Very unsatisfying since the date of return had changed automatically and there was no way to change or confirm the right dates.
So before the flight ticket was confirmed I called Flybillet to report the problem and there was no response other than talking to a maa home in a human body just repeating that I could my self take direct contact to Ryanair which everyone knows is impossible. So flybillet only let me with the option to called Ryanair, no number no nothing despite this all happened with in minutes. Instead Travellink promise to change tickets within the same day if there has been done a mistake during the booking process.
There was no time at all I asked to travel
on the date that ended up being on my Ryan air ticket. Very bad experience and I just left with buying a new ticket off course through a new company and travel company .

By far the most worthless, inept completely useless service EVER. After trying to book a flight for an hour, and continuosly being asked to try again, I gave up and found my flighttickets elsewhere.

Overall, FlyBillet was great; great prices and clear explanation of flights! Three significant problems preventing 5 stars:
- I could not figure out how to get checked baggage, and instead wasted 100 DKK buying what I *thought* was the option to check baggage. Still not sure what I really did buy with the "baggage tracking"; what's the point if I cannot check baggage??
- I tried to call the help line about 10 times... it kept disconnecting. (My phone works fine; it was on their end, I checked.)
- There were *so many* extras that I had to say "no" to, some of which were worded quite threateningly that it felt very frustrating. (One said something like, "if you are traveling to the US, you *must* buy this", even though I could not tell why that would be true.)

fake prices! I filled my MasterCard information to pay and book a flight! Then they showed a message that the price was increased 100 dkk, so I accepted and again filled my MasterCard information... AGAIN I received the same message!!!! and ask me more money!!!!

Dont buy from here!
Be prepared to be thrown into an Indian support center and always having to deal in english, even though you bought from a Danish company on a danish domain.
I paid 7.111 DKK in taxes, and just received back an email that states: We have now processed your refund of 358,96 DKK.
OK - would be nice to know how you got there - how do I know you are not cheating me?! Maybe some documentation would be good??!
All I was met with was that I could call the airline... excuse me - I bought the ticket from FLYBILLET - you are the one who handled my refund and also the booking of the ticket with the airline. Dont wimp out on your responsibility.
And please spare me for the generic - bla bla bla support comment, instead - use the money one some support for the Danish market who actually give a s***.

First my payment didn't work so I had to try again twice more. Which was super annoying because they force you to answer if you want to buy any of 20 different extras. Instead of just having them set as No as default

No refund for cancelled flight! Call center in India with very bad service. It is not worth saving money by not buying tickets directly from the airline.

i ordered a plane ticket for my holiday, and I requested NOT to get any ekstra services, like "premium service", "check in service", "information on sms" and so on.
I proceeded to pay site, and sees the offer again for 1000 dkr extra, but i didn't want it, so I ignored it
After payment, I find out that I have it on my invoice anyway.
And I DID mark it "NO THANK YOU".
Still got it.
Then I marked that i don't want to recieve newsletter, and 30 secs. after payment, i get the first newsletter.
Not proffessional at all. Close to document fraud at low level.
I want to have the money refounded that i have paid too much for service I didn't order.
After this, of course, i can not recommend this site to anybody, since it is just as easy (and cheap) to book the ticket directly at the airline company's page.
If you choose to, then i will recommend you to very aware of hidden offers, and also to use an e-mail adress that you can delete or ban after use.
"flybillet.com" is just a provider, who try to sell you a lot of insurances by scare you with a bunch of terrible consequenses, if you don't buy it.

I would not recommend using this service.
I just booked a flight to Paris, and the return flight got cancelled. I called Flybillet, got an Indian person, who just told me that they cannot help, and that I have to contact the airline for the retur flight.
Well that is fine, but what if I then want to change the entire flight.... no can do, because Flybillet, says that they do not have access to the flight partners with whom they have booked the flight. so know I have to contact both airline companies, get a refund from the one who cancelled my flight, and we all know that I can not get an refund from the outbound airline company as they are flying on time.... what a hassle.

Terrible customer service, please consider using any other booking site even though this one may seem easy and may seem cheap. I bought a simple plane ticket from Aalborg to Copenhagen but they never sent me my booking number so I had no ticket or proof of the purchase, besides a bank statement that shows the purchase went through. I tried contacting them several times a day for about a week, with no one answering. Either the call just stayed silent for some minutes and automatically hung up or some automated voice said "this call cannot be processed". I wrote two emails stating it was critical that they contact me or i would be stuck in Aalborg, yet still no reply. I called my bank and Norwegian air to see if they could help, but they couldn't. LUCKILY i went to the airport anyway with my passport ID and asked them to check the flight manifest for my name and they found it and printed out a boarding pass for me, but my holiday was completed ruined because of how absolutely horrible flybillet.dk customer service was.

They keep on sending marketings mails. This is even though I specifically marked during my booking that I did NOT want to receive this. Furthermore, the prices they show are misleading as they also are available for certain ways of payment.
