I'd give them no stars if I could. Flowers never arrived, no phone number and customer service are downright rude and so unhelpful. I lost money through this company and never got it back or the flowers. They are based in Guernsey so seem above UK customer law. Don't use

I ordered flowers on Monday, 1st July (2019) to be delivered today, 3rd July. They arrived on time and the recipient was delighted with them.
I noticed that on the order confirmation that an essential part of the shipping address had been omitted. I therefore messaged customer services & received a reply saying that the address had been amended.
I am very satisfied.

What a disappointment. I ordered flowers in plenty of time and selected a delivery date (mums birthday). The flowers were delivered a day after her birthday. When I contacted them to complain they were just not interested. They just kept repeating that it can take up to 48 hours to deliver from Guernsey. i do not recommend them if you want the flowers to be delivered on time.

Writing this as no reasonable response from FineFlora since October. Paid over £30 for large bouquet which arrived in full bloom with all the stamens falling out and lasted just 5 days despite being marketed as in bud and long lasting. A similar bunch from Tesco at a qtr of the price lasted 3 weeks. Reason for review is that their opinion was that flowers were ok despite their guarantee claims to fix problems and when I did a review it was never published. They only publish 3 star and over. Now not responding to emails and won’t tell me who I can escalate to - this is a completely dishonest business. I’ll now be pursuing through consumer rights. Save your money!!

I ordered flowers for Valentines day to be delivered to the hotel where we were staying. These were ordered in plenty of time and Fine flora were still advertising their Valentine flowers day(s) after i had ordered mine by first class post,
They never arrived! on Valentines day - but did the day after when we left. To me this is totally unacceptable. My wife had no flowers for the first time in 47 years and was very upset. Fineflora did not seem bothered at all saying it was out of their hands as it was the postal service at fault. This would be true for all of their flowers.
£35 flowers on Valentines day are only £8 the day after. Fine flora refuse to refund any monies. I will not be using this company again. Had a read these reviews before purchasing when nearly 60% award one star, i would not have used them. Be warned - go elsewhere.

Appalling customer service and quality of flowers. I ordered freesias for my partially sighted mother specifically as Fineflora's website advertise their freesias as scented and long lasting. The flowers delivered had no scent and didn't even last a week. Fineflora's dismissive response to my complaint was to say that the scent and longevity of the flowers depended on how the flowers were kept and that they make no warranty as to the level of scent. So if you want scented freesias that last at least a week don't believe anything Fineflora claim on their website and give this company a big miss.

I have used FineFlora about 20 times. Always high quality with excellent presentation and long duration, well packaged, and delivered as promised. Not cheap - why would you send anyone cheap flowers? Rather, their product is excellent value for money.

Wish i had done some research first, ordered flowers for a very good friends 60th Anniversary, flowers didn't turn up, When i emailed they said would send out another bunch. Advised no need as was a week late and would like a refund. Was told that its basically Royal Mails fault although i paid £5.95 - they seem to think i should have paid £15 for a courier.... very poor service -

Fine Flora in Guernsey seem to be a totally untrustworthy unscrupulous company
who take people's hard-earned money and then let them down on delivery dates and
information as to how their orders are progressing.
I am sorry I never looked at the reviews before sending my dearest friend flowers- I will never use them or recommend them to anyone again. Next time I will use Interflora!

You should really steer clear of these floral cowboys! Requested a delivery date (Saturday for a Mother's Day gift) for flowers (freesias) which arrived a day early, thereby ensuring no one was here to take delivery. Royal Mail wouldn't re deliver until the day after Mother's day. When they eventually arrived I received a mouldy pathetic bunch of wilted bud dropping dead flowers for which I'd paid £25 including postage! All the local supermarkets had better, fresher flowers at a fraction of the price! I ordered these on line thinking I'd get a better more efficient service, but it's the last time I'll make that mistake. Have written to them and complained with a photograph attached of their awful flowers and will update if I receive an answer. Advice for now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are not to be trusted.

Ordered a bunch of the "Scented Narcissi" for Mother's day on 22/3/17 and they arrived on 25/3/17 (Saturday). The flowers were boxed and arrived in perfect condition, just ready to bloom. Gorgeous scent to them too! My mother was very pleased to receive these in the post and it really made her day. <3 Thank you, Fineflora! <3

Having ordered flowers for my Aunts 86th birthday was rather upset when the following day she phoned to say half of the flowers had broken and died..I informed fineflora by e.mail the same day, but no reply which I think is unacceptable,the amount I paid was over £25 so as said would not recommend and would certainly not use this company again, especially when they state on their home page their service is guaranteed if notified within 7 days..

Ordered some Christmas flowers for my parents to be delivered on 24/12, they did not arrive.
Contacted customer service and provided them with all the information they required.
Eventually got an email saying a new lot of flowers would be delivered on 4/5 of January with hardly any apology.
These flowers did not arrive either. I emailed customer services again and they haven't bothered replying 4 days later.
Credit card company informed and refund issued.

Looks very nice to see the website but they did not deliver on the date, ordered flowers for my sister's in UK, only 5 flowers for 21£. Absolutely not worth the money. They never replied to any emails about status. (The greeting card was good & flowers looked fresh)
