I booked a flight to Iquitos. I first checked all the details on the website and then called fluege.de to verify some details.
We completed the booking with the Service representative. The flight was booked + insurance from berlin direct. Around 20 min later I got an e mail that the flight canceled because the flight company didn't approve one of the tickets. fluege.de offer a flight that doesn't exist!
I could find the same flight a day after at there website even though it doesn't exist and is not bookable over fluege.de.
When I called them I didn't get a clear answer why the offer this flight.
On top of it there Service representative said that my insurance is automatically canceled but it was not so I had to do it directly with the insurance company. Good that I called them otherwise I would pay for insurance for a flight which doesn't exists..
My last time by fluege.de !!!

1) I could not get a good offer for a direct flight to and from Istanbul. Payin much more for being 18 hours or more underway for a 3-hour flight is not good. As I had to go, I bought two one-way tickets to have the shortest time in the air.
2) Your information told me that I was flying into Ataturk Airport but that has been closed since 5 april this year. Luckily my friend went the day before to see how long it would take only to be greeted by a policeman with a big gun asking him what he wanted at at closed aiport. If he had not done that, we would have been at two different places and neither of us know Istanbul at all, so the problems would have been immense. Please update your site.

I booked a flight ticket before here that's why now 3stars, then everything went fine. This time I want to book a ticket and after filling in all the required information and payment it says the flight is not available. And this already for 10 times. You will get an automatically send email that you still must book the flight. Ok, I click on the link and again it's not available. Very frustrating

troublesome Website, difficult to complete a booking without needing to refresh the page and reenter the date about 5 times. After finally booking two tickets for me and my son, came a request for Child care during the flight as he is flying a week earlier ( Kid is 13 ), with extra costs (60 Euro) and 111 euro price increase for the kid's ticket. In spite of the ca. 170 Euros price increase, i was forced to pay and take the Kid's ticket because my ticket was not refundable and we are flying back together.
The price increase and the child care fees were not mentioned anywhere on the website. It just comes as a bad surprise you have to unwillingly accept.

They are just trying to fool you!
By pre-selecting a self-offered Gold-Mastercard as standard payment provider, they hide their service fees. When you later change the provider, it does not explicitly show the service fee to you and you'll notice when it's too late.
Don't let you get ripped off, never use this service. They are just ripping off your money

It took me 1h waiting and talking to a bugged out person at the servicehotline to change the payment method. Then even the new recommended method was not working and finally i got 2 emails from 2 different senders each of wich containing different account informations on how to pay with a third payment method... unbusinesslike amateurs.

it is with no doubt the worst place to buy something from, beside all the hiding costs, the customer service are real disaster, they will let you pay 15 euro per call, before even being sure that they can help you.
changing then cancelling my flight was the worst experience i had all over the internet, i bought a ticket for 2000 euro and they wanted to return 35 euro back for cancelling it !! and at the end i get no money.
stay away from fluege.de, even if the ticket is a bit cheaper, they have the worst customer service and they are greedy for the cent.

Those fu*** never even reply to your email. They don' care. You have to wait for half an hour to talk to them on the phone and guess what? It costs double the normal tariff. F them. I booked once from their website but never again.

They said they cannot debit money from my account aftet i have done all the booking processes online (i have spoken to my bank, there is nothing wrong with my bank and ALL KIND of transaction could be made) but yet fluege.de keep charge 10€ from me as a service tex because they say i was unable to pay with with my card(which my Bank says it should not happen ) This processes go on and on and on and on. why they were able to deduct 10 euro from my account but not the flight ticket fees ????? and everytime when i received e-mails i have to choose to pay them money ,either 10euro to make another time of transaction, 20euro to change a paying account or 100euro to cancel booking ! In the email it says contact 0341 35575 85530 for any enquiry, called for a AT LEAST A TOTAL OF 1.5HOUR , and yet no one is picking up the call, we as customer were unable to reach ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY but they were able to keep charging us SERVICE FEE !!!!!!

in May 2016 I booked via fluege_de a flight from Amsterdam to Siem Reap via Shanghai, operated fully by China Eastern.
Few weeks ago China Eastern changed their timetables and the fluege.de sent me an email with updated flights. However, they changed the date of my return flight!! They asked me to contact them by mail, which I did, but they never replied to that email. When I logged in on the fluege website I saw that my return flight was set on the correct day but my connecting flight was overlapping with the previous flight!! That means that none of the options was fine - not the one that I received via email (wrong day) and not the one visible online (wrong hours). I sent them another mail but they did not respond. I filled in the contact form on their website but they didn't respond. I called their office and after very long waiting I managed to speak to their employee. He proposed me new, convenient flight and promised to send me a confirmation email and new etickets but I have never received it. One week later I contacted them again and I heard exactly the same, but still I have no tickets. They took money for the tickets but they still didn't send me anything. It's extremely difficult to contact them, they never reply on emails/forms and via phone they do not say anything useful. My flight is coming soon and I am still without the tickets. The employee told me yesterday that maybe I should call them again in few days - which means 30-50min of international call each time. This company is extremely unprofessional and rude. They have a chaos in their database, they don't update the data on their website and contacting them is almost a miracle. I strongly warn everyone against this company :(((
