Flannels, you kept £250.00 of my hard earned money. I wanted to exchange an item but they did not have this in stock they emailed to say they would refund me, still not had the money which I should have received in July. I’m 19 and that much money is a lot to me - you prevented me from doing everyday things for over a month as I chased you up via email over 10 times and not once did I get a response, it is appalling to think I had to go to my bank in order for them to be very generous and refund me because you want to commit an offence and not give me MY money back.

Over 26 emails and they have stopped replying. Ruined part of my wedding caused so much stress. They have got all of the prof that i sent it back, even royal mail have given them prof that they received the suit and signed for it! That is when they stopped replying!!! Still out of pocket. Absolutely disgusting how this company is allowed to still trade, looks like from all of the complaints that it is the customers that are keeping them going from all of the money they are keeping. Thieving scum!!

If it’s was possible not to give any star I would have done so. This company is a scam. Please don’t even attempt to buy anything from this store, otherwise you will fall a victim like me. If only I would have listened to the online reviews before purchasing the so call Gucci belt that I thought I would wear but unfortunately it wasn’t as nice as it was advertised online, so I decided to return it on the same day I received it to the same address provided on the return label. Could you believe I still haven’t got my refund as they said to me that the item was delivered to their warehouse. How does that supposed to be my concern when they’re the one that provided the address on the return label. We have been on it for about four months now and I still haven’t got my refund. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. But I will still fight till I get my money back. They’re complete scammers!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a wallet 8 days ago and paid £10 for next day delivery! It has still not been dispatched when I emailed asking where it was they repeated the same thing saying it was awaiting collection by the courier. Nothing has changed and now I am just being ignored on my emails. I would expect a higher standard of service, seen as though this is a very big and successful company. I will never order from here again!

Got to be the worst place to buy from!!! When arrived looked nothing like it did on internet, sent back at cost of £10 and a week later sent it back out to me?!! I asked for a refund!! Twice ringing back now and still no refund and I haven’t got the item either as it was stopped when I rang to complain!! 3 weeks later and I’m still looking at 2 weeks till my refund according to the useless ones in customer care!!!! Need to be reported to trading standards these lot!!

My son ordered a hoodie. When it arrived it had two alarm tags attached. We had some contact with the support but before we came to a conclusion on how to handle this, they stopped answering. We have sent several remainders with no response. Really bad customer care!

This shop sells fur!
In this day and age, fur is barbaric, cruel, unnecessary and out dated!
Animals suffer immense stress and are kept in abhorrent conditions and go mad with fear and boredom, which causes self mutilation. Then they face a horrendous death by anal or virginal electrocution or they have their heads bashed in or are skinned alive!

Decent shop, good selection and a luxury feeling. Been a good few times to my local Liverpool outlet and never had a problem but went recently and was just looking around and a VERY RUDE STAFF MEMBER, short dark haired and wide blue eyes who I heard another staff member call “mike”, said “you need to buy something or f*** off” under his breath standing directly behind me and I felt very intimidated, shame I won’t be going again I loved the range of nice clothes at a good price. Tried to complain and they never got back.

I've bought several things from Glasgow branch in silverburn with no problems and staff are chatty are very friendly ... the online was a bit un personable to be honest at first as I had item that had a missing badge but DEAN at there customer service dept online sorted everything out for me with no hassle.

Be careful ordering from flannels if you do order have it delivered to a shop I’m now out of pocket by a lot due to flannels thinking a safe place to leave a parcel is on the door step next to a main road even tho they is 2 sheds and a bin shed at the side of house. DPD have left the parcel on the doorstep and flannels have backed them up saying it’s a safe place. When we received the email off DPD saying they had left it there with a picture of it I went rushing back I was no longer than 30 mins and it had gone now flannels are refusing to really comment on it it’s giving me suspicious on how many times they have done this to people and ripped them off. it’s been passed to trading standards to look at its absolute joke and there customer service as been unexceptable it’s taken 3 weeks of investigation to be told sorry we won’t be having the product replace.

The worst experience I’ve ever had ordered shoes and a jumper paid next day delivery didn’t turn up then arrived in 2 different delivery’s and the shoes where not what I ordered upon contacting customer service I had to e mail in the photos 3 times then I paid to return them not my fault but after lots of e mails and phone calls they finally opened my returned item that they sent incorrectly customer service says we are only human and it has to be checked in case I returned a jam jar there words not mine so almost 4 weeks after the order I’m finally getting a refund for what was there error still not a sorry or anything as a goodwill gesture and I’m still fighting to get my postage refunded

I purchased a Paul Smith Zebra polo shirt from Flannels. The app allowed me to select a colour and then a size. I selected Navy and Medium. A Black polo shirt was delivered. When I checked the order I noticed that Black was specified. I then checked the Flannels app and when you select a Navy - Medium, the colour automatically changes to Black. I queried this with the Flannels customer service team who said "this it is what happens when the size is out of stock" and "I should have checked the order" and "no, they will not refund the postage". A very abrupt email from a lady called Tanya. This is clearly a bug in their app yet they are blaming the customer. Appalling service. Suggest you buy elsewhere or at least make absolutely sure that what you select is what you are buying.

It pains me to give these 1 star! Ordered a hugo boss suit for our wedding. Sent it back becouse we needed the next size. So after a month of emails and sent photos of proof of sending it back and a photos of it being signed for at thier depot, they are saying they never received it. Even though thier receptionist signed for it! Their excuse, they receive bulk returns and not individual ones! Got told to take it up with royal mail! So we are out of pocket, have to find a new suit for our wedding in 3 weeks and all i get is take it up with royal mail. Meanwhile someone in thier depot is probably walking round in a shiny new hugo boss suit paid for by me! Disgusting and by the sounds of it this happens alot. Will never use them again and i will tell everyone i know to stay clear aswell!

I have been through a nightmare with flannels online shopping I ordered a dsquared t shirt in sale £136 it arrived and its description was full of triangle holes burn marks on it?. I thought I had not viewed it correctly on line so considered it may be distressed look it didn't fit so for the money sent it back post office tracked as they suggest three weeks later stating they had not got it contact postal office on the app it said still at post office ? Flannels stated they did not have it (clearly they did fib) they said they was not liable it's not there responsibility? So did a compliant to royal mail . Four weeks after the t shirt was sent back it was delivered back to me stating it had to be in a sellable condition and they said it was damaged? I phoned customer services spoke with Myra who said I had damaged it ? Now yes i buy expensive t shirts then put triangle burn marks on them before
through the out bag making sure I frazzled the t shirt inside then pay for return delivery making sure I send it back on a slow boat to China and ask for my money back . Flannels response we believe it did not arrive in that condition full stop. I must apologise for bothering you flannels and I'm sure I will never again full stop anyone want to by a distressed floor cloth?? I'm taking legal action over this feel robbed and fobbed

Worst shopping experience ever, they sell items they dont even have in stock, they provide wrong information orderd on 22nd may they took soooo long to deliver and its not even cheap delivery £6.99 to a store is daylight robbery, canceled item on 31st
They keeping saying your will recieve a refund in 14 days pfffft its not been 16 working day 20 normal days
