Received a 2nd hand Stone Island Jumper with a price sticker on it showing a price lower than I’d been charged. Local shop flatly refuses to exchange , and the Website is absolutely disinterested.... I’m now stuck with a 210 quid jumper that I’ve been told will cost me 16 quid send back .... The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

It’s a shame you can’t rate them with a zero, however I would state that with Flannels I have had the worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. I paid their premium prices for an expensive wallet and they sent me an empty box. Their customer service people are dismissive and not interested in solving customer concerns. After many chasing emails I was eventually told they could offer no further assistance. I feel as if I have been scammed and could not recommend that anyone should shop with these people. Be warned!

Only given 1 star as there is not an option for none!
Purchase an off white hoodie based in the on line size guide which claimed true to size. The hoodie arrived and it was massive!
Sent it back for an exchange and waited nearly a week for them to even acknowledge they had received it.
You email customer services and get an auto generated reply - we will contact you within 72hrs.
To be fair they didn't leave me waiting for 72hrs but nor they actually help.
It was almost as if they had a long queue of emails to reply to, so they just gave a non-responsive reply.
After being told my return had not been received we randomly received an email to tell us they had received the return and would supply an exchange. The replacement arrived in a House of Fraser bag and was packaged completely differently to the 1st item which had thrown in a plastic bag along a cheap Flannels canvas bag.
The 2 days later we received an email from Flannels to one of my earlier chasing emails which " your order has been signed for - please enjoy your item"
We went into the Flannels store to buy another off-white item and the guy who served us was really helpful. He confirmed immediately that the hoodie we purchased was an oversized top and that it should have been stated.

I would NEVER buy from Flannels again. The customer service is appalling. Considering the fact that they sell high end goods, their “customer service” agents and Supervisor are chavs. Unprofessional liars, who say they will get back to you and never do! Flannels is a two-bit shoddy operation. Luxury brand retailers should stop allowing Flannels to sell their products. Worst shopping experience ever!

If it was possible to leave a zero star rating, I most definitely would! The aftersales service I have received from Flannels is nothing less than a total infringement of consumer rights. At 5 star prices, I expect 5 star service yet received nothing but rude, dismissive and aggressive emails in return from Adele in the Flannels customer service team, even after requesting to escalate my issue to her line manager she flatly refused and basically implied that I was lying.. How this company is still in business I do not know and they really need to take a leaf out of Harvey Nichols and Selfridges books to know what excellent levels of customer service really are. First and last time I will ever use Flannels. Absolute shower... STRONGLY AVOID!!

Great if you buy in store, but stay clear of the online store. I've spent thousands of pounds over the years, and recently tried to return a faulty item. Turns out there's more chance of winning the lottery! And what's worse is the terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible - unhelpful, abrupt and completely unprofessional. You'll see from my other reviews, I never leave negative feedback so this is a first. I'd recommend other similar stores, such as Zee & Co in London who are brilliant.

The worst shopping experience from one of the major online fashion companies. I forgot to enter discount code at checkout, and afterwards asked very politely if they were able to refund the discount, which I've before done at both Farfetch and Matchesfashion. That was not an option. It took them several days to reply, which meant I couldn't cancel and rebook the order with the discount. Their customer supporter was very flippant and rude.
Don't go Flannels. Matchesfashion and Farfetch is a way better choice!

Just received 2 men’s designer t shirts in the post costing about £45 each. They were actually screwed up into balls and shoved in a plastic bag. They’re so creased And crumpled, they actually look worn. Absolutely SH**E service.

I ordered some Valentino trainers £500 and paid £9.99 delivery .... they arrived and I am completely satisfied with them, however on them was a sticker saying £400 as they were in sale, contacted customer services who said it has to be dealt with via email.
Disgusting response and lack of by Rebecca, told they never were on sale and then told it was a store sale, then human error and basically they won’t do anything about it.

spent over £700 on flannels. order was split into 2. and my vivian westwood tshirt was poor quality and arrived with one mark on it. spent £20 on it so im not realy bothered as the other 6 shirts i purchased were excelent quality. besides that very happy with my products, especially my versace shoes and belt, hugo boss jumper and tshirts. verry fast response via email conserning the processing off my parcel and the arrival.

Most of these reviews are definitely fake - i bought a pair of Palm Angles track pants as well as a pair of slippers - they kept me updated with erfares to shipping - luckily poth items fit so that i didn’t have to pay in order to get a refund. The fact that you have to 8 pounds for shipping as well as an additional 8 pounds if you want a refund is the only reason why i’m only giving Them a 4-Star rating - so all in all i’m very satisfied danish customer.... oh and not pickups are authentic.

Paid £6:99 shipping and my order was designer goods, DPD left it at the front of my house on my drive for all too see, I had an item missing either not been packed or removed when left on my drive and flannels told me it’s my problem,

My son bought a pair of £45 BOSS Sliders just before he went on a 2 Week holiday and they fell apart and started to split up the side, my son then tried returning them with original receipt only to be told that he had mis-used them ? i dont know how you mis-use a flip flop ???
Flannels were rude and unhelpful and we are still awaiting a full response 3 weeks after the event. not great quality, terrible customer service.

Purchased two items.
The next day recieve and email saying one item was out of stock.
The item sent was meant to be a womans size 14 Vivienne Westwood top. It was in fact a mens large with a size 14 sticker put on it. What an absolute joke.

Made an order of over £300 items all came separately (fair enough) however the last item costing £200 arrived already worn and faulty broken zip and missing button ! Returned these over 14 days ago , only way to speak to anyone is via their Facebook page to which the lady advised me they have moved warehouses and will take 10 days for my refund ! It’s been 14 days and I have heard nothing ! The fact they dont quality check is disgusting for the amount of money they charge I feel like I’m getting nowhere and don’t know when I’ll get my refund ! £8 for delivery I had to pay also to return their fault item disgusting ! First and last order from this company. One of the items had security tag already cut off, and as all of the sizes were too small, had to send everything back...at my expense. Cost over £30 to send order back. Lesson learned, please avoid.

I brought the Kenzo Kapri Hi Top sneakers on their website and it was poorly designed it was a slip on and it was a lot of effort to get it. To add insult to injury, there return policy means that postage have to be paid for. There was no option to deliver the product to the store. I will not use them and again.

I ordered a top, I waited 8 days then emailed them as I couldn't find my order to track and I had no word about it, an automated email came back saying, its in the warehouse and a courier will pick it up soon. I then get a further email saying its not in stock we will refund in up to 5 days. I think they are obviously stock poor, when you want an item and finally find an item that is going fast all over the internet by the time these guys get their act together, you then can't go anywhere else to get it. I thought this was very poor for a primarily internet based business. But a new shop has opened up near to where I live, I went there the other day, I was generally followed by securities eyes around the shop and left generally feeling uncomfortable, I think they are inexperienced in spotting the people that can buys the high priced items in their store, I did buy a small item though as it was just what I wanted (wish I hadn't). I went home and said I had found this store, previously I didn't know it had opened, my son told me that he tried to go in with his friend recently, yes, he's only 16 but in my area their the ones with the money and their dads are left skint. They were refused entry. Won't be using them again.

Poor communication throughout processing. Not told order was going to be split. It even tells you how to spot if orders split but it hadn’t even followed this. Delivery was £6.99 and took the longest time of their window . No return advice slip sent with second parcel which arrived more than three days after first. All communications had a poor attitude. Parcel to send returns back was £12!! Long return processing window. Please please do not order online, go to a store if you must use this shop!
