I have ordered from Flame Cycling now for 4 years in a row. All 3 last years I ordered very late and they delivered our jerseys on time and they were fantastic. This year, I ordered early and paid and NO JERSEY! I still have not got a response and have tried multiple ways and many times. I don't even know if they are still in business. Still waiting and I guess I'm out some $$$! So frustrating!!!

At this point of time our Cycling Group have purchased in excess of 90 jerseys in 5 separate parcels, one was sized wrong ie Small when labelled Medium, quality is consistently good for such a low priced custom designed jersey.
A couple of problems with late delivery because of the Chinese EMS delivery service. but they all made to Australia.

The ordering process was a breeze with plenty of assistance from Flame Cycling. However, after the order was submitted I received no response to any emails I sent regarding the order.
When the order actually was received, which I will say was on time, it was completely wrong. They even sent me an email to clarify my order after it was submitted and it was still wrong. I have sent repeated emails over the last four weeks but have received NO RESPONSE!
Do not order from this company. I certainly have learned my lesson!!!

I recently ordered 24 shirts and a couple of wind vests for our cycling club. We had reached 15 years old and only 2 or 3 members had original shirts from te early days - some had been planning on a new shirt on our 10th birthday but disagreement on desigh and price were two setbacks. Te other was finding a shirt maker who could cope with a small order at a reasonable price.
From a recommendation from a friend I tried Flame cycles and have been more than happy with the service. A ticket is issued on initial enqury and messages are answered very quickly. The design was back to me overnight but I made adjustments and tweeks - no plrobelm for the Flame Cycles tea, Once the design was completed I made my order but then asked if I could be supplied with only 4 sizes to ensure everyone was happy with the fit. This was carried out to my request and now we have a happy club - plus a classic design which we can access again if we need further orders - no matter how small the amount.

Ailey and very reasonably priced. Customer service is excellent, speedy, helpful and I feel like I had developed a relationship with them, even though many of the emails were automated, there was person on the customer tickets.
Delivery was always quicker than the advertised delivery times and the orders were always correct. They. Even were able to fix up my order when I got it wrong!

I had mixed feelings going down the China town road to investigate the quality of a potential new kit for our cycling group. An order for LSJ and Vest with own design was submitted and paid for. Not confident with sizing ordered as they were 2 sizes down from what is normally worn. So this was a concern. However, the experience was one of surprise when the 2 items arrived as stated and fit was perfect not to mention how the design turned out. On this occasion I can say that it was a terrific dealing with Flame Cycling.

The design fase went well, after this period I suddenly heard nothing at all and i almost thought that it went wrong. then I recieved the jerseys, they were nice . Time schedule was a bit sharp.

I work for an emergency service which uses bicycles to provide vital medical response. Previously we used a European supplier for our jerseys. The jerseys were well made but on the pricey side. We were referred to Flame Cycling by a sister agency. At first our interaction with Flame was excellent. They were quick to respond to emails. We provided our own artwork so we only needed the jerseys to be printed. The first jersey we received was the wrong colour. That is fine as we know it is hard to colour match online so I sent my own spare jersey as a sample. Soon I received a photo of my jersey and the new jersey next to each other. I was excited! Unfortunately that was the last contact I had with Flame. This was December 2014. So now I have paid for a jersey but in fact I have not only paid for a product I have not received but also lost my spare jersey I sent them from the other manufacturer. I have emailed and posted support tickets which are unanswered. Unfortunate as a charity this has set us back. It seems European efficiency although expensive beats Chinese low cost.

I always thought that something like this could or would never happen to me but there's a first for everything. From the moment I pressed the purchase button I was never contacted nor heard anything again about my custom cycling jerseys which I purchased from Flame Cycling. When I placed my order I also was in contact with the customer service rep "Lerins". I also made it specifically clear of the date I needed the jerseys by. I placed the order on February 18th and should have received a tracking number for delivery no more than 15 days after placing order. I tried emailing them 6 times(there is no phone# contact) without receiving a response from Flame Cycling. I then turned my attention to PayPal for help. They tried to make contact with FC for 10 days before deciding to close the complaint and refunding my money. The website is to good to be true. There customer service is horrible and you will be wasting your time using this so-called company. Don't waste your time like I did. The jerseys I was trying to purchase were to honor my father in law who passed away from cancer. Now there is not enough time to find someone else to make new jerseys and have them delivered before the first of the 2 bike runs we were to participate in. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE FLAME CYCLING.

I received the clothing I ordered from Flame. For the price, and considering they are custom made, they are well worth the money. I couldn't match this price for plain jerseys with my name printed in black. These are colorful, clear and the logos are perfect. The clothing was delivered by express mail exactly in the time frame promised. Bottom line is that I'm really happy with the whole experience and the product. Don't expect $150 jerseys for Flame's low price, what you'll get is nice and perfectly serviceable. Order one size larger than the size chart recommends.

The design and ordering process seemed easy and pleasant. The customer service people were helpful and responsive during this process. I ordered (and paid for) about twenty jerseys almost three months ago and, disappointingly, have yet to receive anything. They no longer respond to my emails and I think I have little hope of ever seeing the jerseys. This company is a sham and I am embarrassed that I did not pay attention to prior reviews. Be forewarned and DO NOT make the same MISTAKE I did.

As soon as the order for our custom jerseys was submitted and paid for, the communication stopped almost totally. An order was put in on Feb. 1st 2015 and as we approach late March, I am still waiitng for the order to 'be processed'. At my best guess, if (emphasis on the word 'if') they rush my order, it will not arrive to me until late April. I made it very clear in the emails to 'Lerins' of my delivery date to Melbourne, Australia and fully read the terms and conditons with regards to production and delivery times. Flame Cycling has exceeded its own policy with no communication to explain otherwise.
My lesson learnt. An extremely unprofessional business experience.

Flamecycling overall was a great purchasing experience. Communication was excellent - especially in the design stage when you are 1-on-1 with a staff member. They were prompt and quick to make adjustments you request.
Also a nice detail - I forgot to adjust the colour of the bib shorts after I changed the jersey colour as I wanted a matching set. They subtly adjusted it for me. Props to you guys!
Waiting time was a bit longer than predicted, although understandable. If you want a team kit before a race they'll do their best to honour it if its not an unreasonable timeframe, otherwise be prepared to wait a little over a month.
I can't yet compare the garments to any other kit I own but they look and feel great. Very professional and clean lines on the garment itself. Overall, satisfied with product, would recommend.
Side note: it helps to understand how CMYK colour works and how it reproduces. I googled a website to choose the exact colours I wanted, and gave flamecycling the colour codes. They were reproduced flawlessly.

In terms of pricing and quality of the product I'm quite impressed! Actually I didn't expect it to be this good.
The only downside is the waiting time for the product to be produced&delivered which took almost 2 months.

I searched for a long time to find a custom cycling kit company that had no minimum order. The design process was easy: I chose from their template and uploaded my designs. The helpful staff even created a long-sleeved design based on my short-sleeved design.
They create a web-page where your members can see and choose all the options for their kit (men's/women's, thermal/regular, jersey/shorts/both) and pay for their kit themselves. I do a group order for the bulk of my team, but it means that I don't have to be involved with the subsequent little orders.
The quality of the delivered products feels great.
I've now designed two teams' kit with FlameCycling.
Sometimes the staff take some time to respond to your design requests, but considering their designing time is free, I don't mind. The pricing on their website is in US$, but that's OK too.

I ordered riding clothing from Flame. From the time of the order to delivery was approx. 3 weeks which I thought was fine as the clothing needed to be made and printed with numerous sponsors. Would hightly recommend Flame Cycling
