I have called 5 times and written to have my Fibia connection “activated” and nothing has happened. I paid their technician to open it 10 days ago, and he said they now just needed send my login details. Which they confirm is correct when I call, but still no login details here 10 days later.

Really bad customer service and billing system.
Fibia sent an invoice to me, even though the agreement was that the internet fee is paid through DEAS, the building administration. I paid to DEAS for the period fibernet was installed Dec 2017, until the period we sold the apartment (Feb 2018).
When I first received the invoice from Fibia, I wrote back to Fibia and they agreed that it was a mistake and they sent a credit note. The next month they sent invoice again for the next period and I complained again and they said they will correct in their system and cancel the invoice (they did not provide me credit note this time). The following months they kept sending me the invoice and I tried to reach them by phone but the customer service took very long to answer the phone. It is a waste of time and it wasn't even my fault from the first place that they made wrong billing and did not do as their promise to correct in the system.
Now they sold the case to Lowell and this debt collector keeps telling me to pay the invoices I should never have paid even though I have explained and provided the documentation.
I am not even their customer anymore and I got so disappointed to see how Fibia manages their customer. It feels like they are trying to cheat the customer by charging the fee twice (to Deas and to apartment owners).

Such a fake internet speed, I have ordered 100 MB/s , but it is only 3 MB/s for a long period of time.

The internet speed is what they promise, however it cuts for 1-3 minutes every few hours. If you play competitive chess, or you do anything relevant online, it might cause you a big setback, as it did for me. I work a lot using internet and deal with delicate data and it's very highly annoying that suddenly the internet cuts, many times a day. I guess they are switching server or some of the sort that causes this. Once on the phone they tried to handle it but nothing changed. Another time when I mentioned on e-mail, they answered: "I do not see that you have been in contact with us about your network not working properly, we can not know this if you do not contact us?" In the same e-mail I had 2 more questions which remained also unanswered, no help at all. I recommend you don't waste your time with this provider.

Just remember to use smart fast wifi, standard wifi would be not a good solution since it would be effected by other wifi networks in your neiborhood.
