I AM PRESENTLY ON A 5 HOUR BUS, WHICH I HAD TO TAKE BECAUSE OF FLIXBUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SHENANIGANS!! DUE TO THAT, I HAD TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY FOR ANOTHER BUS COMPANY AND DUE TO FLIX LYING TO ME OVER AND OVER AND OVER, IT DELAYED MY GETTING A BUS OUT OF NY BEFORE RUSH HOUR. I WAS STUCK IN THE POURING RAIN, WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH THEM WHILE THEY NOT ONLY LIED AND TOLD ME THE BUS WAS DELAYED BY 35 MINUTES BUT THAT THERE WERE 29 OTHER PEOPLE WAITING. SEEING THE WAITING AREA US JUST A PARKING LOT, IT'S PRETTY CLEAR THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE WAITING!
ON THE WEBSITE, EVEN NOW, 8:54 PM, IT'S STILL SAYING THE BUS IS DELAYED LOL. ACTUALLY THIS ISN'T EVEN "Lo-able" BECAUSE OF THE STRESS I HAVE ENDURED BECAUSE OF THESE DECEPTIVE PIECES OF SCUMBAGS!
I URGE ANYBODY WHO IS LOOKING TO SAVE MONEY TO NOT TAKE THEM!!

One of the worst customer services I have ever encountered, the buses are very uncomfortable (no armrests which is quite annoying for a 10+ hour-long journey), and we also arrived at our destination 40 minutes later which was not even acknowledged or apologized for by the bus driver. Avoid this company if you can!

Even if prices are cheap, they're not worthy because Flixbus delays are terrible. On my way to Prague from Berlin, I had to wait for two hours, and to return, at least 1.45 hours. The staff is really unprepared, they speak very basic English and are quite rude so they won't help if you are lost, or wondering if there will be a bus coming anyway. I won't take it again.

The service is terrible in Sweden Arlands airport in Stockholm. Sometimes it has even half hour delay, and it seems that sometimes it comes early without waiting. I never use it.

My out-of-country trip was canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure. I was told I would receive a refund plus any additional costs that I incurred as a result of the cancellation. I had to call Flixbus and send emails MANY times before I received a refund for the tickets. They lied about reimbursing additional costs incurred. Months after the trip cancellation, I received a refund for the ticket which was less that what I originally paid. What a scam. Worst service I've ever experienced. Beware you don't fall for Flixbus' scams, lies, and terrible customer service.

ALWAYS 1 HOUR LATE AT LEAST....NOT RELIABLE. THEY NEVER GIVE YOU A HEADS UP A WHILE BEFORE THEY ARE LATE... THEY WAIT TILL YOU ARE WAITING IN THE BUS STATION AND BREATHING ALL THE FUMES TO BREAK THE S#IT NEWS TO YOU. IT IS THE WORST ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE AN 11 AND HALF HOURES TRIP TO SOFIA FROM BUDAPEST. THATS WHAT I NEED ANOTHER HOUR ADDED TO THE HELLESH TRIP AHEAD OF ME 👌

Was a very comfortable ride, I have no complaints about the coach. The driver was incredibly rude, shouting and telling people to get out. Did not explain what each stop was, or where to get passports checked. Got very irritated with everyone even though it's most peoples first time in that specific location. Absolutely appalled at how rude this driver was, he didnt offer any friendly gestures at all, not even a smile. Lazy job, awful service. Will never travel with this company again, National Express all the way.

It was so redicoulos journey .
I was traveling from amsterdam to heidelberg on 4th of october.
There is no seat no provided with ticket .
And as per the tkt controler gave me a seat in amsterdam i seat on the same seat .
On the middle of the journey he ask me to leave the seat and gove and seat on the another seat .
Without any reason .
And every one was looking at my face as if i a. A crimnal.
Is this fair ??
Now on i just hate the service of this compsny
I m to disapointed .

I have used it many times and had troubles with it most of the times. The bus is usually delayed and there is no indication that the seats are reserved. We were sitting quite comfy when in the middle of the night someone woke us up and showed that he had reserved that seat. And we had to find another seat with one person here another person there. After this terrible experience, another time, we asked the driver which seats should we take, and he replied that all were free seats. We then took one at the fourth row but later in the night, we were again told to find another seats when someone showed us a ticket with his seat number. One time, we missed the bus because it passed infront of us with a different route number, then later after moving few metres ahead of us changed to our route number. Who could even believe this!!!

They left me at petrol station because I went to toilet the one in coach was broken and i told the driver just for few minutes and it took me 10 hour to get to my destination (from place after ZURICH 15 miles to get to Lyon-Perrache) and cost almost 70 euro and my baggage gone worth about 700 euro.i will never use this company.

Took the bus from London to Bruge. The bus was on time, we went through the euro tunnel. Got to Bruges 45 min early. WiFi throughout the journey. Excellent prize. Really can’t complain. The bus went on to Dortmund in Germany. I’m trying to fly less and reduce my carbon footprint so will use them again.

Flix bus is getting worse day by day, right now I’m traveling from Heidelberg to Budapest, the wifi isn’t working and there are no any charging ports in the bus. Even the toilet is locked and when i asked driver he said it’s blocked, i mean seriously, wth is going on here man...

Hi all. I'll explain what happened to me and maybe someone on a similar situation can help.
I booked a night bus from New Orleans to Austin. The bus should leave at 11:20pm. The e-ticket shows the departure address in New Orleans, there's a map with the location and if you click the map it sends me to the location on my navigator. On the top of the map, there's is an address.
My problem is that I followed the map and the link to the location, arrived there 40mins before the departure time and found the flixbus sign. After waiting for almost one hour for the bus (until 12:20) I checked the ticket again and found out that the address written on the ticket is different from the address shown on the map!
I missed my bus, had to find a last minute hostel and another way of getting to Austin the next day.
I filled a complain but no answer yet. Does anybody know what I can expect from them? What I want is a compensation for the bus ticket at least! I don't think that's asking too much.
When I called them, they said to file a complain at the website and I did it. I got a standard email saying that they can't do anything but they didn't really mentioned my situation in particular (they wrote like I missed the bus because of the timetable, therefore they didn't even read my message). I wrote them again and got the exact same answer!

Great trip on the way over. The return trip in Southern Utah was a mess though. No airconditioning (during the summer), the driver getting really defensive when asked about it.
They weren't excited about fixing it with their customers either. So...cheap, definitely but not a consistent good service either.

I booked my ticket two days before departure and on the day of leaving, they sent me a mail that my reserved seats were not available although i paid for them in application where they were presented as free.
The bus was at 23:00, we arrived in Munich at 17:00 so we waited for 6 hours so to see that they canceled my reserved seats.
Also when i was traveling from Ljubljana to Venice i also had my seats reserved. When i came on bus at 2:50 my seats were taken.
They really must do something about seat order because this is awful.

My 19 daughter was scheduled to depart Washington DC at 11:50 pm to Richmond va on 9/18/19. She arrived 20 minutes early to lean that the Bus had left 30 min ahead of scheduled departure. Flixbus customer service conformed the bus left early.
She asked another bus driver and staff member who laughed at her. Then, other passenger arrive only to learn they were also stranded.
No effort was made by FlixBus staff to assist. My 19 year old daughter was left stranded at midnight with no way to return. She contacted a friend and stayed the night. I scheduled her travel for the morning. She missed 2 important college classes. Her safety was put at risk by the utter disregard of FlixBus staff and she was terribly upset by staff members laughing at her being stranded. I think this is outrageous, disciplinary action needs to occur, and a formal apology needs to be extended to my daughter, at very least.

I WAS ROBBED FROM THE TRUNK OF THE BUS AND NO ONE KNEW.
I placed my luggage in the trunk of the bus where it is supposed to be safe and it was stolen. What a shock. I contacted them for a compensation they just keep telling to me to wait and at the end no reimbursement was offered as the policy of the company explained . It is my duty as a citizen to spread out the voice and advise people not to trust the service at all.
Worst service ever. DON'T TAKE IT ALL.

We needed to get to Savona from Torino to Savona. The connection with FlexiBus was very punctual, convenient, comfortable (with very good WIFI) and not expensive.
