Terrible company! Our flight was delayed, which meant we missed our bus to Antwerp. Instead of allowing us to instead take the bus to Brussels, which still had plenty of room, they wanted us to wait two hours for the next bus or pay another €17 each to take the bus to Brussels. I’d say you get what you pay for, but it isn’t even that cheap. Avoid.

Yesterday we took the Flibco bus. Since there was a traffic jam, the driver decided to leave the bus and have a look. Then he took by accident another bus?! Because there were two Flibco busses behind each other. Another busdriver then drove us to a point, where we picked out 'our busdriver'. Finally, when we got our driver back, he was driving uncarefully, probably to minimize the delay. Driving 100km/h where he was only allowed 70km/h. He was constantly crossing the continous crossing line on the road. There was also an alcohol smell in the bus. I really hope that this was not the driver.

I never leave negative reviews, but this company is ridiculous. We waited over an hour to board a bus from Charleroi to Brussels Midi. There was no warning that this company only had one bus to take passengers, which meant that the line was ridiculously long and I am sure that some were waiting outside for 2 hours. There was no information provided as to when the next bus was coming, if we would make it onto that bus or wait for 30 more minutes. Flibco should be ashamed. Before buying this ticket, consider spitting a taxi with some people in line or those you are travelling with. I will never use this service again.

Terrible service. Very frequently late, once we lost our flight because it took three hours to go from Brussels to Charleroi, there was a car accident and the driver didn't want to take a faster road suggested by all navigation systems. The price is always high,independently from how in advance you buy it.

Missed my flight because of inadequate schedule. On the ticket its written that bus departs every 20 minutes. But our bus driver was waiting until all the last passenger. Instead of 20 minutes, we were waiting for 35 minutes + bad weather and it took 1.15 minutes to get to Charleroi Airport from Brussels. As a result, I've missed my flight on 01/10 to Krakow and got to pay 200 USD to left Brussels on the same day. Better plan your trip when travelling with flibco, cause sometimes going out 2.5 hours before isn't enough!

AVOID!My bag was stolen
I was travelling from Charleroi airport to Brugges and my bag was stolen. When we arrived in Brugges, my luggage was not anymore in the luggage room and disappeared. My luggage was in the bus in Charleroi Airport and not when we arrived in Brugges. The theft 90% occurred in Gent when the driver opened the doors publicly without leave his seat and supervising.Nobody could took this luggage by mistake as it was faulty and unique .It is a theft because of the company and driver safety procedures .you cannot open the doors publicly without supervision .They ruined my holiday. The driver also was not speaking English at all.

Why do they ask for the flight number and airport origin when you book from your account? Especially with g.d.p.r. I don't think it's normal to do so, especially in Europe. I use it for Charleroi shuttle to Lux and when I book online, they always ask for this confidential information. Why?

Despite all of the bad reviews, everything went fine. I travelled from Frankfurt to the Frankfurt Hahn airport which is two and a half hours ride. The bus was on time and even arrived a little bit early. Everything went normal.

Monopolistic - expensive, totally customer non-care shuttle service company. I bought ticket days before, but because the plane was late I arrived after my ticket expired, in customer service nobody helped me , just by relying on article 5.3 that it is impossible to change the date. When I buy the ticket there is no seat number or something like this, it is only PASS why they charge people two times???

This company managed to turn a solvable problem into a disaster that ruined my long anticipated holiday.
The coach service itself was excellent. I arrived at charleroi 30 mins before the coach was due to leave, bought a ticket at the office to Bruges for 22 euros which I thought was excellent value for a 2 hour, 149km journey. We arrived in Bruges on time and in my excitement to get off the coach I somehow managed to drop/leave my phone. Within a minute or so I realised and ran back to the coach to find it leaving. I'm now in a foreign country with no phone or internet, I don't know any family member numbers etc. I'm absolutely lost, my life is on that phone, not withstanding that it cost £600, this is very serious but I don't panic - yet. I dash to the hotel thinking all we need to do is radio the driver and ask him to keep the phone safe and hand it in - problem solved. Flibco REFUSED to do this and instead insisted I fill in an online form and if someone hands it in they'll let me know. I know my family will be trying to contact me and worrying when I don't answer but I can't get into Gmail or Facebook because I'm signing in from a different device and a different country and they insist on sending a security verification code to the missing phone, ARGHH!! There is not one internet cafe in Bruges and eventually I have no choice to buy a PAYG phone which costs 3 times as much as in the UK. I call Flibco twice a day I go to the Police because if Flibco don't have it then someone else has right? Thats the local police the federal police the airport police various lost property offices and I walk to the coach station to meet every Flibco coach to see if I can find my coach driver Yves. Needless to say the phone is now presumed stolen and has been blocked. If the reader is thinking well if your phone was so important you should have looked after it better, I couldn't agree more and still kick myself, but really you have ask yourself what kind of mean company refuses to help in these circumstances?

They lost my suitcase! I put my suitcase in the hold on the way back to the airport and when we got there (with no stops) it had gone! I believe it had been stolen but they have done nothing to help me. The English speaking driving suddenly didn’t understand English any more, the girls in the office wouldn’t help and the help email provided don’t respond!! Avoid!

Driver turned up late, with no explanation and proceeded to fart about needlessly meaning were almost 30 minutes late in departing. Considering that this bus was destined for an airport this is unacceptable.

we had an online ticket from Frankfurt main station to Frankfurt Hahn airport at 10:05 pm on Wednesday night ,the shuttle didn't come for no reason ,We were there waiting for more than 5 hours with an infant and even we couldn't call any number as all the numbers were available until 6pm and nobody sent us anything that how long we should wait more?!
it was so stressful ,no place to seat or to rest ,cold weather and not safe as drunk people were around !this was the worst experience I had in traveling! So shame!

We booked our trip a couple of months in advance and used one of their 5€ promotions. One day before our trip we received a cancelation of our trip - without giving any reasons! As a remuneration they gave us a ridiculous 5€ coupon - which does not go in accordance with their terms and conditions. We cab only guess that they overbooked the bus and threw out the "cheap" customers. Their customer service is - of course - super costly and they did not answer via e-mail. What cheek! I really advise against booking flibco.

The worst service. I had to deal with this bus every time I have a flight from charleroi. it is the only bus goes there. shared taxis are not always available. they don't respect their time schedule. they are late to show up, late to move. late to arrive. rude in treating people. Last time I bought a ticket online and the bus didn't show up. I was obliged to take a taxi for 60e. they don't answer you and they don't refund you. Never go with them. just be a bit earlier and arrange for a shared taxi it is even cheaper then their price.

They offer routes to small airports that otherwise would not be reachable with public transport.
The first experience with them to Frankfurt-Hahn airport was good.
I give them 3 stars mainly because of their website, which is not user-friendly. In addition, you need to register an account in order to book. I hope they change it soon.
