The service was quite expensive looking at the quality of the flowers received (I got the most expensive option). I have also paid the extra fee to get the flowers received between 8-14 and they arrived around 4pm. The website is easy to use and the order process was smooth. In general if you know a flower shop in the area you want to deliver the flower to, it would definitely be cheaper to engage with them.

Ordered the day before. Delivery to a fair stand. By-2.pm. service. Arrived JUST in time. The receiver (who did not know what was it and did not expect/supsect anything) asked to receive the parcel to another address (far from there) few hours later and she did receive it.

Pessima esperienza, senza dubbio. Ordine da consegnare il 17 settembre (per un compleanno), consegna mai effettuata, somma (tra l'altro elevata) rimborsata il 2 ottobre dopo una battaglia a colpi di mail con il loro pessimo servizio clienti. Come se non bastasse hanno segnalato la mia precedente recensione su questo sito. In assoluto la peggior esperienza che io abbia mai avuto con un servizio di spedizione. Assolutamente non consigliato.
Very bad experience, no doubt. Delivery was planned for September 17 but it never happened, nothing was delivered (despite the service doesn't come cheap) and they refunded me on October 2 after a war with their terrible customer service. And on top of that, they reported my previous review on this website. This was the worst experience I ever had with delivery services. Not recommended.

Appalling and absolutely terrible service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE, they are extremely rude, incompetent and arrogant.
I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday, to be delivered between 8.30 and 14.00, this costs extra, on top of the usual delivery fee, mind you. The flowers were ordered two days prior to her birthday.
On the day of her birthday, at 12.30 (1h30m before the flowers should latest have been delivered), I received a message from Floraqueen telling me that because of an error of a logistical nature, the flowers wouldn't be delivered and that I could instead have them delivered 2 days later, with a free vase or some cookies.
The flowers were bought by myself in Denmark to my girlfriend in Italy. Yet the message telling me that the flowers would not be delivered were in Italian. When I, in my reply-email, written in English, informed them that I did not speak Italian, it was ignored and future emails continued in italian.
I will not be using this service again.

FloraQueen look wonderful on their various social platforms, but the service has been appalling. I wish I could post a photo of the condition of the flowers that arrived (as a gift) for me. They were squashed, broken and dying, suitable only for the COMPOST HEAP. I contacted customer service via email but as of writing this review, have not received a satisfactory reply. These flowers were an expensive, thoughtful gift from friends. They were consigned at 18:51 on a Friday evening in Italy. Couriers do not deliver at weekends in Italy...ever. They arrived in the condition as described above, at 18:30 on Monday evening with hardly any water. I, the recipient, have been offered either, shipping refund costs and a voucher for a 30% discount on future orders - as if I would ever use this company after this terrible service - or a 20% refund on flower arrangements (yes, there was an 's') plus a 30% voucher. I know that problems arise, but the surest way not to receive a bad review and to guarantee a new customer (me) would have been to immediately send a fresh bouquet or to have refunded the purchaser for all costs. Customer service is simple - keep the customers happy, go the extra mile to engender goodwill, it pays dividends. Much better to have a happy customer singing your praises, than to have bad reviews such as this one through basic lack of service. So much for 'Flowering the World" and "We make people smile". I am most definitely NOT SMILING.

Price and delivery were ok. Towers with shorts stems than expected.
We ordered the bouquet for the 28 of March. They arrived promptly! The flowers came very fresh. Many of the buds still closed. Today is the 6th of April and the flowers are still fresh, and as beautiful as the day they arrived! Thank you. We are still enjoying the flowers.
