Hello!We were writing to Flixbus Customer Service 2 weeks ago. Still no answer.Our situation was: we bought two tickets from Bilbao to Bayonne (booking number 1052073551) on the 25th of August. In that time there was a G7 Summit and all roads to Biarritz and Bayonne were closed - and there was no info about it in the ticket or on the website. We were told about this when we asked the driver (who don't speak English well) why we stopped for 20 min on the station outside the town of Saint Jean De Luz. He told that bus is going straight to Bordeaux, he can’t stop anywhere near the town of Biarritz, Anglet or Bayonne. He just said that “That is no my problem, contact the company”. When we asked him to call us a taxi he just said that he doesn’t understand us. After that turn around from us and left smiling. We went by foot to the town, and there we took a taxi to Anglet. We demand compensation for these tickets, we got a lot of problems and no help using Flixbus. Thank you.

GOT ROBBED BY THE DRIVER, HE DIDNT LET US IN EVEN WHEN SHOWING OUR PASSPORTS AND TICKETS, AND ASKED FOR MONEY. DO NOT BOOK ON FLIXBUS!!!!

Everything was great - both departure and arrival were on time, seats are comfortable and with enough space, there was functioning wifi and electrical outlet, decent toilet.

Driver very dis respectful I was a asking a direction I knocked on the door 3x then he got mad and started insulting me and my mom for opening the door actually he didn’t hear me because he was busy playing with his phone..then when he left giving me a dirty finger sign... the drivers a very is very rude and luck of training..FR 593 WD good thing that the police came late and we are new in the area but I will send an email to your company

Arrived at Euroairport and were 'lucky' to find this bus to Colmar from the airport. We paid around 40 euros for 2 people for sitting in the bus for an hour. This trip went fine, except the fact that the driver did not speak any english at all.
We wanted to be smart and book the same bus on the way back and used the app to safe some money. Unfortunately, the bus turned out to be late and kept being more and more belated. Luckily, Flixbus gave notifications about the arrival-time, which was the only good thing about the app. We ended up taking a taxa in order to make it to the airport, and were not able to cancel or rebook the bus-trip since I did it 'too late', even though the bus was still on its way. Thats 30 euro out of the window and 80 euros for the taxa..

Connection N770 from Paris to Copenhagen on 15.2.2019. Our bus is now out of order - in the middle of motorway. We‘ve been asked to stay outside and wait for a alternative bus. Already two hours in the cold night outside. No alternative bus comes. Bus driver staying in the bus because outside is cold. He gives us no information. What is the current situation? When will come the alternative bus? When will we arrive at the destination?? There is no help from FlixBus whatsoever.

Dishonest driver. No support from Flixbus, no point of contact for customer service - don't expect any information if things don't go to plan! Avoid if at all possible!
We have used Flixbus once before (no major issues) but based on our most recent experience I cannot recommend their service.
On this occasion at BaselEuro Airport the driver refused to sell tickets at advertised price to Zurich and also refused to issue tickets for the journey. We were immediately suspicious as he said he would Email tickets to us later although he didn't have our Email address. We made a point of giving him our Email address and asking for his name and his Email address. At this he decided to issue a written ticket after all (but for 39.99 Euros - advertised price 23.98 Euros) This makes the fare for 1 person 19.995 Euros (strange amount and more than quoted online).
We have tried to contact Flixbus to complain on 3 occasions and ask for an explanation (impossible by phone and very difficult by Email - try it and see for yourself!). We wished to check the regular price and suggest that it would be in their interest to investigate whether the driver is operating a private scam at passenger expense (and to their own detriment).
Their reply shows that they haven't even read our emails and are not in the slightest interested in customer service. Draw your own conclusions as to whether this is a reputable company!

Never been disappointed before, but today on my journey from Amsterdam to Brussels an employee insulted me because I asked about the luggage I could take, and said there was a lot of space left in the bus (top shelves empty...) she answered back shouting at me, and when I asked her to stay polite she replied « SHUT UP!! »!??
How does a tourism company hires people who insult their customers?? Outrageous behaviour. Very disappointed.

To avoid absolutely !!! 2 buses delayed more than 2 hours, 2 days in a row on Paris Brussels. Refusal to repay up to 50% as required by law. MUST IT BE A GERMAN COMPANY TO BE OUT OF THE LAW?

Flixbus offered seat reservation during ticket purchase. When on the bus, it turned out the seats do not exist and everyone is free to choose whichever seat is still available. I ended up squeezed in one while having paid double the price. The bus driver could not have cared less, nor did I receive any relevant reply from Flixbus customer service.

Excellent . Le moyen le plus agreable , le plus simple et le plus economique pour se rendre a l aeroport.
They cheat customers. They do not have an email ID to email the query you have. They took extra charge from Me.
The Bus operator took additional 30 Euros for my ticket and he mentioned that they are going to send the receipt over email but they never did that.
I raised 5 queries through their portal but I only got standard response. they seem to be looters. They do not even have a customer care email ID.
They do not even deserve one Star!

When your Flixbus connection leaves you stranded 250 km from home, and 500 km from your destination. You are well on time, you have checked in, your bag is already on the bus, but your driver gets distracted by an argument with another customer and is physically blocking the door to get on. Then, because he is angry, he closes the door, distracted, and leaves without you. You run after him yelling and waving, but he does not stop. The service desk has no way of contacting him to call him back. Customer service cannot help you over the phone either. You spend over 100 euros on a train, and 5 hours later you catch up with the bus (2 hours from your final destination). You take this entire situation with patience and understanding. Sure, you are traveling with a low cost company, but given the mind-blowing absurdity of the situation, you are sure that if you write to them they will make some kind of commercial gesture. As in at least reimburse the part of your trip where you were not physically on the bus. Then they answer that they can't help you, because you were checked in and you did not cancel your trip -_-

When deposing my luggage, without obvious reason, the bus driver attacked me physically when I did not understand something he told me in German which I am not capable to speak. I stood behind him, he turned around with instructions and, as I did not react since I did not understand, then pushed me in my stomach. After that he asked me in rude English if I hadn’t understood that I was supposed to wait with the boarding. I tried to calm him down and told him not to touch me. He consequently told me that he would deny me transportation. I tried to convince him to let me in the bus, as I was in possession of a valid ticket. Furthermore, I did not know what I had done wrong. The driver then commenced shouting at me and continuously did not let me enter the bus
I have contacted the costumer service to let them know about this situation and they only said that they are sorry for this and that the service in their buses is very important to them...
This is the worst company ever, they don’t even care about their costumers.
This situation is unacceptable and I will never travel with them again.

Booking number 8054227759- I took a Flix bus number 700 from London Victoria station on 11th of December at 1pm. I was traveling to Milan and usually went to Paris, wait for the same bus company to continue your journey to Milan. The problems started at English tunnel, we waited almost 4 hours to enter the tunnel because the tunnel was frozen and would not open .... The bus driver stopped for frequent cigarette breaks ... We got through to Flix bus company that promised to wait for us in Paris. Our next bus connection Paris- Milan was N729 bus leaving at 00.30 am and our first bus arrived 00.40 am. We were only 10 minutes late!!! This copy paste from flix bus website: "On trips in the remote line service with a duration of more than three hours, the passengers are entitled to adequate assistance, if the trip is canceled or departure from a terminal is delayed by more than 90 minutes. This includes snacks, meals and refreshments and accommodation if necessary." They didnt wait for us for 10 minutes and we were told only half an hour before entering Paris that we will not make out next connection which we were only 10 minutes late for. We were dumped at Bercy Seine Paris station where cheapest hotel room costs 160 euros a night, no metro to take us to cheaper '80 euro' hotel, there was no one single member at the station to help, no no caffe or bar, heavily snowing. Right next to Bercy station there is a full pitch black park full of homeless people and junkies, but full in every dry corner of it. Its like a city slum.
I was woman, alone and I was wearing two very heavy suits of all my expensively made costumes I need for work, and hard drives full of 15 years of composing work on it, wearing nice coat which makes you very much stand out in that crowd. The other 3 travelers decided to book a flight and travel to airport. So we are separated and I called to find more reasonable solution having 180 kilos of work with me. While on the phone, my phone dies with no warning. Bercy Seine station does not have public phone nor phone charging facilities. My husband and friends no longer can get through to me.
I was forced to walk through Bercy park at 1 am, alone with my heavy suitcases. While having drug addicts locking their eyes on me since I arrived asking for money. I took the absolute short cut through the park which was through mud, see human bodies everywhere wrapped in sleeping begs on side of park near concert arena next to the park. By the time I arrived to more I was covered in mud. I cleaned my shoes and coats with wet wipes so I looked at them before I went to the ... I really just needed their internet. Lucky my friends were on it and I had a taxi and waited for me in 5 min. Serious neglect and life threatening experience thanks by flix bus I will report through out all media. And I ll be doing this with other passengers which have already built pretty shocking reviews, still ignored by FLix Bus. No refund or response received from them ever. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH CHEAP TICKETS. YOUR LIFE OR DEAD BODY SHIPPED WILL COST MORE then 80 euros compensation by Flix. Beyond words shameful comfort against human rights! Flix bus maybe big company but European human rights are even bigger. Flix ignoring my emails and refund is only building bigger evidence for me. I am a very wrong person to be joking with when it comes down to justice and I will use all media platforms of contacts until the very end so this never happens to any woman again.
