We had a special request to send flowers to our client's best friend who lives in Italy from Nigeria. What attracted us to your website was your flower arrangement. It was unique and we didn't search further. Every point we had hiccups, Laura came through with Alot of patience all the way. My client was happy as well as her best friend. I ordered flowerbox for my friend and I am pleasantly surprised :) First, the customer service is great. You can contact them on whatsapp (or email, or call them) and ask evertything you want to know. Also, you care able to change some details like colour of the box, type of flowers..Second, flower box is way more beautiful in person than in picture. Flowers are fresh, box is beautiful, colours are intensive and all that looks luxurious. The prices are higher, but I think it’s worth it.

Please take note: Milano Bloom is a scammer shop! I ordered in Milano Bloom and their flowers in their website are very eye catching but when it was sent to my girlfriend it was really different. The bouquet was wrapped in plastic only 🤢😤 I was really embarassed to my Girlfriend because its my first time to surprise her. We are in a long distance relationship. Thank God the next day after I got embarrased, I found Flor Passion and saved me. I ordered their Rouge Box and Macarons, my Girlfriend really loves it 🥰 What you see is what you get! Thank you so much for saving me! Next month will be my girlfriend's birthday and planning to buy her flowers and surely buy to Flor Passion again ❤️ I highly recommend this shop!

FlorPassion is my trusted florist in Milan whenever I want to have a flower present delivered to family and friends who live there (I live abroad). They provide an amazing service from the placement of the order up to the delivery. I was remotely helped by the team in my choice of the right present. The team is super friendly and very kind and always ready to fulfill customers’ wishes.
Since I wouldn’t have been able to see the present, Laura was so kind to send me pictures of the box before delivery as a preview so that i could see them too!!
