All of our needs were expertly taken care of by Flooring Options by Carpet One. We needed new tile throughout the entire house as well as new baseboard in every room. We give the highest marks to Jeanne, our tile salesperson; Jennifer, the scheduler; Geno and Jen, our tile installers; and Ron, our baseboard person. The work flowed seamlessly along without our having to do much at all, which is exactly what we wanted. The hardest part was choosing tile for floors and a shower from the very large and wonderful selection the store has. Highly advise making an appointment with Jeanne, who also does carpet, before going so she can devote her full attention to you when you are there. I would recommend the excellent quality of work we received to anyone without hesitation.

Too much paper work to charge a small order with american express card
Had to revisit the store twice before you ordered the transition I needed..
That sucked and took up my time in the field and was very unnecessary.

Nothing to find fault with! So easy to clean-takes much less time than the carpet did. Am looking for an excuse to use the same tile in the living-dining rooms--so far can't find a real need to change!!!!

I used Carpet One on two different occasions. The first time was for Carpeting. Russ York and company did an excellent job. The job was done right the first time.
The second job was to replace and repair the tile in my shower. It was a difficult job with the Plumber, Tile installers and County inspector having to be coordinated to complete the job. Russ York did the job without a hitch.

The flooring was installed nicely; but they tried to level a section of the floor in the living room/dinning room to no avail. There is still a depression when you walk in that particular area.

I worked with Russ York and had an awesome experience. The entire process went exactly as planned. He gave us his very useful advice on what type of floors to put in our home. We went with a type of tile that looks like wood and are very satisfied. The installers they use were extremely professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.

Flooring was supposed to be installed in three areas, on the same day. The bathroom was installed, although they cut one side of the door trim much shorter than the other, laid a piece in the closet in the wrong direction, didn't look at the coloring of the pieces and the is one very dark spot that I had to buy a rug to cover.. They also cut the pieces along the cabinet too short and I had to purchase and have installed a piece of lumber to cover the area.
They did not install the hall flooring, saying they didn't have the underlayment. They also did not install the kitchen flooring, said they didn't have enough product.
Two weeks later they came to finish. The two strips between the bedroom and dining area do not match. They did no caulking, as they didn't have any caulk with them. I had to pay someone to buy two shades of caulk and apply it.
The salesman called twice afterword and said he would stop by to caulk, leave the left over pieces, cleaner and receipt. That was a couple months ago and I haven't seen him yet!!

Vinyl plank is good product. Install was totally professional. Beautiful job overall. BUT it took 2 months for them to come back and replace the wrong color transition piece for sliding glass door and fix a corner of the quarter-round they installed. Not sure if they would have come back had I not persisted by calling them at least 20 times. Finally, I threatened them by saying that friends and I would picket on HWY 19 with signs saying they defrauded Seniors. Do not pay them until fully satisfied, that is where I made my mistake.
