I order a ticket from Viborg to Copenhagen. Later there is a break on Fyn and the driver tells us we have 15 min. Also he tells that due to some accident there will be a break around the bridge for 45 min. Driver leaves the reststop after 12 min. My fellow passengers tell him that im still standing outside but he refuses to stop. So im standing there without EVERYTHING except my phone. I call costumer support but no one can help ? I get to different people and not one of them can offer ANY help. In the end I have to pay some total strangers to get a lift to Copenhagen where I jump on a Metro to get to central station to catch the bus and get my stuff. I make it and the driver is really sorry or something. Next day I fill out the survey from you and now I realize that NO ONE FROM YOUR COMPANY EVER READS THOSE THINGS because that was more than a month ago and I did not hear one single word from FLIXBUS. So I can conclude that FLIXBUS will leave you and they will NOT do anything - even after you talked to two service employees, the driver and took my time to write you. What an extreme lack of service and responsibility. SO if you think about using this company this is what you pay for : Not to get to your destination and when u need help u dont get any at all and after you dont even get a "we are sorry" -

The guy whose name is "PEA" is a great guy! He deserves 5 stars even by only himself! We had booked a wrong ticket (on a day later) and he immediately appeared like a hero then changed our tickets. Thanks him, he made our day. We can go Berlin on the day, thanks to him! We love you!!!

Forgot my computer in the bus at my seat i Aarhus, Denmark. I was the last to leave the bus, and reported it immidiately.
It took them more than 3 weeks not to find it!
It think the driver or the cleaning staff in Hamburg took it, because the bus had returned to Hamburg same the same nigtht.
Really bad service.
I will never use the bus again and not recomend others to use them.

Instead of booking a trip with a return ticket, the app booked me two tickets in the same direction.
This forced me to buy another ticket on the spot (more expensive than the first), and refund the first ticket (for less than it cost me).
So i paid 360 kr for something that should cost 200. I got a 65 kr refund, which i'm forced to spend at flixbus.
This will hopefully be my last experience with flixbus.

One of the worst transportation companies I have ever had the pleasure of using. Their chauffeurs are extremely rude and condescending and have a fondness for yelling at their passengers. Also, their Flixbus' fondness is also extended to arriving several hours later than the ETA.

Awful service! I paid extra for seats, and when I got on the bus, those seats didn't exist! Bus driver told me that was just tough luck so I spent a 4 hour journey sitting alone when me and my bf paid extra to sit together. Will not be buying again, I'd rather pay double and then travel together

Bus from Copenhagen to Berlin.
During the ride, the bus (twice) drives in the wrong direction and had to turn around. First time, the driver takes the freeway almost all the way to Storebæltsbroen (bridge between Sealand and Fyn), as if the bus should go to Hamburg, not Berlin. Second time, the bus drives towards the wrong ferry crossing. Its also a ferry link to Germany, but it departs from another town in Denmark, and it’s the ferry you take if you want to go to Hamburg. I can see that the bus driver uses a GPS on his phone, which is set to the wrong ferry crossing.
We try to explain to the driver that he is driving the wrong way - but he doesn’t speak English and very little German. Only Italian. We call Flixbus, to get them to contact their driver and stop him before he drives the bus onto the wrong ferry - but Flixbus doesn’t have contact details to the driver (which did not feel very safe). It was absolutely absurd and we didn’t know whether to laugh or be upset. The bus was going the wrong way and we couldn’t communicate to the driver, to get him to stop. Finally, a passenger manages to explain it to the driver, and the driver (for the second time) turns the bus around.
In total, we were over three hours late. We only received information once, when the bus driver found someone to translate for him and a passenger made an announcement on behalf of the bus driver, that we would be two hours late. When the two hours became three hours, there were no further information.
No partial or full refund from Flixbus. They wrote me, that they only refund unused tickets. Come on guys,…. How bad or delayed does a ride have to be before you decided that its good customer service to offer some kind of refund or discount code (anything really?). Instead, they wrote me that they hope, that I can see how they are doing their best, and hope to welcome be onboard Flixbus again. Well…. Not likely.

Fantastic service. Travelled from Legoland in Billund to Copenhagen (booking number 1047133810). Punctual, clean, comfortable journey with wonderful scenery, friendly drivers and free WiFi. A real holiday from driving myself! Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Was suppose to go with the bus from CPH to Malmø on the 25. juni, but when I was waiting for the bus, I saw in the app that it was 45 mins delayed. I didn't get any information about this, before I looked in the app and then called them to make sure it was right.
Since I could not wait for the bus to come, I found another option so I could go to my destination.
I wanted to cancel my return ticket, which I thought I could do up to 15 mins before depature - and I could, but not without paying a cancellation fee. Which means I got some of the money back but not the full amount.
So now I have to pay 70 kr for a trip I never took, which I don't think is very obvious when you book the trip, and therefore not fair!
I have used flixbus a lot an unfortunately they are always delayed and its super chaotic when you have to board at CPH. The prices are not very good anymore and I have never once tried that there was wifi that was actually working in the bus (which they promise).
This is it for me, I am not taking this bus again. I would not recommend.

I’ve often taken a flixbus around denmark, and they have always been delayed, or they have moved the busstop, cancelled the departue or something else without letting passengers know. Today it was more than 45 minutes delayed, which meant that the driver couldn’t complete the tour (which was almost done). Of course the driver needs to rest. But this could have been avoided if flixbus was trying to plan. But all my experiences with flixbus just show how bad they are at planning and communicating. I will never use flixbus, or recommend it to anyone.

NEVER have I experienced WORSE service!
My husband was going to Stockholm and the bus was more than TWO HOURS DELAYED.
According to (EU) nr. 181/2011, if the bus is more than 90min delayed they have to offer snacks and refreshments, this was NOT done!
Furthermore they have to inform passengers of their rights if DELAYS occur and assist to find other means of transportation without any additional cost. If this is not done (and IT WAS NOT) compensation SHOULD be offered, which Flixbus is Denying!
So I repeat DON’T use Flixbus and don’t trust the passengers rights because they DON’T apply to them!

My boyfriend and i took Flixbus to Hamburg. It was a fine trip and we believe that the trip matches the price. It didn't cost very much - which was what we were looking for. The seats were alright, but there was a lot of confusion. First we had booked 2 seats, but we received an email some time before the trip saying that the seats did not belong to us anymore. Like we weren't't good enough. We tried to book new but we were not able to log in.... We tried to contact Flixbus but no one answered. So we sat apart on the bus. Another confusing thing was that the drivers only spoke german. That was very confusing when there were breaks or any messages, because neither of me and my boyfriend speaks german.

No service or facilities.
The service are non exiting and the last bus did not even have shades to block the sun. The service and facilities have steadily declined since flixbus started operating in Denmark. That would be a detail if it was still cheap, but it's not. The prices are now so high that it is almost as expensive as the train.
I have been tolerating for some time but now it is enough. Anyway, to get the ticket for a descent price one has to book so long before that if you search for orange tickets on the DSB website you can find it cheaper. So my days with flixbus are over.

My first experience with Flixbus was when going from Kolding to Amsterdam on the 12th of October and back on the 20th.
On their site it seems very professional and well organised but it is not when it gets down to it.
We arrived on time in Amsterdam but almost half an hour early when returning back to Kolding.
The bus was subpar, uncomfortable seating and you are bound to get mashed by the person in front of you when they want to put their seat back. In the +-9 hours of driving I had 2 hours of sleep put together.
It was also very noisy and the driver was driving carelessly. Boarding the bus is a mess, there is no structure and you are basically herded like a flock of sheep by the drivers who seem to hate their jobs.
The toilet was absolutely disgusting both times, it smelled heavily of urine and there was no soap available to wash your hands.
I would not recommend using Flixbus unless you really have to. I myself will never use their services again.

Be very careful when you order tickets with Flixbus. If you cancel the order, from different reasons it seems like, according to their terms and conditions, you can't get your money back. As compenssation they give you a voucher that you can't use it if you order your ticket(s) using your smartphone, without using their app. This way, you have no way to recover yyour money. Think twice before you order tickets from them. Is cheap, but you pay a price :( If you dont believe me, I have the screenshots from my phone that shows that you can't use the voucher. i just want my money back and I can't have them back.

Never again!!!! I always used to travel with flixbus, but never again after an encounter with a super rotten driver........First time I ever write a review in my life but this was just awful.
My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and move with the help of crutches since he was in an accident. We booked a journey with flixbus in Denmark and neither of us knew we had to book a seat and pay extra just to sit on the bottom floor of the bus (not front row or anything just bottom on a double decker, I mean how could we even know it was gonna be a double decker???). Anyhow asked the driver when the bus came if it would be possible to sit downstairs since my boyfriend can't really walk and he completely blew me off?!?!?!?!?!?!? He said if we didn't book a seat then it's not his problem...........??????? Like seriously....? Obviously I looked for a handicapped or special needs option when I booked the ticket but there wasn't any.
We have been traveling by plane, train, taxi, city bus well YOU NAME IT. And somehow flixbus is the only means of transportation in the first world that doesn't care or lift a finger to accommodate handicapped people........ Truly disappointing behavior.

We tried FlixBus for our first time as a transportation service.
One week before we had to go on vacation and travel with FlixBus, we got told that our flight-time home has been changed, so we couldn't get to the FlixBus in time before it went it's way home. That's not FlixBus' fault though.
We had an e-mail conversation with their customer service, as we wanted our money for the transportation home back. We got told, that we just had to send them an e-mail with some information from our trip, before this could be a reality. We did as requested from their customer service. In between this conversation, we got offered a voucher as a kind regard, which we said yes to of course.
3 weeks later we got an answer to our e-mail, which basically said we couldn't get our money refunded, because we said yes to the voucher.
We didn't get informed, that if we said yes to the voucher, we couldn't get our money refunded. We just got told, that we should send the e-mail and they could offer a voucher as well.
If they just had said, "Hey, we can offer a voucher instead of returning the money, if that is something you want. Be aware, that if you accept the voucher, we can't refund your money.", or something like that. It would've been all fine, but this is more than bad customer service.
So we called them on the phone, but we just got told that we could apply a contact-form. Excuse me, what? Didn't you hear what we just told you?
If you want to spend your money on a transportation company, find another one. It's really not hard to find better customer service than FlixBus'.
Don't put your money in their company, they just treat you like trash. :)

Complain about the Flix Bus driver
I had just finished my trip to the Scandinavian countries and back to Hong Kong. I am writing to complain a bus driver on my booking (#8074023394) includes the following trips:
Line 073, destination Cologne South, Airport 03.08.2018 23:05 Stockholm (Cityterminalen) → Copenhagen central train station (Ingerslevsgade)
( There were 2 drivers , one was bald , the other was holding a smoking pipe .)
There were 4 of us. Each had a hold luggage according to the set rule of your company. When we reached the bus stop. One of the bus drivers ( he was holding a smoking pipe ) said “ cross ” and we did not understand what he meant. Then he used a luggage scale and tried to weigh one of our luggage. But we did not show us the exact weigh shown on the scale. Then he said our luggage were too big and need to pay SEK 400 to him. We were shocked because we had been on another Flix bus from Oslo to Stockholm (My booking (#8073568482) includes the following trips: Line N600, destination Stockholm 30.07.2018 22:15 Oslo (Busterminalen Galleriet) → Stockholm (Cityterminalen) ) and were NOT asked to pay any extra luggage fee. The size of our luggage were exactly the same. The size of our luggage were not oversize according to your set rule !
The attitude of the driver made us frighten and he kept asking us for SEK 400 before we can load the luggage onto the bus. So my sister paid him money and asked for a receipt. He pretended that he could not understand and he said something that the receipt was on the computer. The driver took the money and ordered us to put the luggage onto the assigned place without any help. We did not dare to say anything more. We got onto the bus feeling being robbed and unsafe. ( It was midnight time and we were in an unfamiliar place ! What we felt about the driver was a mafia ! What a FLIX BUS DRIVER ! )
I have no proof that we had pay the money because the driver refused to give us the receipt. I am afraid that the driver kept doing this cheating thing to other foreign passengers , especially Chinese since he saw us at the first sight and asked us for money! I strongly ask your company to investigate and give us an explanation for the above cheating and robbing behavior of this driver.
