One of the worst shipping company I ever encountered. Fetchr is supposed to provide better customer service compared to other new inexperienced shipping companies in UAE. But as always the CS of FETCH seem NOT TO CARE. TODAY I CALLED FETCHR CS TO CLARIFY THE SUPPOSED DELIVERY WHICH THEY INDICATED AS PICK UP. I MANAGE TO GET MYSELF CONNECTED AFTER 3 MINUTES OF HOLDING THE LINE. AN FEMALE ARABIC CS ANSWERED AND ASKED ME TO WAIT AS SHE CHECKS MY NUMBER I WAITED FOR ANOTHER 2 MINUTES ONLY TO GET HANGED UP ON BY THIS ARABIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. HEY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK THEN GO HOME! DONT TREAT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS BAD!! FETCHR DO YOU EVEN SCREEN YOUR APPLICANTS FOR CS JOB BEFORE HIRING THEM? DO YOU EVEN TRAIN THEM ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT IT IS ABOUT???
I HAVE DEALT WITH ARAMEX, DHL AND OTHER VERY SMALL NAMELESS DELIVERY COMPANY BUT FETCHR TOPS THE WORST. ASBAQ WAS BAD BUT WITH THE NEW STAFF DOING THE DELIVERY ID SAY ASBAQ HAS IMPROVED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
IF ANY CUSTOMER APPRECIATES HAVING THE PHONE HANGED UP ON THEM TWICE AFTER WAITING FOR A TOTAL OF 5 MINUTES THEN SOMETHING IS WRONG!

I wanted so badly for this program to work... but it has too many errors. It also is NOT an accounting software like they advertise. It does not have the basics, like an income statement, a balance sheet, asset account, liability accounts, equity accounts.... and the list goes on. The numbers being reported were very inaccurate. I submitted two service tickets during my trial... and received NO response. This could have potential for an inventory tracking software-- but definitely not an accounting software. Falsely advertised.

WORST SERVICE AND WASTE PROCEDURES. THEY CALL,SMS,EMAIL YOU THAT YOUR ORDER IS ON THE WAY BUT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER AS PROMISED

As an active customer for the last 11 months, I wanted to give my two cents about the service.
While Fetcher did have an issue some time ago, their customer service explained the situation and fixed it within a few days. I thought I was going crazy at first seeing some many numbers out of whack but the detailed explanation with an estimated resolution time frame from their customer service put me at ease.
I also noticed that around the time frame she said the fix was going to be implemented is when I started getting a notification on the top right side about my data being updated. I thought this was another issue so I contacted them and they explained that notification was a heads up that the fix was being implemented and thus my data was being updated with the fix.
As of now, I’ve personally never had issues with them and whenever I do have a question/concern, customer support seems to have been good to me always when I email.
For that reason, I plan on continuing with my service since the software is really easy to use, my data is accurate and you can’t beat the price (I checked already).
Overall, because of the above, I give them 5 stars.
