The website was wrong. Paid specifically for video online course but it was blue screen no video and they tried to tell me I need use PC beside it doesn't say on website u have to use a specific device they didn't know I was connected to 3 different devices iPad, PC .laptop, PC.Then when I tried to ask for the refund they said I was on the website for 2 hours they can't refund but actually I was on the phone with them for 2 hours trying to fix it.They tried to give me my order number numbers as refund confirmation thought I didn't say these numbers.I have never been so tricked by website before.Please take care of it and save other people from it.
