I can't recommend this website
I got email that flightfinder will give me the documents of tickets in 48 hours after I paid it.
But I didn't get anything and even I don't know where to write my passport information.
Now I have a doubt about my reservation that I paid to flightfinder
my number of reservation is 19/2097487
please check it and answer me as soon as possible.

Tryed to book a flight to Amsterdam on my phone (iPhone XR). The website is not responsive and full of typing errors, not a good first impression...
Anyway I got past this and went through the booking filling my personal informations and everything.
Arriving at the end of the process I saw that the website misspelled my first name even though I filled it well. The website says that if there were any problem I could contact the customer support so I finished my booking by paying and contacted the customer support straight after.
The customer support then said to me that I had to pay 60 euros for the name changing which was there mistake in the first place and wasn’t mentioned before the payment. They offered me a second option by telling me I could get an “exceptional refund” minus their fees (obviously).
They wouldn’t anything so I choose the refund and lost 50 euros because of them.
Lesson learn : never use an intermediary or try to use good ones, which is definitely not the case for flight finder.

Never again flight finder, these guys are the best if nothing bad happen and when everything goes as planned(which naver happened) they always answer on the first email but they never reply. In my opinion you better pay a bit extra to get much more then this shi*#$.

Last Wednesday I recieved a mail from Flightfinder telling me that my flight has been rescheduled to 3 days before than expected. Now I have to cancel and modify all the road trip I was going to do and loss the money from hotel bookings...
I've called to the airline but they told me that it's flighfinder who has to search a better flight alternative for me. I'd written to flightfinder but nobody is answering me.
I've been working all year to enjoy these holidays and now I have to come back home 3 days before becouse flightfinder has given me only this alternative...

I have a confirmed reservation via flighfinder consisted on a flight MAD-TIA on 18/07/2019 (tomorrow). I have not received any e-ticket or reservation code to do the check-in on the webpage of the compny I am travelling with (Alitalia). I have talked with them and they tell me that it is you that have to provide me the reservation code that works in their webpage. I can not reach you by phone and you are not responding to my emails. I do not know what else I can do to solve this problem.

I experienced terrible service with Flightfinder... One only email to inform us about the cancelled flights, no update on the issue since more than 2 months... Not a single solution, no alternative flight was proposed to us!! I have to constantly ask them whether they got any reply for the airline, and they are not able to tell us whether it is processed or what chances we have to recover our money!!
They are breaking French law (Article L211-16 du Code du Tourisme ) by denying that they are responsible for the execution of services written in the contract, even though this is the airline that has to provide them.

Not received Tickets
I made a booking 2 weeks ago with Bokningsnummer: 19/0663052.
But I haven't received tickets though it says tickets should arrive 24hrs after booking made !!
Need your support in getting tickets. I don't feel comfortable without these tickets as there are other bookings to be made based on these confirmed tickets. We can't wait for more time.

I can't believe how bad this travel agent is and how inefficient the customer service is.
My flight was cancelled and they asked me to pay in order to take the new flight provide by the airline. This is already a first unfair practice as I was already register on the new flight by the airline and didn't need to pay. And worse, the airline told me that my flight was cancelled because my connection time was to short (the flight connection that flight finder sold me...). Oh did I mention that the new flight is 24h before with an overstay night in London to be paid by myself!
Anyway I ended up paying to upgrade my service with flightfinder because I knew I couldn't get any customer service without paying this first fee (as they told me I need to paid for them to discuss with my airline).
Then it's now impossible to get information on how to change my flight, they just said that there is no other options... and that I have to contact the airline myself!!!
The airline customer services is great but they said that they can't do anything as Flightfinder is responsible for what they sold to me...
I don't know what to do and it's like I will just lost my flight as I can't really travel one day before...
It's been few weeks that I spends time trying to fix this and I'm very upset.
I travel all the time with so many different travel agent and I never experienced something so stupid as this situation. I really not recommend anyone to book any flight with them as they seems to only care for money and not for theirs customers.

I write this message to make a claim. I reserved the ticket on this site, after the payment, I've received an email of confirmation with the number of reservation, it indicates that I will receive within 48H all travel documents in my email box, but no never received anything after this email.
So I tried to do the check-in at airport Charles de Gaules with this n° of reservation. It takes such a long time to try several times on the check-in machine but always wrong, and since all become automatic right now at airport, I spent quite long time to find finally the right staff for asking the question, and there I was told that it's not the right number of reservation and I've exceeded the timing for check-in.
All the time spent to figure out the issue makes me finally miss my plane and I don't have choice but buy a new ticket at 165 euro to arrive at the destination within the same day. All this is because your company didn't send me good travel documents with the right reservation number.
Very disappointed of this site, absolutely don’t recommend !!

Today i purchased 2 tickets to Bali and purchased an extra cancellation service.
2 min later i got an email saying the tickets where booked but the cancelation service diddint go through and will reimburse me the this part.
I only buy tickets with cancelation services and due to a bug in their system (which is not my problem) it couldn't be applied.
Calling them doesn't work and when writing them you get an answer that they can't help you.
This is the first and last time using this website.

Hice el pago de la reserva 19/1557268 el viernes 28 de junio por la mañana y no he recibido la documentación de los vuelos todavía (lunes 1 de julio). Se suponía que la enviaban en 24 horas y no he recibido nada. He escrito en varias ocasiones por los pocos medios que ponen de contacto y nadie me responde. Para cobrar no tuvieron problema pero no tengo los billetes.

Last Friday morning (28th June), I paid for the flights related to the reservation 19/1557268 and today (1st July) I didn't receive anything more than the confirmation of the reservation. I should have received the documents of the flights 24 hours after having done the payment but there is nothing. I don't know if everything is in order.

I made reservation, the money was debited from my paypal account and the reservation was confirmed.
A few hours later, I received an email saying that they suspected fraud and THEY DECIDED TO CANCEL.
24 hours later, they are saying that IT WILL TAKE THEM 3 DAYS TO REFUND they money they have taking from me (although paypal refunds are immediate)
It seems that the way they finance themselves is by taking your money, then cancelling and then a very very slow refund.
On top of that, the phone numbers they informed on their websites do not work (I tried all the phone numbers of all the countries), and answers on their internet customer service takes a lot of time, do not answer the questions and never give a solution.
In summary: awful service, cancel against the will of the client, and keeping your money for many days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My scheduled flight was rescheduled by the carrier and i had to pay extra fees to get the new tickets. According to the service agent at flightfinder my flight would remain unconfirmed and canceled if i didn´t go through with the payment. This is simply not true. I got an email from emirates informing me about the changes that had been made with the booking reference mentioned in the email. So i copied it and checked it out on the emirates app, and i had my new tickets issued there and nothing had to be confirmed to make this change. I also called emirates and they told me the same thing, the tickets were confirmed and i don´t have to pay any extra fees for this. Yet i still got the reply from flightfinder that the tickets were UNCONFIRMED and would remain CANCELED, which is not true. I did end up paying the fee since emirates told me that the booking agency could cancel the tickets if they wish and i fear they may have done so if i wouldn´t had paid.
I will never ever use flight finder again. And I would recommend all of you to stay away from them as well.
EDIT: They still haven't replied with a satisfactory answer.
REPLY: If you look at the case material you explicitly tell me the tickets are not valid and you didn't tell me that I could contact the airline directly. Maybe the service agent forgot that? You still haven't answered why I need to confirm the "changes" you would make with the airline. This is simply because there were no changes for you to tell them. I got the new tickets that I would have to agree to well before I agreed to your proposed service deal. I agreed to the deal only because you led me to believe that my tickets that I got from Emirates directly wouldn't be valid. All I wish for is for you to return the service fee due to you lying and withholding information.

We've asked for cancellation and refund of money due to changes in schedules done by the Airline.
Since our petition, Flightfinder is answering only in english, is not accessing our request and delaying the answers.
They hadn't informed us about the changes on the flight before our inquiry, in spite they compromised about it in their conditions.
We require for a quick and due attention.

No ticket received even THREE days after booking and payment.
Their customer service's reply: 'the ticket will follow shortly'. Still no date given.
UPDATE: I received my tickets after I contacted the airline directly. Immediately after that, I received an email with the tickets from Flightfinder as well.
Flightfinder aren't scammers. They are simply very inefficient. Keep it in mind when dealing with them.

First and last time I buy a ticket from them. I never received my fly tickets, and I almost lost my flight because in the only email that I received, I was going to fly with Jet airways, as flight Finder never answer phone calls, I called Jet airways, that could't find my reservation, finally, checking the number of flight, I found on internet that it was a flight of air France, so I called them and they sent to me the tickets. Now I am in India and I don't have the tickets again to go back home, I called them and they answered, I asked to send me the tickets by email, and instead of that I received an email saying that my flight had been cancelled and another email charging me 15 eur for excess service! This company is a headacke. I need this problem solved asap!

My scheduled flight time was changed by Emirates and I received a new itinerary directly from Emirates.
I also received an email from flight finder saying that since I had not paid the extra fee for service of flight changes, I needed to pay the fee now or my flights would be cancelled.
This was an outright lie. Emirates had already updated my flights and required no extra work from Flight Finder. Flight Finder would have to proactively cancel my flights, which was in their power to do so as my agent.
Customer service refused to acknowledge the scam, continuing to demand I pay the fee.
I paid the fee out of fear my flights would be cancelled, but I will never book again with Flight Finder.
