Please No one buy from this company 4 days ago I ordered flowers for a funeral they still haven’t received them .know one will reply to my emails there is no phone number to call it’s a terrible company they take your money not just mine but there are Hundreds an Hundreds of people they are defrauding. I have have been in touch with Trading Standards for the EU they can’t keep getting away with this .

It was terrible! I’m absolutely outraged with the service! Not only they delivered the bouquet NOTHING like I ordered (it literally looked like some trash picked just while driving to the client), but they completely screwed up the delivery time, which had additional cost. I requested it to be sent first part of the day and it arrived at 5.30 pm!
If there was a possibility to give a negative rating it would be -100!!

Flowers were delivered to the reception of the company, but the receiver was not informed earlier. I had to check if flowers were delivered, confirmed it really was and then a receiver had to look for the parcel. It was finally found but quality of delivery was not exactly what I expected.

although flowers were easy to order and promptly delivered the arrangement was nothing like the picture- it looked much smaller and less impressive than both prices and pictures suggested. Perhaps providing realistic representation of the product would result in more positive feedback

I am based in Poland. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my partner in Kansas City MO, USA. The flower in a pot looked beautiful, it looked healthy, full, rich, shiny and had a nice-looking ribbon and a delicate straw flower pot. And the delivery was on time. He was surprised and happy. This was a very good decision to choose FloraQueen.

The delivery was on time (I paid extra for delivery to be done in the morning but have two days notice). The overall ordering experience was good, but unfortunately the picture of the delivered flowers my friend took was not really as shown in the website (different filler flowers used like carnations instead of roses, all lilies were closed). I would not have minded as much, but since I paid for the biggest size possible (adding more flowers), the arrangement did not look as 'full' at all. If one is asked if you want to 'upsize' the arrangement and pay more than 300zl I think the arrangement could be a lot more impressive.

Flooraqueen is the biggest spammer ever! If you buy their flowers at least once they will start bombarding you with their advertising emails. I have contacted them to stop more then 5 times (called & emailed) as they do not have “unsubscribe” option but it does not help. Avoid this spammers!
Jesli kupisz kwiaty u Flooraqueen, oni zaspamuja skrzynke emailami reklamowymi. Nie maja opcji wypisania sie z ich emaili. SA BEZCZELNI! To jakis horror! Dzwonilam, pisalam wielokrotnie... i dalej otrzymuje ich reklamy. mam wrazenie, ze pracuje poto zeby rozsylac wszystkim ich kwiaty. Jestem wciekla, bo oni absolutnie ignoruja prywatnosc! NIE NIE i NIE! AVOID!

After I've posted this review and Floraqueen left below their apology, they CONTINUING (!!!) sending me their adverts! They are TERRIBLE & liars! as I was never advised about their "technical" issues!!!
