Scam to send payment via Wester Union for merchandise
Advertises below market deals on electronics and phones via links on other shopping sites, and Ebay. After you enter you credit card, and personal information, etc., and place an order on the site they tell you the order is being prepared for shipment and on it's way. The next day they will tell you it's all ready to be shipped, except that their credit card handling is currently down, so you will need to wire the payment via Western Union. Afterwards when I couldn't find anything else on the company online(except the site itself), I searched on the phone number they gave me, and found complaints on two regional Better Business Bureau sites warning of the same thing under a different business name, but same addresses, etc. with stories from people who did send the money Western Union, but of course never received any merchandise.
Within a few days I received at least 2 notices from web services (Amazon, LinkedIn) that my email and password were found on a site, or that my login could have been compromised, that my password had been reset as a precaution, and I should change it.
