Please read this before choosing to use flightright…….
I opened my claim with flightright on august 21st after Flightright promised me to get me a compensation of € 1,200.
After a couple of autogenerated emails they went completely silent.
I then chased flightright with calls and emails but what I got in return were only automatic reply.
I didn’t hear anything from flightright for at least 2/3 weeks, I felt abandoned and I wrote to them stating that their services was far worst that the one received from the airline itself.
Last week i received an email directly from Alitalia offering us an e-voucher for a total value that was NOT what flightright had promised.
I decided to share the airline’s email with flightright informing them that I will settled by myself given that they did nothing for me.
After weeks of NONE communications, flightright replied to my last email immediately asking for their fee to be paid.
Even if they advertise that they wont charge us if we get less than they originally promised. Even if they have done nothing for me, even if what I got I got it because of me and not because of flightright (which in all honesty only created me more stress and time lost) they contacted me within 3 hour, after 3 weeks of silent, asking for money they have no earned at all!
The claimed was settled thanks to me. I found outrageous that you are trying to get credit (and money) for something you did NOT do. I didn’t only email you once but a numerous amount of times and you know it is the truth and teh service on the phone was short and not helpful.
Alitalia sent the offer directly to me because of my calls (several) with them on the 19th before even knowing about flightright.
I regret so much having to deal with you. You have only wasted my time even more than having to deal only with the airline itself and if now, for some small legal clausola , I end up having to pay you money that you did not earn it will feel to me like an extortion.
On top of that you advertise on your website that no fee will be charged if the client settle for less than you originally promised, so how come you are now going after me for my money?

It took over a year and 1/2 to get our compensation but we eventually got it. Flightright persists with the airline and we got our money back.

Hands down no strings attached, money in my account in approx 1-2months.
Status updated in the flight right portal with meaningful text to help you follow-up.
Cannot complain at all, and don’t think twice about opting in.
To be completely honest, I now learnt that we were eligible for the full amount that flight right initially shows, but one has to approach the flight operator themselves, and even though there would be initial attempts to sway you away by the airline, eventually they’d have to pay up as that's EU law and amounts are predetermined. But should anyone would want flight right to collect the money on their behalf, flight right are surely the goto guys. We got back €351 from eligible €500 after deducting flight right commission

I opened two cases at FlightRight for a trip we did last year. One was quickly resolved and we received compensation for it. For the other case the airline refused to pay. FlightRight went to court on my behalf and won the case. Now I am being compensated for that delay too. Great!
I would never have had the energy to take this case all the way to court so really appreciate the service provided by FlightRight.

After struggling with the travel company without any luck at all, I decided to take contact with Flightright. I got a good response from the begging and it was easy to fill in all the information on the webpage. With every question I had, I got a quick answer. Even if the process took a few months, it´s the results that counts and it was very good. So all thanks to Flightright for handling my case in such a good way :) :)

My flight was delayed by 3 hours and 10 minutes. I have a video and a picture that shows the time we arrived. The picture is even from the aiport screens.
I filed the case with flight right and after receiving the letter from the company refusing to pay, they told me that their lawyers would study my case and come back. 2 months later i had no reply from them and upon sending an email to remind them of my case, they closed it straigh away, reasons where that the record show no delay on the flight. This isn't true and I had proofs for it (video and picture of airport screens).
My friend that traveled with us contacted fairplane and he's case is going now to court. He claimed only for himself and got all interest from them, I claimed for me and my partner with Flightright and got ignored for months.
On the plus side i have to say that the comunications with flightright are always emails which is a delight for me. My friend with Failrplane got loads of calls from them which he loathes, but finally got them to comunicate with him using email.
Note after flightright reply:
I have a video that shows that we were still taxiing to the terminal at 13.12 ( 3 h 2 min delay) and the airport official time at the arrivals screen was 13.30.

I am still waiting for an outcome on a claim I submitted almost two years ago, in December 2017! As expected, the airline itself (Tunisair) was not responsive to initial requests, so in March 2018 I gave permission for Flightright to engage in legal proceedings on my behalf. I was told that this process would take anywhere from "several months" to "6-12 months", however now, 18 months later, there is no end in sight - I do not have transparency over when the supposed court date is scheduled.
Communication throughout the process has felt scripted. Ongoing assurances that it can take "6-12 months" are not helpful when the process has already lasted more than 18 months!

I had a flight delay from Sofia to Vienna which resulted in me missing my connection flight. Austrian Airlines refused to pay me any compensation when I contacted them directly, because they claimed that it was out of their hands due to “force majeure” conditions. This appalled me because the crew of Austrian did not mention any such conditions during the flight and assured us that I would make it in time for my connection (which obviously didn't happen).
After this I contacted Flightright which successfully handled my claim on my behalf and managed to secure the compensation payment in less than five weeks time. I am very pleased and thankful for the assistance the Flightright team provided me with, and I would definitely use their services again in the future should I have any such dreadful customer experience with any airline ever again!

Recently and not for the first time, Flighright successfully claimed a compensation for me.
On this latest occasion, the case was handled in a very individual way, although the compensation and consequently, the fee paid to Flightright were not very high.
I was very impressed by the way this case was handled by Flightright. I would use Flightright any time again and recommend them strongly.

Every time I use their services, I get what they promised and if not, they explain why. Now I finally have gotten my money after a year because Brussels Airlines didn't want to pay what they were due. Flightright took them to court and won for me, which I wouldn't have been able to finance myself.

After I didn't get my full compensation from Lufthansa and they lied to me about the reason I decided to hand over to flightright. And it worked for me, so I hope I won't have to use it again but I would use the service again if needed.

Great service - Ryanair had declined our claim for a delay of 6 hours from PMI (Mallorca) to Dublin with the familiy - we have tried everything, sent numerous emails and threatenend to go to court. Flightright took over and after 11 months, including litigation in front of court in Spain, we got our payment.
