Delayed for 22 hours with Swiss air in April 2017 from Geneva. Technical problem with aircraft, then crew went out of hours. Should have been a cut and dry case, but Swiss air repeatedly kept denying claim, but Flight Delayed kept pursuing. Almost gave up hope, then two and a half years later Swiss air finally caved and I got a payout. Had the company not been so persistent it might not have happened. Thank you for you dedication and commited service.

Following a cancellation of my flight I decided to claim my flight back through flight-delayed .co.uk. After giving all my details on-line I received a prompt response back stating my claim was in process. With two updates I have now been informed that payment will be made in full. The process took approximately 8 weeks but delighted with the service from start to finish.

I used them to try and claim money back from a delay of more then 10hrs. While they seemed to be on the ball in the beginning they are no longer responding to my emails. I have no idea what is happening if anything is. I am reading all these horrible reviews now. And wondered why I even bothered using this company in the first place.
My guess is they only love working on the quick and easy cases. If its more complicated you're probably best going at it yourself! Be wary before using these guys!!

So I have just received a letter 1 year and 1 month after I made a claim with this company saying I now owe THEM money? Over £140!! I’m basically being threatened with letters in my own home! Tried calling the number but no answer.. what an absolute joke! If they think I’m giving them money they can think again!

This company deserves 0 stars. They have hidden charges. They will send you bills for nothing. We submitted our own claim directly with the flight and they sent us a bill for just for enquiring with them. They have hidden charges in their term and conditions which they themselve sign for you. FRAUD COMPANY. Will harras you with calls emails and legal notices with fake online signatures.

I had a bad experience while traveling in Argentina. I was stuck for 24 hours stopover because of a flight delay. Flight-delayed.co.uk has been awarded £600. I only had to follow the steps on the site. I have been kept informed regularly. 3 months later £450 were transferred, Flight-delayed.co.uk was paid £150 which seems more than justified since I had almost nothing to do.
