I thought I'd give this company a try after seening them plastered all over my Facebook & Instagram. Their meals are disgusting and flavorless. I am stuck in the 4-week plan with them saying I would get a VIP discount for that. I did not. Then in the 3rd week they sent me the meals for the SMALL meal plan and I am in the LARGE meal plan. I've tried contacting them via their live chat twice. I'm pretty sure it's a third party program that doesn't have anything to do with them nor helps in any way. They said someone would contact me, no one ever did. I even tried calling their Contact Us number and it just rings, says "The person you are calling doesn't have voicemail set up", then hangs up. This company seems like a BIG fraud scam to me. I've opened a fraud dispute with my credit card since they have no way to contact them to remedy whatsoever.

This is the worst place to ever do business with I fulfilled my 4 weeks subscription and canceled on the 15th of aug only to be billed again for another week when I called and spoke to Conor he said they would refund my money and cancel that order after three days I called back and no one would take my calls or return calls the meals showed up on fri and still no one will return my calls including the vise president of sales who’s voice mail box stays full so you can’t leave a message!! Stay clear from doing business with this company!

I don’t understand most of these reviews. I have never had any issues with my meals being thawed. Everything came as advertised and fully frozen. The food tastes good and the macros check out. Maybe people just don’t know accurate portions. 30 grams of protein in beef isn’t that much volume! Nutrient density is a thing people.

Meals have shown up twice now completely spoiled with no dry ice bags. I’ve tried for over a week and 8 different contacts with NO response. When you call via phone, you get voicemail. When you email, you get no response. When you go thru chat, you get a response that they will let someone on the team know. Horrible. I do not know how they are still in business. They don’t have a cancellation policy posted online and there isn’t a way for you to cancel online. And with no one contacting you back via any means, it becomes a terrible experience.

First, they attempt throwing a curveball at me by automatically signing me up recurring orders while being very indiscreet about it, then when I noticed the charge on my credit card statement I called them immediately to change the subscription to 4 weeks, and it turns out they reset that configuration to begin just 4 days after my phone call----clearly I was already annoyed and wanted it to take effect immediately following my phone conversation (i.e. don't send me food for another 4 weeks from this second). So here I am with yet another order following suit that I didn't ask for, and when I went on to my account to cancel everything outright, it requires an actual email or phone call---pretty pathetic.
So to recap: I went from annoyed but oh well, to angry, and to now where I'm never going to use them again.
Oh, and yes the last time they did arrive thawed.

So far not sure where the hate is coming from, I've recieved 3weeks worth of food and while I wasnt a huge fan of some of the options I picked, they weren't bad, just not my thing. Twice I reached out with the 'chat with an expert' and someone started responding pretty much immediately. My wife and I work too much and have tried the 'send us ingredients and you cook it' programs, so we love being able to just microwave something that we think tastes good. She loves the keto meatballs and I love the chipotle bowl best from what we tried so far. We signed up for the 3month program so all in all it isnt too expensive per meal.

I'd give a negative number if I could. They have the worst customer service I've EVER experienced. There are so many problems, they give you tracking numbers, but don't actually ship the package, they tell you there is a $200 cancellation fee and there is no way to cancel, you cannot leave a message (their voicemail is not set up), they don't reply to emails, and when you do speak to a person they are rude (phone and chat) and I cannot believe this company is still operating! They have an "F" rating on the BBB site. Please do your research before ordering from this company. Please share your experience so others can make informed decisions.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced... Hands down the worst. Food never showed up on the 4th week. Then decided to try them again. I was charged $120 for the big portion size and they sent the small one which came spoiled. The operations of this entire company are absolutely horrible. Customer service line does not even have a voice mail. SCAMMERS. You would have to be sick in the head to try this company. Simply don't do it!!! I will disputing every single charge with my bank...

Tried a subscription for 4 weeks. Their coupons and/or discounts are not well represented at the weekly cost went up $40 after the first week. Although at one point it said "we" (the customer) would have to enroll again after 4 weeks it did automatically anyway. On top of that the food wasn't good at all. Just acceptable if used to baked chicken, rice, and broccoli. I definitely don't recommend them and would suggest avoidance.

Any money you’re trying to save is better off spent elsewhere at a premium. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with. No problem when they had to take my money, but delivering on their commitment is a total atrocity. Please save yourself from this unnecessary stress- use anyone else. I am now giving Trifecta Meals a try and even if the food tastes horrid, it’s better than dealing with these incompetent people and their shady business practices. I urge you to not work with them.

Not sure how this company is still in business--- I ordered first week, came alright, and the meals tasted ok. So, I went with the 4 week subscription-- -Next weeks meals came completely thawed. Took another week to get different meals out to me. 3rd week, they charged my card, but I have still yet to see my meals (2 weeks later). I've emailed, chatted with, and called everyone I could get ahold of, and they always just say someone will be contacting me to resolve-- No one ever does. This is a scam company-- DO NOT BUY

Bought 1 week of food to try it out, the site automatically enrolled me in a subscription. To cancel the subscription I had to first fill out a cancellation form. No one got in contact with me regarding my cancellation as indicated. Then I logged on to the site and had the option to discontinue all future meals (I hope!). The meals were huge bait and switches. Looked nothing like the advertised meals or the protein portions were completely off. Shredded beef not 30g of protein from brisket or cheese in their brisket Mac n cheese. The keto southwest skillet had no yoke. Was just an egg product patty and ground beef. With a nickel size squirt of cheese. The cheeseburger casserole looked so bad, my husband said please don’t feed me this prison food. Literally impossible nutrition configurations. Paid $155 for 15 meals. I called the customer service number and I was talked over as I expressed my customer concerns. I requested a full refund as I have pictures of the false advertising. Once I mentioned if this couldn’t be resolved, I was going to contact the Attorney General over Kansas City and the reporting agency over creating false nutrition labels — the customer service agent became so unprofessional I couldn’t even talk while she was ranting about being unfair. Me being unfair?! The company is being unfair to its consumers.

Meals are expensive, but would have been worth the price if A.) they arrived on time and unspoiled, and B.) they contained the macros they advertise.
First order came frozen but it was obvious that the meals did not contain the amount of protein indicated in the nutrition info. I weighed the chicken in my meal and it was a hair over an ounce, and the only source of protein in this meal, and the box said it had 35g of protein.
Out of 4 orders, 3 orders came warm, thawed out and even spoiled with rotting meat juices soaking the meal boxes. The small container that each meal is contained in is made of uncoated cardboard, so if the meal thaws, the juices soak the package and the box gets soggy and gross. The lid is cardboard as well and not attached in any way. The dry ice had long ago melted, the lids came detached from the meal boxes and the contents of each meal were spread around in the box in a loose stinking mess. Each time these shipments came, I would call FlexPro. It took many tries though as their VM box is full. When I was finally able to reach someone, I was given the option of a credit towards another box, which I accepted initially. Box after box arrived this way. Warm, spoiled, contents of meals falling out of package.
Can not stay in business like this! They are going to make people sick and should be shut down.

After two deliveries from the company, I decided to change my delivery schedule. I was able to easily change this online. The company continued to bill me at the weekly billing cycle instead of the bi-weekly (and eventually monthly) schedule that I requested. I received deliveries that I had to throw out because I was out of town. I was charged for items I did not want (and changed on the website). When I reached out to simply cancel my subscription, I was told to call them. I called them - NO ANSWER. Left a voicemail. Never heard back. It's extremely easy to cancel subscription orders. Literally go into Shopify Apps, open the BOLD Subscription app (which I know they are using), and cancel the order. Nope - they require a phone called (Which, by the way, is ILLEGAL for their customers in California. They're required by California law to have online cancellation).

My first 3 weeks were great. After that my 4th week of meals never arrived. Contacted customer support and they said they would have someone call me. Never did. Get billed for the following week. Meals arrive 4 days late, Dry ice melted, meals hot and spoiled. Contact customer care, claim that they changed their shipping methods and thats the cause; make no attempt to fix the issue. I contact them 5 times over 15 days with 2 special claims 3 phone calls, emails, and live chat. Never had anyone resolve issues. Canceled immediately

2/4 orders came unthawed and wet. My wife was home when they arrived and immediately took the packages inside.
I tried to get ahold of customer service. All I could do was an online chat and 3 times they said they would have someone contact me. They never did so I did a chargeback on the 2 orders. They are now disputing the chargeback. Terrible customer service and product. . Has went downhill since I originally used to product years ago.

They are awful with sending the meals on time and properly chilled. I have had several orders show up either completely defrosted or spoiled. When you ask for them to re-mediate the issue they want pictures of the spoiled food. The last time it happened I had enough and I cancelled the service. As soon as I threatened to file complaint with the BBB they offered to fix the issue.

First of all, prior to subscribing to FlexPro I was sent a 20% off discount code. I did not realize that would not be applied to my entire subscription. I inquired about why the price went up for my second week's order and they informed me that discount code was only valid for the first week's order and none of the ones after. Then I receive the meals and they were almost completely thawed before I even had a chance to put them in the freezer. Half of the labels slid off so I didn't even know what was in some of the containers. The first meal I tried, the Chipolte bowl, was pretty good. All the others I was very disappointed in. None of the meals look anything like they are pictured on the website. The meat, especially the steak, is dry and rubbery with very little flavor. I have to chase it with water just to get it down. Whatever sauce is supposed to be on the dish ends up absorbing into the bottom of the container after heating. The Keto meatballs gave me stomach pains and diarrhea for the rest of the evening after eating them. I contacted the customer service with my concerns and asked them if I could please cancel my subscription and they refused. They said I was tied in for the entire length of my subscription unless I wanted to pay a $200 cancellation fee. I strongly regret subscribing to these weekly meals and now I'm stuck paying for food I can barely stomach for the next 10 weeks. They are a rip off!!!
