Flaviar continues to be an excellent source for whiskey (and all spirits) lovers around the world. This review is specifically for their customer service which, after a slight slowdown earlier in the Covid-19 era, has rebounded quite well with quick turnarounds and easily handled queries. I highly recommend them both for their products and their service.

Very nice customer service, but that is about all Flaviar has going for it. Associates are always as accommodating as they can be, and very apologetic when things go wrong in shipping. I just found out that while I might not get monthly free shipping credits, dealing directly with the liquor stores instead of going through Flaviar is a better fit for me.

Flaviar is exceptional. The company obviously works hard and has established great relationships with so many distillers around the world that craft what you know and what you don't know. Some of the small family distillers are known, in part, to the efforts of Flaviar. Their concierge support staff, like Kristen are 100% ready to assist in any way, Excellent organization and a lot of fun!

Flaviar is falsely advertising products they don't actually have in stock, then rather than notifying me they just shipped out lesser quality products from the same distiller and then claim there is a mix-up. This mix up happened to 4 of my peers living in different locations who ordered the same spirit. After contacting them about this I still have no resolve 1 week later. I asked for a return label and refund...they are looking into it. And today both products are still listed on the website. Last time I buy anything from these guys. Buyer beware! Worst customer service and they don't actually have any of their own inventory. They are just selling and processing orders through a network of liquor stores so Flaviar is just a third party charging money, and trying to remove themselves from the equation after you order.

My experience thus far has been positive. Flaviar is responsive, the tastings have been enlightening, and the service is great! I bought a bottle of Scotch and it arrived in 3 days. The website is also helpful. I enjoy reading the blogs and history of each spirit.

I recently received a bottle of Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength Irish Whisky through Flaviar, delivered by a vendor who failed to include the original packaging with the bottle. I wanted the box to display the bottle on my shelf until I had the occasion to drink it. I contacted Flaviar regarding the omission and Sarah followed up on the issue, resulting in the vendor sending out the packaging. I appreciate the great support from Flaviar, and especially the efforts of Sarah, to resolve this minor problem. First class service.

I contacted Flaviar through the website. I immediately received the automatic response that Flaviar would get back to me within 24 hours. I expected a long wait. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Sarah responded within 10 minutes. She answered all my questions clearly and even offered extra information to help me further. She is a real asset!

Had issue of receiving an incorrect bottle. Yes t was rectified but took over two weeks to receive the correct one. Otherwise service has been good so hopefully this was a small hiccup.
