Extremely terrible experience in "First Hotel Atlantic' in Aarhus of Denmark
Never come back again.
The most unprofessional and incompetence receptionist we ever met in a hotel.
My husband asked for a parking space and the reception desk replied it was fully booked and we asked whether we can reserve a parking slot for tomorrow as we stayed two nights.
The reception desk said "No" and we were told to come to the reception next morning and wait if they have customer checked-out with a Free parking space.
We were shocked of hearing it and my husband asked whether the system can do that and reserve for us, but the answer is a "No" again.
When we went up to our room which was on the lowest floor and was faced to the car park (the worse view), we can see there was a free car park and my husband went down to the reception and asked what was it about.
The man was very rude and said to my husband if you can find a free car park, I can give you for free.
My husband ended up found "seven" free car parks available !!!!!
It is absolutely unacceptable the rude attitude and the completely unprofessional service in First Hotel Atlantic in Aarhus.
The management should feel shame on the staffs behaviors towards the customer.

First Hotel Kungsbron in Stockholm.
SEK 1860 for a very small room without windows in the basement. Friendly staff, but absolutely no extra service for that amount of money. Ordinary breakfast, tables were slowly cleaned.
Not going to stay there again.....

We had to find a place to stay in Kolding for my sister’s wedding, and since we had approximately 20,000 points on our EuroBonus cards we thought we might as well spend them on the hotel. I searched for a hotel online that would redeem the points, and this one came up. I called more than a month in advance and the concierge assured me, that we could indeed pay for our stay with EuroBonus points and he booked a room for us.
We arrived at the hotel and checked in. The room had a funny sulphur-like smell and we had to air it out, but the smell never really evaporated. We decided not to complain about the smell, because – after all – the stay was basically ‘free’. The view from the room was dull – to a flat black roof. We slept all right and the breakfast was decent.
Then came time to check out. We took out our EuroBonus cards and we were met with a condescending huff. The concierge said that in order to pay with the points we should have booked the room online. He insisted we pay in cash. I argued that – because the booking had been made by hotel staff confirming that we could indeed pay for the stay with the points – they were obligated to accept the points as payment and figure out how to withdraw the points from our accounts. After all – the points were the main reason we chose this rather mediocre hotel in the first place. After a heated and embarrassing exchange with the concierge, we felt we had no choice but to pay the bill – we had a wedding to attend. It was a poor start to an otherwise nice day.

It has been over 1 month since my stay at this average hotel. Since then I have exchanged countless emails and phone calls to try and get a refund for a double payment they took off my credit card and still I have nothing. Monday morning I will be reporting these people to the police for theft and card fraud.
