I ordered a T shirt and received it in timely manner. But the material was very thin, flimsy and it had a flaw on the front, like white paint. I payed 22 dollars for something I consider worth maybe 5-6 dollars.
I wanted to leave a review on the site, but didn't see where I could. So I googled and found here this site. I wish I had seen reviews here before I purchased. I see how much of a hassle it is to contact Floryday and try to return stuff, so I probably won't bother with the frustration; I'm just warning others to find another purchase site.

Latest update - After weeks of frustrating chasing up and and absolute bull S%$£ excuses from these people and offered a discount if I removed my comments -which I will not! Customers need to know about these scam companies. I finally receive my refund for substandard customer care and ill fitting clothing. Honestly folks, don't bother wasting your time or money ordering from these people. If there was a minus rating - they would have it!!! Shop local! Theresa - Dublin

That's all I can say is that you did keep your word and refunded my monies. Thankyou I have learned my lesson that I will do more research before anymore online purchases.

Don't buy from them. I have written several emails to them and they still not deliverying my goods and now they want me to take down my earlier review of them. They promise if I do they will refund my monies of 207.87,but not until I take down my review. Really you think I am going to fall for that. When I see it in my Bank, then and only then I will do my part. And you think that people don't know that Fedx tracking no. dose not start with YT2013821266068971 which is ya'lls tracking no. through yuntrack. Fedx dosen't recognize that no. So don't play games with me.

I bought from Floryday two dresses for my daughters birthday, a surprise that never came to her destination..... I ordered 9th of april, after TWO WEEKS the items left the company. I wrote three times, they answered me twice, that for sure the items will come in five to ten days,...they would give me 5% for my NEXT order (is that possible?) and I wrote, that I want my money back, not 5% for a future oder! The dresses never came to there destination and my money either! Never ever I would buy something from Floryday again !!!
