An awful company. This company does nothing for landorlds. I’ve made claims and nothing has been done for tenants to respond. I’ve complained many times only to be told that I need to take it further with another company. Stick with TDS.

When I read the bad reviews here, I still gave flatfair.com a chance but I was totally wrong to do so. Upon purchasing a shelf we were asked 2 days later to provide mail as proof of residence for delivery and after sorting that out everything went silent. After a few more days, there were no information about when our item will ship or even an estimate. After emailing about a shipping estimate, I was simply told it will take several business days to simply "process" my order. After letting them know it was important that I can get the item quickly, they emailed once again after a week to notify me that they cancelled my order because they no longer carry the item which they have listed on their website.
What I'm trying to say is if you're ok to purchase from a company with the worst customer service I've seen, expect at least 2-4 weeks before you may or may not receive what you purchased.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Got a bed, damaged. Emailed them and they said (two months later) that they would send me a replacement part if I took it apart myself and gave them the damaged piece back.
Now, I get texts weekly that conflict with my regular 8-5 work schedule AFTER I TOLD THEM MY SCHEDULE MULTIPLE TIMES saying they are coming TOMORROW and I need to take my bed apart. (this is at 6-7pm when I have not much time.)
They need to get this issue RESOLVED and I will be deterring friends and family away from flatfair.

I think giving them 1 star is way too much! They are crooks! Very dishonest stuff! Furniture is cheap and defective! We got kids bed nd upon inspection we found out that few parts were defective and it made that bed very unsafe to use for kids. So what I’ve been told by their supervisor John that it’s ok your children can sleep like that”...I was shocked!!!! Really if they fell from that bunk bed it’s OK? I said put your kids on such a defective bed how would you feel if they fall? The answer was ok we gonna reassemble it and issue a full refund. So their driver came, took it apart and we sign a document stating that item was defective and their driver reconfirmed it. So now it’s been almost 1 month, my kids still have to sleep on the floor, we got no refund, and customer service Mark is threatening me to either cooperate or I won’t get my refund. I said I will have to contact my attorney and that guys Mark said “ YOU are very close minded if you want to spend so much money on attorney to get your $1100 back. He said GO ahead and hire an attorney. And he added is there anything else I can do for you?!!!!! Well now I understand why they have to suck up and move into a smaller warehouse because what I found out from one of their workers that more than 50% of their orders are returns due to defective furniture and they will give you really hard time to refund your money trying to charge 25% restocking fee even if it wasn’t your fault. BE AWARE!!!!
I feel like paying legal fees sometimes worth to punish such an ignorant people.

On October 23, 2018 my husband ordered 6,000 dollars furnitures from flatfair.com. The customer service was excellent when we placed those orders. However, we found one side table missing parts. We tried several times to contact customer service. Now it has been three weeks. Still no answer. Absolutely, terrible horrible customer service!!! Never buy furniture from flatfair.com

Would give 0 stars if possible. Sham of a company with horrible customer service. DO NOT USE.Their customer service does not exist at all.I called several times and every time I called customer service wasn't available and I was sent to the answering machine I left a few messages and sent emails!no one gets back to me. I ordered 6 dining chairs on August 20. Haven’t get any confirmation or anything From this company! I really need dose chairs we have family gathering up coming weekend.I decided to call them again this morning,hopping someone will answer . Surprisingly “Mike”answered the phone (after 10 days when I was waiting for my order) saying my order canceled because they don’t have doses chairs anymore .(why it’s still on your website )This stupid company even They didn’t bother them to call me telling me this B.S !! I bought $5,000.00 worth of outdoor furniture a year ago from Flatfair. The price was reasonable and the shipping was fast. It all started falling apart right at the one year mark. I called three times and left messages with no return calls. I finally emailed them and they responded stating that they did not offer a warranty. I explained that their website stated that they offered a manufactures warranty. They had me send snap shots of where it stated that on their website and pictures of my damaged furniture. After doing this they stated that after checking into this my warranty was now past the one year warranty by less than 30 days and they were sorry they could not help me. However when I started this going back and forth with them it was still under warranty. They are scammers, they are looking to get out of providing customer service any way they can. They knew they offered a warranty but carried this out to the point past the date so they could now state they didn't have to honor it. If you just look at their reviews they have more 1 stars than they do any other stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

We just got this new Arista White CM2906WH-2pc sofa set. despite many bad reviews on Flatfair, I took a chance, and worked out great. They shipped fast and we got it w/in 7-10 days, and curve-side delivery was smooth.
This sofa is good quality, and very comfortable. great and smooth functionality. Love how we can make the chair work like a sofa otoman or chase, or stand-alone. They are very light, so easy to slide around to alter functionality. looks great too.
Some things to note for this sofa item: the backing is raw material made to face the wall not for open view (we'll put some removable upholstery to nicely cover) and the color is an off-white (maybe 3 shades towards ivory on the top cushion areas, and ~1-2 shades off-white at the base areas).
otherwise, thrilled with the purchase, great value at low price, and price was the best w/ flatfair at least $100 less than next cheapest, and $300 less than applianceconnection.com
would buy from them again.

FlatFair will advertise one price on their website, and after you pay, they cancelled my order and re-billed me a higher price. They then tried to tell me I had to either pay a restocking fee to cancel the order. They didn't even try to help me. Any reputable other company would have stood behind the price they listed.
Their customer service gives you 1000 excuses about their business practices, and offers no solutions. They even told me, "they no longer advertise nationally and are focusing on the local market". That's because you rip people off!
I called my Credit Card Company and issues a stop payment on the order. Unbelievable.

When I first saw "curbside delivery" I was a little nervous I wouldn't be home and it would be outside (I live in NYC) but they did not leave it outside, instead, it was left inside my building's lobby which was perfect.

We ordered 2 items-1 bed and 1 vanity, and we ordered the white glove too. The first delivery took about 3 weeks. The white glove guys installed the bed for us which was really good, then when they opened the vanity’s box, they immediately noted the damage on it and said they will take it back and arrange the next delivery.. We took photos and wrote an email about this situation to flatfair. They didn’t reply until we sent the second one. But so far we have already waited another 3 weeks, there is no any update about the delivery. I gave two stars for the bed we received, but the service disappointed us.

Very unprofessional people
I purchased the Coffee table and 2 side table they came in the boxes ensembled. Delivery person told me to sign the paperwork that I received the item. If any one is planning to buy form them open the boxes and make sure pieces are not damage mine was now they are not even replacing the damage pieces. They says I sign the paperwork so they are not going to do any thing.. so be careful when you purchase from this site they can send you the damage merchandise and not return your money. I am not going to buy again from they and I don’t recommend this site to any one.

Deposited my money but never got my wicker tv table. Have to contact customer service three times to find out there were no more white wicker tv tables. I finally got back my money and I wasn't happy how it was handled.

Never Again!!! I cant believe this Co. is allowed to stay in Business. purchased a bed for my granddaughter for Christmas . Have yet to received it and no call from customer service after several attempts.
will have to resort to legal action if they don't contact me soon. unbelievable!!! that these Companies can stay in Business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE PLACE!!!! I ordered a bed 3 weeks ago. They needed verification because the billing and shipping address were different since I ordered it for my grandchildren. Sent the verification. Still heard nothing. I contacted them they said the bed would be there end of the week. The bed never came. So my daughter contacted them and they said they never got the verification. Im so livid that the customer service is the worst I ever dealt with. If they charged my card im going after them for fraud. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

We bought a day bed for my 3yr old last year. It came with a series of broken board and missing parts and it took nearly two months to get those replaced or shipped. Now, not even a year later, the bed is falling apart. Cracks, splits, and wear makes this bed a danger to use, even for my daughter who barely weighs 30lbs.
In contrast, we bought a nearly identical bed from another company the year prior. It is still in quality condition and has endured far more use and wear by my older daughter.
When contacting the company, they argue the point, dismiss the danger, and outright refuse to own up to their product. In one instance, they directed us to the supplier, who told us they don't deal with the general public, only the sellers. We've gotten nowhere with this problem.
If anyone else has encountered this as well, I suggest submitting a report with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Before you buy anything from them . you should check out their return policy. I bought 8 bar chairs but wrong size high You need pay 25% restocking fee $544x25%=$136. Shipping charges $269 plus return shipping charge $269. So total amount is $136+$269+$269=$674. We will refund you $139=$813-$674. Their policy mean you paid triple shipping Fk off no return .

Please Do Not purchase anything at ALL from this people!!! Poor, poor quality and they do not give you a full refund, 25% restocking fee if return plus you have paid for sending back the merchandise. HORRIBLE!!!!
