Utter crap support, paid for software that wont install and all i get is re-set your password. How do you reset a password when you cant install the software. Want my money refunded.

Worst customer service ever encountered. Sent a defective Scout TK camera back to Flir at the end of March 2018 following an not uncommon issue with the battery not holding charge when not in use. Had to pay to post the unit to the USA against an RMA number.
They got the camera in early April and after a questioning email to them on the 20th April was told the unit would be replaced and posted out the following week. Exactly 60 days later still no replacement camera, lots of excuses about a back log of work, lots of apologies but no action.
I am worse off now than before I posted it to them, at least I had a camera I could use, now I have nothing and little prospects of ever having.
Will not buy Flir again.

FLIR very unhelpful after their mistake
By mistake, FLIR sent me the wrong product for my £215.99 order. They now demand that I pay to return the product in order to receive a refund. They then expect me to place a second order in the hope that the correct product gets delivered.
This is very poor customer service.
