I put in my claim nearly 3 months ago and heard nothing back after my initial call - no updates nothing. I took matters into my own hands directly with the company shortly after and got it back straight away. They are now asking for £160 for doing nothing. 3 months later trying to ask me for money after not even having the courtesey to update me etc. they advise not to contact the company directly or use another company but don't even get back to you until 3 months later, AWFUL

Having had a bad experience with a similar company I thought I would try out flight reclaims. They were helpful and friendly , the payment was made after 14 weeks ... I thought it would be sooner but they kept me updated so I didn’t mind waiting for 2 more weeks I thought the fees were fair and would recommend and use the service again :)

I managed to get the compensation another way and because I didn't read their massive terms and conditions, they are now requesting £100. They did absolutely nothing and are chasing me for payment.

I experience a horrendous flight delay, tried claiming myself first and kept getting knocked down by the airline as expected.
Believe me when I tell you I have the gift of the gab and even I found it difficult to get anywhere with the airline.
Flight reclaim made the process so easy for me from start to finish, even though it took longer than I expected, 6 months in fact. This didn't really bother when they got me back just shy of £6500 after all their fees.
Sometimes its just worth going to a third party claims management company, and if you're reading this review you've most definitely come to the right place!

I would like to thank Flight Reclaim for their help in getting my compensation.
I had tried claiming via Resolver (which was free) with no luck. I was going to give up and admit defeat until I came across Flight Reclaim and gave them my details. I had a quick phone call saying they could help me. Nicole was my claim handler and she was so excellent through the process. She kept fighting our corner and was always happy to help. It really does show that you get what you pay for, I would have never gotten this payment without Flight Reclaims help so I am more than happy to pay for the service they have provided!

Made my claim on April 2018.
Wait 12 weeks, any news, always I need to send email asking for update. Always the same answer. They never send me updates on first class.
On March 2019 received email from Flight Reclaim with my invoice, they asked to disregard the invoice. The airlines agreed with the payment. Probably the payment appears in the “invoice “
After 1 year waiting, still my claim not solved.

I asked them for help, they declined to help me, because my delayed flight was "only" 2 hours and 15 minutes late, and they couldn't offer me any help for getting some kind of refund for my late train tickets caused by the delay.. Also, communication was quite poor, I don't recommend their service.

Definitely worth the wait.
Having tried the claim ourselves after having my stag ruined and the airline said it wasnt their fault we approached these guys. It took about 4 months but they got us over £5000 back. they kept us updated when something happened with the claim and in the end we received our cheques through the post.
Now its time to go on another holiday. I would defo recommend using these guys!

Don´t trust them This company told me months ago that they won my case against Ryanair. This company sent me an invoice for me to pay them. As I never saw any money from Ryanair I asked Flight reclaim for explanations and an update every week. They guaranteed on the phone that my compensation was due. Today they had the nerve to tell me that "it has been a mistake from Ryanair because you did not win any case, only the expenses in the case you incurred any". If this is the case, why did you phone me months ago to tell me the amount that Ryanair was going to pay me and sent me the invoice I needed to pay Flight Reclaim "right away"?
I have been fooled.

I have just seen Flight reclaim reply but I am unable to answer them here. No, I am not calling you. You call me, you have my number. And no, Ryanair did not give me any false information, you did by email and on the phone. I do not appreciate that you try to defend your reputation here by making me look like I am the one lying. I have never done so. Ryanair was not the one giving me false information. It was you. At least admit it and apologise rather than saying it was not your fault.

I would recommend Flight Reclaim, as they managed to get a great result for me and my partner.
I did not think the TUI would end up paying, as they firstly rejected the case however, Flight Reclaim persevered and sent the matter through CEDR. Together they got a positive outcome and it was a lovely surprise to get a phone call with the news.
They were friendly when I called them, gave us an update as to where the complaint was up to and what would happen from there.
My experience with them was excellent and I would 100% use them again and recommend anybody to use them.

Really wish I would have just done this claim myself.
They have had my claim with Jet2 for 8 months, I constantly have to chase and now 'apparently' they are allocating the funds as they received the payment but that has taken almost 2 weeks just to do that.
I would query how long they are allowed to keep hold of the money for because most compensation companies cannot earn interest from other peoples misfortunes. Must look into this one.

Very poor service. Took over a year to get one flight sorted. Had to push and push them with little or no feedback in a timely manner. Look out for their exchange rates, chamging from Euro to Sterling. Very much in their favour and nowhere near bank rate. I expect this is a way of them keeping more of the claim. I would not use this company again. I am sure they must do well if I read the headlines on their website and their Trust pilot rating but it certainly was not my experience by a long way.

Shocking company , rude staff and awful customer service. i submitted an enquiry with this company back in march after my flight delay since then heard nothing from them , before my enquiry i also enquired with bott and co , i have now had several threatening emails saying i owe flight reclaim £150 cancellation fee for them doing "work" on my behalf and apparently me having a pay out by flybe which again is not true. COMPANY IS A SHAMBLES ARE RUDE REALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY KIND OF MONEY THEY ARE REQUESTING FROM ME EITHER.

As I was advised I should know now will I get compensation. Still I have no answer and I haven'the been given any update since end of May after you took my case.I had to chased you to find out what you have been doing and you never gave my proper information only keep saying I have to wait. I am so disappointed how you treat me.

We experienced an overnight delay on our flight from Tromso to London, via Oslo, in February this year. We submitted our claim and have so far heard nothing. 6 months we have been waiting!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. We just keep getting excuses as to why we haven't heard yet.
I am not sure how to respond to flight reclaim’s email below, but I would not class the 11th July, nearly a month ago, as a regular update. Not once have flight claim contacted us, it has always been us chasing for an update, and getting a nothing response / excuse back. This case was filed nearly 6 months ago and is therefore well past the advised 12 week timeframe.

I have used Flight Reclaim for both delayed and cancelled flights I’ve had within the last year or 2 - I’m always kept updated throughout my claims, really friendly and helpful staff and they always fight for the full compensation amount (I’ve tried Contacting EasyJet direct and they have tried to reduce my compensation by 50%!!) and they always get my full amount. Fast and easy service, definitely recommend.

I don't understand the bad reviews you are getting, I would like to say that people need to show a bit of patience and the world does not revolve around them. If you want an update, pick up the phone. If you think its taking too long then drop them email. Its simple really.
I was happy to sit back and wait for the end result and in doing so the experience was a pleasure.

I am writing a review in the hope that flight 're claim will send me my compensation from easy jet awarded on the 13th Nov 2018. After a telephone conversation I was told someone would return my call and get this sorted, still waiting. It has been sat in your bank for over 8 months.....why?. Andrea cooper.
