I Wish I'd seen this site before ordering, "I placed my order for 3 of the Magnetic Cable for iPhone and android ID # 55J001209D744025D on March 6th. The company got paid by PayPal on the 7th. I'm still waiting for my purchase and now I can't get a response from PayPal about this " , it has gone beyond a joke now But, after finding this website I know why!!! I have order Jewelry from Florence Scovel before and very shocked about this situation, I will no longer order ANYTHING off of a Facebook ad. Lesson learned.

I was deceived by the "original" price of $146 crossed out and assumed that selling price of $16.00 was such a wonderful deal for the fine sterling silver jewelry. And I was SO WRONG!!! The ring appears to be a cheap alloy silver tone which turned yellow just in 2 days! Also, on their website it says "located in USA", however it appears to be CANADIAN company and of course I can't return it to them, because international shipping will cost me more than the ring itself!

I ordered and paid for 2 bracelets 16.11.16 but have still not recieved them. Iv emailed numerous times to ask to cancel order and a full refund. They just keep saying the order has been processed so they can't do that. But surprise surprise they still haven't sent them. Latest thing they've started asking for is my correct shipping address which iv double checked on the original order and is definately correct. Iv asked for their complaints department and they won't give me their details

I ordered something through Shopify. Paid via PayPal. My money was taken on 12/16. On 12/22 I was told a shipping label was created in Buffalo and awaiting item. No item. Ever. I contacted the "seller" whom sent me confirmation and directions on how to contact. They took 3 days to respond and gave me another completely different email to direct Customer Service issues to. After going back to PayPal and seeing my transaction listed as Florence Scovel Jewelry, I knew this was fraud! I ordered a Lego build-on-brick mug! The number listed to call is no longer in service. That led me to look up reviews. I thought I was shopping on Shopify. I notified PayPal that there are MANY complaints about this "seller". I also responded to Yon, the person who gave me the run around via message. I asked him if he has heard of the FBI Internet crime complaint center? Waiting for the moment these clowns actually read that message. I am filing complaint with FBI along with others. 1 star because I had no other options.

Like multiple other reviews I ordered before Christmas, Dec 1 and still no jewelry. I did email them and received responses but don't believe them. First I was told 3-5 days NO, then I was told end of the week NO. Now I am told backorder product and I can chose a different item. I also got the 20 percent off coupons. I will not order from them and will also file with FBI if I don't get a refund

Order finally arrived just before the 30 day returns expiry date. Quality of items reflects the 'low price',cheap but cheerful! Ladies watch and bracelets were acceptable,wearable items.The Moon+back and cat necklaces were very dissapointing and returnable. After reading the companys returns policy i decided to keep the unwanted goods as it suggests that refunds 'could' be a 'timely' waitng process!

I ordered 2 pendants of a climbing kitten, advertised on facebook, for my grand daughters, who recently got a new kitten. What I received was absolute RUBBISH . Two pendants, one for a man saying ' I will love you always' another saying 'I love you to the moon & back' (Yuck!! absolutely vomit inducing) I emailed twice - both bounced back. There is no contact phone number. I wrote to an address in Scotland found on an email they sent me saying 'Good news, your order has been sent' No, not good news, my order has not been sent.

They asked me to post their number (1-888-746-7439) on this complaint site letting everyone know that has had an issue with Florence Scovel Jewelry to please contact them and file a complaint. They also recommended you contact your credit card company and file for a charge back. Good Luck Everyone!
I ordered items from this company and received two wrong items. The other items in the order are not as they appear on their website. I have filed my complaint with Shopify and I have contacted my credit card company for a charge back. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), facebook, and State of New York; where the package was shipped from.

I had a terrible time receiving my orders. The first order was 3-4 weeks and the second was to be delivered before Christmas. Must say it was before Christmas, 3:45 pm on the 24th. I ordered for my granddaughters who are 7 and 11 years of age. The necklace & bracelets were way to large for them. Can I return these items? Could not find much about returning the items until yesterday. According to their policy you cannot return items purchased more than 30 days ago and or on sale. That makes almost everything this company makes/sells ineligible for a refund. Do not purchase from Florence Scovel Jewelry unless you are certain of delivery time and product.

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and have still not received my jewellery, despite their website saying ships within 24 hours, and them apologising to me and saying it would leave in 3 - 5 working days. 10 days later and they have not responded to my last email and no sign of either a refund or my goods being sent. I am not at all happy and would advise people not to purchase from this company, especially as they say on their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

I ordered 8 charging stations on 11/29/16, have not received them yet. Was told I would received them in 5 to 7 days. Each time I check into this, I am told it is pending, try again, then nothing. I am disputing the charges with Pay Pal, and waiting for some anwers...

I ordered a bracelet in June of this year and it has yet to arrive 5 months later. I have contacted them by email at least five times and been told various excuses as to why I had not received my item. Frankly at this stage I'm holding my hands up to being completely had by this lot.

I realized when i received the pocket watch that it was not as i thought it was advertised. small and cheaply made. Should have sent it back then, but it did look cool so i kept it.
Bad choice. It lasted 14 days past the cutoff for refunds/returns and then died. History. Kaput. Now i know it was as cheap as i thought it was.
I will never buy anything else from this company and suggest, IMHO, that no one else should either.

Scammed! Thrives!! I placed an order which was never shipped. I tried to call but the number listed online is disconnected. I emailed only to receive bogus return emails.. still no shipment. I put out bad Facebook reviews only to have them deleted. I sent our bad twitter reviews.
I'm a single mom on a limited budget. Pretty sad when what you thought would be great Christmas gifts for your daughters becomes stolen money.
Please do not get scammed like me. Avoid this company!

These people do not deliver because they actually have no real product, just pictures of product. You will NEVER GET YOUR ORDER. They are fraudulent and knowingly steal consumer's money. In fact, if you launch a dispute with them in PayPal, they have ALL disputes AUTOMATICALLY responded to with a "merchant fails to respond" literally the second you file, which escalates automatically to a full claim against them. This means so many people launch formal complaints, they literally can't respond. This is a criminal enterprise, using a storefront built on the Shopify platform, but have no real product or business to support the false storefront. They, like most great frauds, hide behind rhetoric and false claims of supporting charitable organizations, just to trick you into thinking you are dealing with a legitimate company.
Today, I joined numerous others and filed a formal FBI internet criminal fraud complaint. The small amount of my loss is nothing, but when you add up the fact that they do this to thousands of consumers every week, they are making a killing robbing the public blind. I am taking time to write this review, because I am sick of scum, like the people behind this scam, getting honest people's money and I hope someone reads all the posts I will be making before they get robbed by these frauds.

Please don't let this company get away with these unethical business practices! Please file a consumer complaint with the New York Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. The only way things will change is if people complain. If you only do one complaint make it with the New York Attorney General's office!!!

This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with an online purchase. As soon as I opened the website, I was provided the offer of subscribing to their newsletter and receiving a discount for my first order! I loved the jewelry they advertised on Facebook, so I definitely subscribed right then and there. The ordering system was really easy, which was great for me because I;m not very tech savvy!
I realized I didn't exactly know how to add the discount to my order, so I emailed their customer service team and asked. Their response time was amazing! I got a reply the same day, telling me exactly how I could add the discount! Unfortunately for me, not being tech savvy....I made a mistake and the discount didn't go through. I replied to the response I got, and the customer service representative helped me out by applying the discount to my order manually. I was so thankful!
As soon as I placed my order, I received a confirmation as well, which I was very happy about. And once my order shipped, they sent me a tracking number too! I got my jewelry the SAME WEEK I ORDERED IT! It took only 5 days! I was so impressed! And the jewelry was absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny! I absolutely LOVE Florence Scovel and their customer service team! Will definitely buy all my jewelry their from now on!
