Roba dinero de sus clientes y no entrega flores. es ladron!!

I requested a flower arrangement for my wife's birthday the florist Secret Garden, to be delivered in their work.

I could not see in advance the arrangement sent because they did not send me a photo she had requested.
The type of the requested accommodation was elected according to a picture on your page, but what I told my wife (very annoying), it was very different, for starters, they said they would deliver two sticks of orchids and only put one. The requested accommodation was minimal, consisting only of orchids and foliage and they sent roses leads, unfortunately, my wife hates roses! (So ​​I chose an arrangement not included).

(Spanish original) Pésimo servicio, no entregaron lo solicitado ni en la forma ni en el momento solicitado.
Solicité un arreglo de flores para el cumpleaños de mi esposa a la florería Jardín Secreto, a entregarse en su trabajo.
Primero, dejó de ser sorpresa, ya que le tuve que decir a mi esposa que se esperara a recibirlas en su trabajo, ya que entregaron después de las 16:00 hrs, cuando desde un día antes les había indicado que fuera antes de las 13:00 hrs.
No pude ver con antelación el arreglo que mandó, ya que no me mandaron una foto que había solicitado.
El tipo del arreglo solicitado, fue elegido de acuerdo a una foto en su página, pero por lo que me comentó mi esposa (muy molesta), fue muy diferente, para empezar, me dijeron que entregarían dos varas de orquídeas y sólo colocó una. El arreglo solicitado, era minimalista, consta únicamente de las orquídeas y follaje y el que mandaron lleva rosas, desafortunadamente, mi esposa detesta las rosas! (por eso elegí un arreglo que no las incluyera).
La nota enviada fue impresa en una hoja reciclada y con el texto incompleto.
Lo que mi esposa me dijo textual: "un arreglo de la esquina, me hubiera gustado más"
Mejor las dejó en recepción, ya que no tolera las rosas
Parece que tiré mi dinero, para lo que cobran el servicio fue pésimo, al parecer entregan lo que quieren, a la hora que quieren.
