Like many others I am trying to reclaim a refund for returning the products as I was not satisfied with them. I agreed to forfeit the postage originally paid and had to pay to return the items to Cyprus. I received a partial refund until the items were received. I’ve been emailing now since June 2018 to chase the remaining refund, I’ve had a number off excuses as to why the refund has not yet been processed - they are very busy, they are experiencing technical faults etc and have not received a response to my follow up emails since October.
It’s been a very poor aftercare service and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Yes, I fell for that scam, paid my 4.99 and when I phoned to cancel was told to continue to use the product and come back to them in 2 weeks as long as I cancel I will not be sent further products.
I tried to call the support number and that is no longer functioning, so I got my bank onto the case.
The Company who took the initial payment is called LIFTEDSKIN, and the one that took the 2.97 for insurance, which I had refunded, is called CLINICDERMA.COM.
These Criminals should be dealt with by the Authorities, they operate in Cyprus.

I ordered what was claimed to be a free sample and agreed to pay £4.95 postage to receive it. This awful company then deducted £78 from my account without any paperwork or contact explaining what this amount was for. I emailed them and within 1 minute they had sent an automated reply saying they would refund half the charge. This is obviously how they make their money - they get your bank details, send you the product (which by the way is of inferior quality) and try to charge you a ridiculously large amount for it and when you complain they give half back. So they make at least £39 from every customer. Not a bad profit margin. I'm still trying to get back the rest of the money and my bank is also on the case. Avoid at all costs - they are liars.

I thought I was taking advantage of a free trial of Dermagen iQ cream..
I was asked to pay £4.95 post and package, which was fair enough. I was then bamboozled with other creams which "I Needed in order for the first cream to work" I declined all other offers. When my order was complete I noticed that they had charged me £8.90 postage??
I telephoned the helpline to complain, I was then kept of the line, being asked numerous irrelevant questions, being put on hold, then being cajoled into buying other creams (which i did not want). I was then told the postage was not refundable?? (Why Not? I only placed order 10 mins ago).. When I threatened to contact trading standards she agreed to refund my postage.. It was only then that it occurred to me that I may have phoned a Premium Rate Number (0845) oh yes, now I understand why all the irrelevant questions and keeping me on the phone for over 20 mins utill I informed her that I was ending the call.. I will wait to see how much that call cost me, then I will further report on Trust Pilot.

This company sent me an email purporting to be a major high street retailer (House of Fraser) stating that many of the stores are closing down with some bull about not placing cosmetics in their sale. As a consequence they were offering free cosmetics (only shipping to pay) in the hope that their customers would continue to shop for these items in future!
I am refusing to pay for the return of the goods as I consider this an illegal miss-selling practice. I have not seen any T&C's. I have opened a dispute against them with my bank as I also want the delivery charges returned to me.
I believe this to be a police matter and this type of fraud ought to be investigated.

Dermafolia is a big lie. In their commercial, they show by applying dermafolia cream under eye line people can get rid of eye bag. I order the product it is not working at all. after I study about their company I found out they will keep charging people credit card even if people do not want their products.
