I ordered several items from Floryday they arrived 5th May 2020. I was so disappointed not at all like pictures. Extremely poor quality fabric was so poor and stitching also bad. On the 5th May I emailed requesting address to return goods and every day since. Have got automatic replies. It will be 14 days on 25th May and I have not had any contact from Floryday. Please do not order from this Company it is fradulent I will continue to put up bad publicity as they should be closed down I don't think I will get refund but I will keep trying and let you know. I need to return an item which doesn’t fit. I followed instructions on how to request a refund and filled in the information. A message came on screen to say a customer service adviser would contact me within 72 hours with the appropriate address to which I should post the item. 72 hours have passed and I am still waiting............

I placed my order on 02.02.20 for a birthday gift required on 16.03.20. I have received nothing no goods no explanation. Have e-mailed and nothing. My order is showing as not dispatched but have confirmation of my payment...it is obvious even if this is dispatched today will not arrive in time.. i would never use this company again and would advise you not to either. They want your money then couldnt care less. Their customer service is non existent. I now have to find a way to recover my money

I would not buy from Floryday again, I ordered 3 bikinis, and a beach cover up, when they arrived I was very disappointed, with the quality and the fit, the bikini tops had no support what so ever, I did not even try the bottoms on as the tops were not suitable. I requested info to return the goods and was told I could not return the bikinis.
they did not include any info for returning the beach cover up.

After I published a review of Floyday 2 days ago I was contacted by them and told that if I took down the review I would get a full refund. This feels to me like blackmail.
If I receive a refund I will post a message to say that they have acted professionally, if I do not receive satisfaction I will post another complaint, I dont have much choice.

Very bad experience. I don't got back my money. I payed 156€ and on my Paypal-Account was a return of 11, 45€!!! Is this legal?

my wife - Talat Brinkmeier - ordered some clothes - Order no.: 020234915452 dated 2018-03-04. Despite the long time until goods were delivered, clothess have to be returned as they are all too bitg, sizes do not meet the standard, the smell of goods is abnormal - never want to wear it - not even after washing.
FLORYDAY does not offer complete return but PAYPAL-account is blocked and they will not get the money back until they accept to have the goods returned free of any costs - obviously they are not aware of EUROPEAN COMMUNITY-law and right of customers.
We are entensive 'online-orderer' but have never experienced something like this.
Despite e-mail to them (TICKET #2839448724 and #3779715183) to let us know address for re-delivery free of cost (free return) - probably in Belgium - they did not answered - also three phone calls (11th, 12th and 13th April, 2018) to the idicated help-line phone number (0044-2030971897) were unanswered ("the person you currently try to call is not available - please leave a message after the beep").
Such a business conduct is not recommendable and dubious.
NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH FLORYDAY!
