I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary on Boxing Day. The bouquet was called 'Golden Star' ('Zlota Gwiazdka'). The picture on the florist's website was beautiful - all flowers golden and yellow with a christmasy touch (baubles and golden star). It seemed perfect as the 50th wedding anniversary is a 'gold' anniversary. What my parents received was a cheap imitation of the bouquet I ordered. To add insult to injury the flowers were completely different from the ones in the picture and PINK not yellow or golden! They also died a day after delivery. When I complained to the company the customer care representative told me their terms and conditions allow them to change the composition of the bouquet according to the florist's 'flair' and availability of flowers. So I ask: WHY IN GOD'S NAME do you take a picture of a christmasy bouquet if you cannot deliver it due to unavailability of the flowers at Christmas?!!!!! Had I been notified they were unable to fulfil my order due to unavailability of the flowers I would have cancelled it. But I was not given that choice. I asked the company for a refund but they refused. They offered me a discount next time I order from them but obviously I will not be doing that again - EVER! I was so disappointed and so were my parents. Never again will I shop with them. And I hope you won't either.
