Ordered product a month ago and not received. Emailed fiyo and sent complaint but still no response

Ordered a microwave size and unfortunately it was the wrong size (my mistake). However tried to return and order next size but customer services told me I couldn’t do this. I order regularly goods on internet and have never had this experience. Would not recommend.

Ordered a washing machine door, site stated 'in stock, 3-4 days delivery" (and still does). 3 weeks later still no door. Now Reading other reviews DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY STATE REGARDING IN STOCK NOR DELIVERY DATES.

So I looked at all the reviews before I placed my order and thought maybe some people are just unlucky. After all there is a lot of good reviews as well. So not sure what this company has done however I placed my order on a Friday evening.
I got the usual order confirmation email within a few minutes
The next morning i got an email saying the order was delayed. Nothing more just delayed
Monday I got an email saying a new order was placed and it would arrive within a few days
Still Monday a few hours later i got an email saying my order was cancelled and being refunded they could no longer deliver the item.
Still Monday i then got an email saying my item was in the post.
Tuesday morning I got an email saying my order was delayed while they waited for it to arrive from the supplier, no time line.
Wednesday I got an email saying my item had been posted.
Friday I got an email from Parcelforce the delivery company Fiyo had decided to post the item to my email address with my UK postcode. Yes that's right, unsurprisingly Parcelforce were unable to deliver the item but they did get in touch for the correct address and it finally arrived on the Saturday.
Actually the delivery time frame is not that bad but the plethora of confusing emails just demonstrates incompetence.

I have ordered a Glass refrigerator shelf for refrigerator and freezer and the item never arrived I have emailed the customer service and they said they couldn't ship the item for a technical issue and I asked for a refund but they never come back to me.
They took my money very bad service, never buy anything from them

Ordered a handle for a Bosch Althlet on 26/06/2019 shown as in stock, for despatch the same day on 03/07/2019 i received the following :::

no reply to my emails asking what the problem was, the item appears to have been despatched on the 5th or 6th of July and arrived today 10th July , it is the genuine correct part at a good price, however im sure it would save a lot of problems if they said ,it was not in stock but would be despatched as soon as it was, instead of sending the email above. in my opinion they dont hold stock but purchase it from suppliers when an order is placed and payed by customers .i would have been much happier if they had said when the order was placed it will be 14 days, ranting over

Orderd a part for jet wash supposed to be in stock. Got email saying they had a technical problem in there warehouse, I've sent 2 emails to find out when and if I'm going to get my part, I've had no reply, going to try and get my money back looking at other reviews they seem to be selling stuff they dont have. Poor.

Another Sham company - I really need to learn to check trustpilot BEFORE I order goods.
Straight away a problem with a stock count and the item is not in stock, now on a 7 day wait - which I'd take if I believed it.

Ordered an item on 1/6 order nos 1900047807 and have not received order yet on 13/6 and does not appear to have been dispatched even though they said on website it would be dispatched within 24 hrs. Poor service especially as delivery is not cheap for such a small item

As so many state, selling items you don't have. And then the excuses of technical isssues at warehouse, and then we expect your item in warehouse this afternoon. Seems a similar pattern of excuses?
Here's my order number 1900048308.
I had to take out a paypal resolution to get money back, which i have received this morning......after 11 days of waiting for a dishwasher part. Thanks for the money back, but another step you need to learn is to issue apologies prior to leaving negative feedback for your company.
Like so many online companies.......your only a customer until you have sent the money......then you just a statistic.
ASK IF THEY HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK. Or pay a few pounds extra and use ebay.

Brought and paid for goods but still not received goods 3 weeks later.
Received email yesterday in answer to my request as to where my items where, and was told they checked with their transporter who they say has delivered my items. This is nonsense as I have the DHL tracking App, and when ever an item with my address is scanned I get a notification and then an email with a time of delivery, I’ve never receive either. And I’ve never received an email with tracking number from Fiyo informing me goods are on their way.

Expensive delivery and it’s taken several weeks to get the item into the post, if it is out of stock, don’t sell it. I would not recommend this company.

I made a mistake by ordering the wrong part, they were amazingly helpful in working out what the correct part should be and made the refund process very easy. Definitely recommend using them, will definitely use Fiyo again myself.

I was a bit sceptical with this company, but everything went very well. They sent me an email, that there is a delay for the item to come, but it did not take long and they already sent an email with dispatched status. I got it and it is the right item for my vacuum cleaner.

Ordered Karcher telescopic lance web site said in stock 1 week later emailed them it was out of stock but new stock would be that day , no delivery now they don’t know when it will be in stock but still advertised as in stock but at a higher price seams to me they are just con merchants still try to get a refund and or my order there standard answer is the have 10 million items but it’s amazing how the one u want is out of stock use at your peril!!!!

Ignore what the website says. I ordered a gasket which the website stated was in stock and would be despatched same day so ordered on the Friday expecting immediate despatch confirmation. Now Saturday no despatch notification and tracking shows the order not even despatched. Paid more for the product from this site because of immediate despatch, which turned out to be a waste of time. Also no one works on the weekend so no action now until Monday. Looked at the website to see how to cancel my order and website says this is often not possible because of the quick despatch process 😂

2 days ago, I ordered a product I paid for. Yesterday morning I received an email saying that the product is not in stock. I called and they was told the track is on its way and I will receive it today,what has not happened. Now the phone is closed
