I ordered some items for my daughters birthday {she is disabled} on March 3 To this day June 14th - I've received nothing. Emails go back and forth with no resolution. Try to call the phone number it says it's no longer in service. I don't know how they can run a business and treat their customers the way they do. Apparently I'm not alone in this lots and lots of other customers with the same issue. They should be stopped. I don't understand how a company that treats customers like this and still be doing business. Not ever again will I purchase anything from this company and I will most definitely be spreading the word to friends and family of what a horrible company this is. I gave it a 1 star rating because there was nothing less than that which is what they deserve!!! Shameful!!!

I ordered 5 of the 3 sisters pins and only received 3. I paid for 5. I emailed the that my order was wrong and they asked for a copy of the packing slip. There was no packing slip in the envelope do I sent a pic of the envelope. I keep emailing because I want the other two pins that I ordered. I have not had any response.

I have been waiting for my order for 3weeks! tracking has said label generated but it never changes! Its been in Buffalo N.Y. since I ordered! Do not purchase anything from this company as I am not only one having problems. Horrible customer service! I will start refund through my bank next.

I ordered kissing whales key chain, after several weeks they sent kissing pigs. I asked for a refund, they said they would send the whales. It's has been over a month and despite my consisten request for a refund they said they can't because it is in process and that was one day after they said it was back ordered. They are thieves and liars do nothing buy anything from them. You won't get it.

Today is March 23, 2019 and I placed an order on January 26th, 2019 for 2 Grandmother/Granddaughter bracelets to give to my granddaughters on their birthdays in February as a small side gift. I got a message on January 28th that it was on its way. Hmmmmmmm....it must be going by Pony Express.....still not here. Maybe I'll get them in time for 2020.........Never, never, never, never again!!!

took 8 weeks to receive damaged, poorly built product. their return policy is 4 weeks. went thru pay paypal to return. I paid $50 for product. $9 to ship to me. and $16 to return and I am sure they are going to charge for the box that arrived crushed and overly taped that I had to cut it open.

A broken bracelet arrived. I called customer service. They they were sorry and hung up. I ordered some shoes. Came with all Chinese writing. Even UPS couldn't figure it out, so I can't return them. Thank God for Pay Pal. I would NEVER do business with this company again.

Paid over £10 for an ankle bracelet including delivery. Delivery took over 5 days, definitely shipped from a non uk address.
Cheap product arrived on the Saturday within 3 days the bracelet broke. I threw the product away when contacting the company was asked for picture evidence which I should have done but didn’t want a cheap product cluttering up my draws, the refund was refused.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - reviews on trust pilot says it all, I wish I had checked before wasting money

Reading these reviews surprises me. The people complaining about, it's not silver its not gold are uneducated when it comes to jewelry. The prices Florence Scovel offers it couldn't be possible for the pieces to be real silver or gold. I have never had a problem with their delivery or customer service.
