me a business seat right there, of course at last minute rates.
When I asked Lana this, she said the airline was lying, so I asked her to give me the ticket number, which she did not have, and when I pursued and said ok, if I was bumped from this flight, at least give me the ticket number for my connecting flight from Frankfurt, she made up some more lies.
After several phone calls she called me to say that she had managed to get me a premium economy seat as a huge favor to me. I asked her if I would be refunded the difference for the downgrade and she said yes, I would get a $900 refund. I was unhappy with that because I had spent $5000 for a business seat, because that was important to me, and would definitely never have paid $5000 to fly economy one way.
However, I had no option but to take her offer, but that was not the end of it! From there on, Lana sent me several emails asking me to confirm that I was agreeing to fly on the economy seat. I was already on the flight, but even when I landed in Delhi I kept getting these e-mails from her, saying that it was crucial for me to understand and agree' to the downgrade before my return flight in 6 days, implying that unless I agreed there would be trouble with my return flight. I did not have Internet connectivity, but afraid of losing my ticket again, I scrambled to find a public internet café and e-mailed her back, saying 'I agree', and again reminded her to issue the refund.
When I finally completed my trip, I reminded her about the refund yet again, and was shocked when she told me that the refund would be in the form of a voucher for future travel booked through their company. I would have to be completely crazy to do business with her company ever again because I now realize this is their modus operandi.
