Ordered 1200 SF of wood flooring +adhesive. Marc and hi crew were great, provided accurate advice and paid 25% less than the same exact product at Lowe's. Customer service responded to both emails and calls, and I'll be a customer for my next house as well.
Do yourself a favor and give these guys a go!

Ordered oak unfinished flooring on June 20th and my payment was processed same day. On June 27th I got an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation. I still have not received any refund for my order. This is very wrong and unethical. Why would they take my money if they were not going to ship my order. I went to their website and posted a negative review and guess what? It miraculously
disappeared. Buyer beware!

Finding this company on the internet turned out to be a real gift. I had an emergency where I needed a specific hardwood floor and no one was able to find it. I spoke to 10 different suppliers and no one could find the floor in a timely manner. Then by accident I located this company on the internet. Mark their representative immediately located the flooring that no one else could find on the other side of the country.i was very leery dealing with a company on the internet but checked their references most of which were good. After speaking with mark one last time he made me feel comfortable enough that I placed the order.he promised quick delivery and it all worked out. Great experience. This is a real company . Mark it’s contact person really cared and worked miracles. I encourage any new customer to do their due diligence anytime you order large orders over the internet but be assured this is a real business who for me delivered as promised.

I want to begin by letting you know that I posted a review on the Floors unlimited web site, but they never posted it. Of course, why would they, it was a horrible review. We ordered a house full of flooring back in March. 3/3 to be exact. We were told a week to 10 days. I moved my schedule around based on when they told me it would be delivered to the warehouse (beware the free shipping does not necessarily mean to your door). I called the facility and they told me they had not received any info on that delivery. back to FU (floors unlimited) they said it wasn't their issue it was the freight companies fault. Even with tracking #'s they couldn't find flooring. Because I wasn't getting anywhere with FU I contacted the flooring manufacturer finally getting some resolve. Got the flooring on 3/19. Certainly not the 7-10 days that I was told. And each time I called the FU rep, he said he would check with shipping. Now on to the matter of the stair nosing that I ordered. I called the rep from FU and was told that it would be sent separately via Fedex. OK I thought it would have already been there, but I asked him to check any way. His response, I'll check with shipping and send you tracking ( apparently his standard response). Fast forward to 4/12 (more than a month later) still no nosing. I write to The rep, because calling doesn't seem to be working and he writes "Looks like they sent them out weeks ago but the tracking just stop. I'm having more sent out now. I will have tracking shortly"
Now May 17. I have called repeatedly, asked where the nosing is same story. Last conversation I had with The rep 2 weeks ago when he once again said he would check with shipping didn't go well. I asked for shipping phone number and told him because he couldn't do his job I would do it for him. He refused and told me he'd refund me.
At the time I thought that would be best, but after a week and still no refund and of course no floor nosing, I wrote to them to request that they just send it out that I didn't want the refund. Absolute worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with. There is no follow up, no recourse and they still haven't done what they were supposed to do. And of course I still don't have my floor nosing!!!

I would recommend this company for everyone! They are amazing, prompt, friendly, reasonable and accommodating! Mattie was simply one of the nicest people I have ever done business with. She kept me in the loop and was able to get hardwood for the hall and 3 large rooms. The speed of delivery was excellent too!!!

The company is a fraud.
Their web site promises 'free shipping' on all products. But when you try to order there is no way to specify free shipping.
I placed an order for a piece of trim to finish a floor (material originally purchased at Floors Unlimited) and ended up with $399 shipping. Upon realizing the error I contacted the FloorsUnlimited support person and he said that he would fix it.
He lied. He didn't do anything.
The charged ended up on my credit card so now I have to go through the process of disputing the charge.
1) My mistake, I was charged $299 not $399 for shipping. I was charged curbside delivery for a UPS delivery of 2 6' pieces of stair nose.
2) I did call in and talked to Rick twice. He did say he would fix it and did not. In other words the main point of the review was accurate.
I agree with other reviewers comment that the company should spend more time resolving issues than attacking negative reviews.

Love my new floors!!! Floorsunlimited made everything about this process so easy, professional and transparent. The process was thoroughly explained to me, I got a very fair price and the service was impeccable. One thing that is very important to me is timelines, did not disappoint! I've been putting off replacing my floors because I've heard so many horror stories with buying online....

After the horror stories one reads in the reviews of various on line companies, damaged merchandise, delayed deliveries, failure to correct errors, etc., I was reluctant to make such a major purchase from a "virtual" company. I much prefer to do business locally. However, the flooring I coveted was not available locally so I scoured the internet looking for it. Marc from Floorsunlimited.com was able to locate the flooring, determine that it was in stock and available for immediate shipment and offer me an unbeatable price. Ordered 6 boxes of vinyl plank flooring on Friday, November 30, 2018 for a small
Home renovation project. My husband is a professional general contractor who thought the shipping cost was outrageous, but that the price of the flooring was good.
Received an email on Tuesday, December 4th that my order was cancelled with no explanation. Checked with the bank and my credit card had been charged for the order. Emailed the company asking why the order had been cancelled and when I could expect a refund. Received an email response within an hour saying they no longer process orders less than 10 boxes.
If that it the policy, then why let the order go through and charge my card? I don't remember seeing a minimum order policy on their website which is pretty clunky and difficult to navigate. Websites are sophisticated enough to automaticallt refuse an order if it doesn't meet the minimum, so this feels really unprofessional and shady.
I see in other reviews that a representative positively bristled when the company was referred to as shady, however these business practices can't be referred to as anything else.
I was told that the "hold" on my card which was actually a processed charge, not a hold, will be released in 24-48 hours. We'll see, but I can't help but feel anxious that the refund process will be difficult.
What a waste of time selecting product and placing the order. Very disappointed with the company and service.
The company's reply is a perfect example of how shady they are. We did not have a phone call as they state. They informed me of the cancellation via email. All they want to do is prove the customer wrong and cast aspersions. What kind of company calls a customer an "overzealous" reviewer? Get your facts, and your grammar, straight, Floors Unlimited.

If this company spent as much time improving their website and updating their policies as they do fighting with reviewers, they'd probably get better reviews.
I never received a phone call from Floors Unlimited as they state in their reply and would be happy to furnish my phone records to prove it.
Additionally, despite the posting of the refund transaction, I have not yet been refunded. I'm sure they'll blame that on the bank and standard refund procedures, but it is incorrect to say that I've been refunded when I haven't. It would be more accurate to say that a refund has been issued. Again, I was never informed of the order cancellation or refund by phone.
Their assertion that their website isn't clunky and difficult to navigate because I was able to check out shows that the company is only interested in the argument, completely avoiding the fact that I was able to check out with an order that didn't meet their unstated minimum policy requirement. Just because I was able to check out doesn't mean that their website is user friendly.
The company also stated that they had made the right decision by not filling my order because if the product had arrived damaged, I would potentially be an upset customer. Who wouldn't be upset to receive damaged material? Was the order not filled because of some sort of arbitrary discrimination or because they have a minimum order policy? Hard to tell by the way they are desperately trying to convince me (and anyone reading this review) that they are in the right and I am in the wrong.
All you're doing, Floors Unlimited, is further publically tarnishing your reputation and showcasing horrific customer service by continuing to argue with an already displeased customer. Pay attention, people. This is the kind of service you'll get if you work with this company. They definitely don't subscribe to the customer is always right philosophy. They just want to brawl.

Floors Unlimited was easy to work with and offered the best price in town. They shipped my flooring to a nearby warehouse where it was easy to retrieve because a big delivery truck doesn’t fit on my narrow lane. And when one box was damaged by the shipping company, Floors Unlimited immediatley offered to refund the price of the box or ship me a new one UPS. They were really helpful. I’ll use them again!
